Very cute but confusing.
I love games like these, where you have to keep upgrading and merge and tap to actually upgrade, not to mention the adorable little ghosts! Another thing I like is that it doesn’t have that many ads, the only ads I have gotten from this game have been for getting rewards - that’s it. The only thing I will say is that the game is a little confusing on how to play, I get that just of it, but some of the things I feel like you could’ve explained better. But overall, this game is great!

스파 레벨업이든 호텔방 레벨업이든 모아둔 돈이 믈어나면 레벨업 비용도 깉이 늘어나느게 말이 되나요? 이럴거면 돈을 왜 모아.. 게임이 너무 광고도 많이 보게하고 오래는 못하겠네요
unfortunate bug on ipad
great art, but the app seems extremely stretched out and squished when played on ipad to fit the screen. I’d rather the game not fully fit the ipad screen than be squished like this, it bothers me quite a bit and makes it difficult to play.

Decent, a little messy
I have stopped playing this game but not because it’s bad, I just wasn’t interested anymore. Overall the gameplay is nice, it’s fun and easy going. I like how you can cook and do everything with the hotel yourself. I also like that you can play a mini game for coins and expand to different hotels with different people. It’s very rewarding, you don’t have to worry about paying real money to win/finish this game. Also absolutely in love with the art style and the characters, although I did not like how the overall setup was (like where the managers, Hotel, cook buttons are) it just seemed a little messy and I was often confused even after I played the game for a while so condensing some of those areas would help make the game more clean and organized. Other than that great idle game.
Not much of a tap game
This game is super cute, extremely playable once you buy to get rid of ads. My only complaint is that it feels more like a merge game than a tap game, which really isn’t what I signed up for. In the later levels, I’m spending more time “cooking” than enjoying the fruits of my labor (watching the hotel play out). Upgrading the “cooking” can do so much to make it less monotonous. Sadly, you have to invest in “cooking” to add more floors so you’re forced to spend way too much time making cookies into cupcakes into ice cream etc. Edit: I’m docking more stars based on how tedious the merging is and it’s clear they want you to use all your gems and buy gems to make the “cooking” less tedious. The upgrades are insanely expensive and it only make it progress a little bit. I want to use my gems on my hotels, not the forced, boring, merging mini game. At least lower the amount of recipes. Set us free from the sluggish, unenjoyable merging that takes away our time from our cute hotels. PLEASE.

Costs a lot for a little phone game. Fun for a little bit until it becomes unplayable. I’ve paid less for a full game. I wish more games were about earning instead of greed.

It don't have sound
The game only makes a very small sound like making a call. Two loud phone speakers don't make any sound. I use iphone 12 pro max. The game sound only plays when I turn off ad sound. And I can't use airpod to hear.
Ghost Vacation bug
Can’t get to level 7 on Ghost Vacation (Weekend Hotel). It won’t let me open a room unless a I upgrade and I can’t upgrade unless I open a room and hire two more managers. So what’s the solution here?

Can’t pass lvl 4??
So I’ve only started playing about an hour ago and I’m unable to get to lvl 5. Seems simple enough, all I needed to do was have the rooms cleaned 3 times. However, there are no ghosts checking in to the rooms? I think it might be a bug, I’m not entirely sure. I’ve tried to just redownload the game but nothing different has happened. Then I thought, “Oh, maybe I just need to unlock the next ghost.” I can’t do that unless I’ve “Maintained hotel lvl 5 or higher.” Is there something I’m doing wrong? I’ve deleted the game but would like to come back to it, I just can’t figure out this bug.

