Annoying Pop-ups
I re-downloaded the game to play only to find that it's bothering me to turn on personal ad tracking every single time I spin the heart coin wheel and at least once every 5 minutes, when I had already purchased the no ads option. The game is cute but the pop-up is so aggressive and intrusive that I no longer want to play the game. Buying the no ads option is basically useless with the pop-up.
Still enjoying it but…
Still enjoy this game after all this time. But I just tried to log in to the game and I didn’t get my offline bonus. I hope this gets fixed soon.

Bug?
I really like this game because the animations and concept are super cute, but I’m stuck because I can’t earn coins! Every time the truck comes to bring me my coins, it shows the animation of giving coins, but my coin total doesn’t go up at all. And with not enough money I can’t really do anything. It would be really great if this issue could be fixed because I want to keep playing the game.

Every time I proceed to the next level my game crashes so I don’t get the level up points or anything. I love this game but that feels unfair.
Great but....
So I play this once a week but it is a little dumb.so once you get everything in the 1st level, if you press the little gate thing on the top then when the kitty is still doing something the stool, table, or whatever it is, it goes then if it without pink on it then you get 1$ which I do not think is fair so plz fix this. Try everything to make this stop so update this game pls also there are some um bad adds on this so pls fix this too, and I’m 7 so I am not old enough to see this ok so fix this as soon as you cane plzzzzz

No More Offline Bonus
Left a review on Dec 15th about the offline bonus not working, it’s still not fixed. I’m about to delete the game at this point, as there is absolutely no way to report this to the developer and they clearly do not read the reviews.
Lovely passing time
Busy schedule with lots of travel, this app is not only cute and fulfilling it’s perfect for someone who can only just pop in and out (vs the apps that need your attention for an hour straight). I highly recommend buying VIP, totally worth it for the non ad and extras. Also something I don’t often do or recommend. It works when you don’t have data (flights) which I can’t say about most games. I wish the latest update didn’t mandate upgrading the rooms as large blocks vs doing +1 at a time. So I end up leaving the game more often now. Otherwise it’s a fun addition to my phone.
Not what I expected
I was influenced by the first top review that is showed, titled “A honest review” or some like that :/ I’m not even past the tutorial stage and I already have an ads-in experience at the bottom of my screen which if I am not careful, it will take me to an external link that has nothing to do with the game and it posses to be a risk for viruses and data linkage which btw prior to downloading if you scroll down to game description 🚫Data not linked to you… is highlighted as a + to this game. Yet allowing those ads while in the game are potential risks. Ads are fine if you’re trying to obtain a reward, that makes sense, but to just have them floating around or purposefully in your screen while trying to play the game it’s annoying and frustrating. I don’t really do much gaming on my phone because of said reason, I don’t like a game that pushes ads onto me. I also don’t like a game where in order to play you need to watch ads;not saying this one does because I’m dropping it so not sure what it looks like after the tutorial stage. In addition, the “skip” button is at an inconvenient spot and if you’re like me and don’t like longer tutorials, you might get frustrated just trying to get it to actually skip. It’s a shame because for a moment there it reminded me of an old 2010s game I used to love and is not longer available. Nevertheless, the game seems nice & there is room for improvement. I’m aware that ads are necessary for revenue after launch state for new games or games that aren’t that popular so I hope my comment is not taken badly—some games are just not everyone, in this case I don’t think this game is for me. Broken and Overpriced
I wanted to like this game; I really did. There are so many ads that buying the Ad Removal package is needed to play the game without constant interruption. This package is overpriced. Then the game has bugs regarding Automation that severely handicap the player from progressing. Unless of course, you invest a ridiculous amount of time or spend even more money. I refunded my purchase. Play at your own risk.

Offline Bonus doesn’t work
Literally title and unplayable since what’s the point of spending so much ability points on offline bonus when it doesn’t work? Literally wasted effort
Raised rewards
I would give it a 5 star, but recently the balloon reward went from 4 gems to 8 gems. As someone who puts money into this game it slightly pisses me off that they would raise the amount needed. You already have packs that cost up to 70$ why do you feel the need to take our gems twice as fast? I am starting to feel like this is all a money grab now. I will not be purchasing anymore packs for this game now.
Fun Game but too many glitches
I enjoyed the game but it kept freezing and glitching out on me. I saved my game multiple times yet the application still reset everything so I have the game the benefit of the doubt and it deleted everything I earned and upgraded and got. I’m very disappointed and especially at the fact that I also spent money in game. Please fix the bugs and glitches. It continuously freezes and gives me a weird pop up glitch that freezes the entire game. I’ll give it a better rating once developers have fixed this issue and restored all my data and everything I did in fact earned and saved. :/ people do not download once the bugs are figured out.
Glitchy and keeps closing
Mostly enjoying this game but lately it won’t load and open and when I’ve managed to get the main game to open the event shuts it all down again 😞. Cute game, love playing it when I need to just relax and zone out from people.

Ads Galore
Free version makes you watch ads about ever 5 minutes. It honestly kills the game. I don’t mind watching an ad every once and a while but every 5 minutes (or less) is a kill joy

I love this game I play it everyday and I live for the events however, the game would be better if it had the option to just buy the no adds park and not have to pay £26, when wll you want is no ads. 😅😅
Potential but too many ads
This game is cute but you can do more then a few things before having to watch an advert. If the adverts became optional to gain resources rather than just to continue I would rate higher. Also it prompts you to pay real money way too often.
Cannot open
Was enjoying the game till it glitched at some point and doesn’t even open. Tried restarting the phone and the game itself but nothing is working. It’s a shame as I’ve made some purchases

I love this game and have been playing it for a few months, however I keep encountering issues and there is no way to contact the developers. I’m currently on level 13 and what should be the construction room is being treated as a sanding room. Hoping one will see this and fix the issue!

Amazing Game
It took me 3 years to beat the game, which I think is a good progression for a game like this. After that it reset to square one, which is fun to have another chance. My only problem is that since purchasing VIP the game has been really buggy for some reason.

Love it BUT (and a big but)
When I started the game is didn’t crash at all more I progress the more it crashes. Now level 5/6 (can’t actually check) it doesn’t even open.... before it was barely playable but I could still open it. It just had an update and it opened... I saw the screen for a second then it closed straight away.

Game gets harder
I spent so much because I love this game. But no matter how much I spend it just gets harder to get managers to level up and earn fish even on the events game. Upgrading is so expensive. Please make it easier to get fish and fish cookies, opening chests, getting and upgrading managers please

Spent a lot of time playing this game, gameplay is brilliant apart from the constant adverts, animation is perfect. However several days ago the game updated, and now won’t open. I’ve tried everything but my only option is to delete the game, reinstall it and start again, which I have no intention of doing. No way of contacting customer support, the game was a waste of my time.
Glitch
Love the game but glitched upon me completing level 5 and shut the game down, reopened it to find myself in level 6 with none of the progress prizes being there which was really frustrating missing out on the 3 special keys etc, clicked on app support and takes to a Korean website so can’t actually message anyone to rectify
