Personally one of my favorite mobile game
Most previous mobile games I’ve played hardly feel like a game. More like an excuse of a game to put as many micro transactions and ads as possible. With DVM, I feel like I can actually kill a lot of time and have fun with it. There’s a lot to it, and while you can purchase things to speed the rate of your growth, it’s not necessary. I appreciate that they don’t force feed a bunch of ads either, as they are usually all optional. Overall, I love and appreciate this game very much.

So I have this feature on my kids iPad that it doesn’t let them purchase anything and it hasn’t been a problem for other games but when the loading screen comes it does all the things but then it says failed to initialize purchase information no matter what I do it doesn’t work so please tell me how to get it to work otherwise it looked like a cool game

I used to play this game a lot back in like 2018-2020. It’s fallen off since then, with the addition of crazily overpowered mythical dragons that destroy whole teams in one sweep, making legendary dragons pointless to use/obtain anymore. Yes, It’s a lot less grindy than it was, but I appreciated the difficulty this game once had. Every person on colosseum on the top ranking has the same team, too. No originality behind their teams, all just the same dragons and lineup. A game that once was fun had its joy stripped away due to developers desperate for money. They care more about adding new, fancy mythic dragons that people can spend their money on rather than redesigning older dragons and making them better or simpily adding newer/better dragons of other rarities. It’s not the same anymore, and I don’t think it ever will be.

Game returner
The game is great and I decided to play again, but I will say this upon returning to the game. I don’t like how they have a maxed out energy restriction when you used to just using energy to get material which I think is a little lame which makes the game less appealing for playing. Trying to get Mystic dragons is a little bit more when it used to be 100 now it was 200 greedy much! I feel like now they’re trying to make you spend twice as much just trying to get better characters…maxed and evolving… if that’s the case, then you guys need to drop how much it takes to evolving characters or getting more materials than maybe 10 per ticket run… which I think is something you guys should think about but game is great over all.
Good game, but…
What exactly do you need the purchase permits for? Me and some other guy who also has purchases disabled are unable to actually play the game because, well, purchase permissions. Until further notice, this game has disrespectfully earned its rating.
Good but I have a few thoughts
The game is enjoyable. Grinding isn’t a slog and they give you everything you need for free. Some of the dragon designs are really cool, but I feel like most of them are dull and boring looking, especially in the mythic and under rankings. Some of them have an odd sort of animation that looks like glitched tweening, and some of them are just overall unpleasant to look at. I am pretty picky about designs though, so that might just be a me thing. Some technically suggestions I have are that rune management should be a streamlined a little better, like a button that can remove all the runes from a dragon instead of having to do it individually. My biggest complaint is that I can’t move my save across servers, because they automatically sorted me into global, and most of the people in that server speak Korean. If there were a translator for comments or an option to move save data, I would be very happy.
Game bug or something
the Game thought I was using a third party platform and sent me a message saying it might ban me but I didn’t use any third party platform and I never have done that. this happened while I unlocked the in game content this has never happened before can you guys look into this
Decent enough
Used to be a frequent player in 2019-2020, but since 2022 I made the choice to play sparingly for a week or more every several weeks to months since the AT, Colo and Raid rewards are great. Listen, the events featuring mythic grade dragons are tricky especially for f2p ppl. Some of the criticism can’t seem to get to the creators after all… not everyone can grab free rewards hourly and every 6 hours so it’s best to change the Dragon’s Rest/Forest to real life and sleep hours needed… Longer wait time equals to more rewards.

Very disappointed & Uninstalling
After having playing for a bit and having a good line up of dragons and even after spending time getting special dragons through your events after your last update it made me sign in again I couldn’t remember which one it was so I signed in through Google it made me start a new game so I deleted the account than I tried signing in another option it made me start a new game. Everything is gone. So I don’t not see a point of starting allll over again.
3 years lost of progress
So every time I get into the game it says- Failed to initialize purchase system. I’ve redownloaded the game a bunch of times and it still says that. I’ve read a comment that the producer says to send him/her are account nickname and server but I don’t know that. I just want to play my game I haven’t in a long time
I lost all my progress
I literally one day was playing village m and I went to global settings and I changed it to America, and guess what happened?! It resets all my progress and it goes all the way back to the tutorial. I had so many great dragons and so many wings and gems and coins, and now, I HAVE ONLY LIKE 30,000!!!!!! I really would like my old account back. I really also want all my dragons back. I don’t even know why y’all have a reset for everybody I think that is kinda messed up. I hope you get an update where you can delete the reset button and everybody can get back all their stuff cause from looking at some reviews, I can tell they are not happy.