Glitch?
I can’t seem to get past the very first mission of getting the hotel opened. It won’t let me collect the gold from the jar in the spa when the first ghost goes in there. Everytime I click on it it’ll show me the amount of 142 but when I click again it’ll just make the amount disappear and it won’t give me the gold. I’ve tried restarting the game and even deleting and redownloading it. I’m bummed cause this game looked really cute and I wanted to try it out :(
Cute Game!
I love the art of the game it’s so cute and it’s honestly such a good game compared to mosts. The only part that bugs the heck out of me is that their are no music or sound well technically there is but it’s so quiet even with the settings of the game the sounds is literally non existence at all. Please fix this otherwise such a good game!
Fun but has a certain bug that stops progression
I have played the game for a little bit but I now can’t progress of the cooking. I sold all of my cooking before I opened the fridge and now I can’t put anything in the fridge. Therefore I can’t progress because the only button that works on the bottom bar is the cook button. I hope this gets fixed soon because the game is very good.

I just downloaded and I can’t get past the tutorial it won’t allow me to collect gold out if the jar so I can’t continue the tutorial
Cooking
I love this game, but the only reason I’m unable to give it the full five stars is because of some issues with the cooking mechanic of the game. For one, I’d suggest being able to take some of the extra food out of the fridge, something I’ve seen used with other games that involve merging items together. It would make the process of discovering new levels go more quickly. For two, I’ve realized that, at a certain point, you will be unable to continue merging as there are only 12 slots available but more than 12 levels.
Cute but frustrating
First off, good job to the developer because a lot of the content is fun and makes me smile. I’ve been playing for a few weeks and kept going to see cute new ghosts and items. But progress hit a wall all of a sudden and has barely moved for more than a week. It’s an idle game, I get it, but maybe there needs to be a smoother feel to increasing levels on floors or food? Also the multiplier when leveling up a floor isn’t clear to me. When it says 256x or 512x, what is the base value being multipled? At lower levels, going up 8x income adds up. At higher levels, I’m seeing “256x income” and go from 1e to 2e. That makes no sense to me. I had planned to buy the no ads and gems pack but then realized 1000 gems would last me 2 upgrades at best. It feels like bigger and bigger costs sunk in for minimal return.

Definitely recommend this game if you like ghosts, so what you do is work in a hotel and ghosts come to visit and you get ghost workers to help out with the work but still good game 👻👍👍

This game is adorable but why are the MICRO transactions so expensive? Why do developers put $14 for as removal? If you want more money, make it cheaper. $4 for ad removal. I’d be willing to spend $15 on 3 transactions as opposed to one. Come on…
Great game, nice art, had to end eventually
I think the game is well made with great art design, good systems and mini games to keep things interesting. I even paid for the remove ads as I thought the game was worth supporting. However, there does come a point, admittedly as expected with these types of games, where the requirements for progress become so high you are pretty much forced to pay to move forward (at a fairly steep price at that) I hit three road blocks at the same time and I felt it was too much and had to uninstall. I hope the developers consider changing this. Great game otherwise!

Good game, very fun
This game is very fun and cute but there is one small problem. Once you unlock chain hotels there is no obvious way to exit back to the main hotel. Exiting the app also does not send you back so I am unsure how you are meant to get back to the main hotel 😅

Super cute so far! Love the designs and various different bits to play. However why is there no sound or music? I think I can hear coin sound effects but even with my phone on full volume it sounds super faint? My phone is turned up and the sound in settings is turned up full?

Premium currency to progress
I was enjoying the game but have gotten to a point where you need to spend masses of premium currency just to progress. It’s an unskippable quest to find a certain level of food which requires unlocking extra food slots so it’s essentially saying ‘pay money to continue’ or spend days grinding
Super cute but buggy.
I absolutely love this game! Cute to boot and you can tell a lot of time/love went into this game. The best part is you can tell the developers truly focus on the player’s experience. However I have ran into a few bugs which is why I’m giving it a 4 out of 5. More often than not the game will glitch and freeze on the offline rewards banner and you will completely lose your reward. I’ve also had problems with crashes. Nothing that can’t be fixed in the future with a simple update though and at the end of the day it’s a wonderful ~spooky~ experience and I’m excited to see what the developers have up their sleeves! :)