I swear when i first got this game i thought it was gonna be like the others,like to many ads costs money just to make an account but NO IT’S ONE OF THE BEST GAMES IVE EVER PLAYED!? It’s EXTREAMLY adicting and i mean EXTREAMLY its sooooo fun and its actually one of my favorite games and i’m not joking when i say i play it EVERY SINGLE DAY it’s amazing🥲

Seems like it would be a cool game, but after dropping some money on the game it goes and deletes my progress. Seems like something a company should have to face legal repercussions for, but whatever. Don’t waste your time on this game.
I lost a year of progress
For some reason, I can no longer play. I have been playing since the release of this game, and am very attached to it. When I log in, I am faced with a message saying: Initializing purchase information, laid over purchase system failed. The egg will wobble over the dot for hours at a time, and I left it open for 8 hours with no response. Customer service has yielded nothing, and I have finally been reduced to writing a review. Please fix this problem. I have tried switching accounts and servers, but nothing works. Like before, PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM!!!! I will be very grateful if it gets fixed. However, it was a game I was addicted to before this glitch. Please fix the glitch and allow me to continue playing your game, a game I loved since it was released. Thank you. So, a developer responded with the issue, and nothing worked. So, my server was of course, global, and my game center account nickname/user name was/ is Modestfrog1250. Please forward this to the dev. Team. Thanks.
Just great.
Had a lot of progress in this game, a good clan and all. In a recent update, all of my data was wiped and basically I have nothing now. 5 YEARS of progress, and for what? None of my logins I linked with the account are useable either.

I played and got a lot of dragons including a mythical but then it deleted my progress I also spent money on that game. I would like my data to be restored.
Decent improvement after 5yrs.
Not that it is a popular opinion, however this game has introduced some interesting core elements that makes the game’s replay value looking more fleshed out and give you a reason to build your dragons faster and efficiently, but unfortunately for those free to play community, some of that efficient progression is still behind some pay walls. At least I would say they are more affordable than before. Still need to change up some things tho. For Example, Login rewards that hasn’t aged well. Put a element mastery orb in their or just randomize the login rewards every month.

I have been playing this game for almost a year now. I had met many dragons and found my favorite one, and was enjoying playing the game, but one day, when I logged in and tried to play as usual, the message "Failed to initialize the payment system" appeared on the screen, followed by "Initialization of payment information..." and "Failed to initialize the payment system...". At first I thought, "What is this? I thought, "Well, it will be over soon if I leave it alone," and left it for about an hour, but I still could not log in with that screen. (Of course, the automatic screen lock is off.) So I wrote a review to this effect, but I can't log in to the app and report to the customer center from within the app like other players can. Furthermore, in the screen, I tried logging in again a few days later and restarting my phone, but I still could not log in to the game. I haven't tried uninstalling the game yet, but I'm afraid of losing the game data, so I haven't done that yet, but I have a feeling that it will happen again even if I try again from the beginning. And it seems that I am not the only one with this problem, other players are suffering from the same phenomenon, and some of them are saying sad things like "I'm quitting this game". I think this kind of situation would be a pretty big problem for the game management. Any advice you can give me on this matter? Please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible. PS: You mentioned that the customer center is in English, right? Also, I am unable to contact the customer center, which is the most important thing, so I will contact them here.
Data wipe.
The game itself is fun, it has amazing amount of detail while keeping smooth animations but the problem is that the game wiped ALL the data twice. Both wipes happened when i closed the app whether i wanted to play something else or i needed sleep, both times when i opened it i was back at the starting cut scene and when the tutorial was done i had basically nothing but the lightning dragon that the game lets you start with and nearly nothing else. please fix this, i love this game and want to play it without worrying about my data being wiped again :(

So I downloaded the game yesterday. And I got the mythic dragon epit now first of allI may have just tapped the wrong button so don’t use see the dragon twice and I was so sad I got so powerful and it was all taken away for me! ANYWAYS IM DONE WITH THIS GARBAGE BAG OF A GAME

Little bit angry
I get that guest accounts arent technically meant to be permanent, but the fact that you can still spend money while using a guest account and then have it randomly completely wiped out is horrendous. Not what i wanted to come back to tonight honestly, there are a million other games like this so i guess it is partly user error but whatevers wiping guest accounts should be changed.

Account wipe
After weeks and weeks of getting to an enjoyable point the app decided to wipe my entire account and forced me to start over. If this is a big please look into this. This is very frustrating knowing I wasted hours for no reason…
Amazing game but their is some issues.
This game is fun, unique, and the graphics are beautiful. I rate this game 4 stars because I lost all of my current progress and it restarted me to level 1, which I was very angry and disappointed. I love the story line, although there is this one character I absolutely do not like mainly because of his “attitude”. I love games with dragons in them, and yes I am that kind of person where I LOVE DRAGONS!!!. This game is and will ever be the best dragon app I have ever played, and I am telling the truth. Also, another problem I have is that my game tends to act laggy and glitches sometimes whenever I played this game. I also don’t like the way that upgrading dragons with coins is too much. Every level you upgrade a certain dragon for, the amount of coins increases and becomes more and more expensive. Other than that this game is amazing, and I totally recommend this app, if you enjoy dragons and stories, and also adventure. The next time I play this game I hope my progress will be saved, unlike this time. I think I might play this game again, but until my problem gets solved I won’t start playing it. I also made a lot of progress about upgrading two of my dragons and evolving one of them. Sorry this was a long review, I just hope you are able to fix this problem. Thank you so much!!!!. Other than that I totally recommend you to play this game, and hopefully your progress won’t be deleted permanently (like mine).

Been playing on and off since 2018 - let me tell you why I love this game
First off, because the last time I left a glowing review for a game I was accused of being a paid reviewer, by god I WISH I was getting paid to write this lol, unfortunately I just happen to really love the game and am not ashamed to be passionate about and praise things that I love! With that out of the way, I’ve been playing this game for a long time. My very first account was way back in 2018, and I remember my strongest dragon was dark Venezie, to the point that every account since I’ve sought him out immediately as my favorite boy. ❤️ I lost that account after a while, since it wasn’t a logged in account and got deleted after a time. I had at least one other account after that one, but I think it might have been two, and then my current account. (This one IS a logged in account and so won’t be lost, ha!) I played on and off, as I was a college student (who turned out to have undiagnosed adhd and so had difficulty remembering things the moment I set them down for a few days to focus on something else), and life kept getting in the way of a little gacha game on my phone, lol! But I’ve kept finding myself coming back to this game over the years, even when I have to start completely over and go through the early level slog that I already know by rote again. (Note: it’s not a BAD early level experience at all! Just boring once I’ve done it four times already, haha!) First of all, this game is gorgeous. In a world where so many games and other forms of media are turning to 3d DVM is an example of a game with an appealing 2d artstyle. Not every dragon is my absolute favorite, and some things are generic looking, but some of these dragons I would buy prints of if I had the chance. (Imagine a poster of origin god dragon, I’d buy that in a heartbeat! I love his design to pieces ❤️❤️❤️❤️) By and large this game is eye candy, with me having frequently sent screenshots of certain dragons to friends to coo over how cute they look or how cool their design is. I remember sharing screenshots of Yukion specifically when he first came out, absolutely adorable and beautifully drawn to boot! I’ve yet to get sick of this game’s artstyle and genuinely enjoy the vast majority of the dragon’s designs, purposefully holding onto and locking less powerful dragons to keep them in my inventory just because I love how they look! Second of all, DVM is a gacha game, we all know this. These games are inherently based on gambling and tempt you to spend money on them because maybe NEXT time you’ll get that thing you want! By and large, I dislike these sorts of games, because they can so easily become predatory and drain money from people who can’t fight the temptation. They set things up to where only those who spend egregious amounts of money have a shot at being ‘good’, and frustrate players who choose to play for free until they either quit or start spending. But DVM? It’s FAIR. I’m no gacha game expert, but I’ve played a fair few in my time, and DVM is the ONLY one I’ve come back to time and time again (and currently stuck with for nearly a year this time around). I don’t like spending money on in-game purchases and micro transactions because I know myself and know giving in to that temptation could very well lead to me making mistakes I’d always regret. I play for free. And I’m doing GOOD. DVM provides AMPLE opportunities for free to play players to have shots at being competitive, and they don’t lock the strongest dragons behind paywalls. Oh sure, there are a couple of dragons you can only get if you pay, but they’re NOT the strongest, not by a long shot. The strongest dragons are available at the same rate to EVERYONE, you can’t boost your luck with money or just buy them directly, a paying player and a free to play player have the exact same chances of getting them. In DVM you don’t buy DRAGONS, you buy DRAWS. Or rather, you buy currency, which is typically used for draws but can actually be used for a multitude of other things as well. You can also buy bulk packages of in-game items used to level up your dragons, but guess what? None of them are unique to the purchase, they’re all perfectly obtainable by free to play players, and they’re not that difficult to get either; buying the package just makes it that little bit faster. Oh, DVM is a gacha game don’t get me wrong, they advertise in-game purchases constantly and I don’t blame them, they need to keep things running! But they’re FAIR. They don’t hand out the strongest items and dragons only to people who pay, they give equal chances to EVERYONE, and provide plenty of avenues for free to play players to get plenty of draws themselves. You can watch six ads a day for diamonds, the currency used for draws, and there’s ALWAYS events going on that provide rewards and access to special items by participating. Currently there’s an event going on based around the release of a new dragon, but before that was a card matching event! You could pick up rewards just by playing a memory game a few times a day, perfectly accessible to everyone who plays regardless of financial circumstances, and fun to boot! Above all else, I love this game so much because it’s FAIR. It’s fair to people who don’t have the ability to pay, and doesn’t put paying players in a VIP exclusive club where only THEY have access to the best of the best. It provides ample opportunities to EVERYONE to get the things they need to progress, and doesn’t lock off the strongest and best things behind a paywall. Everyone has the same chance per pull, regardless of how much you’ve spent, and free players have plenty of opportunities to get more than enough pulls. I would know, I haven’t spent a single cent on this game. And I’m routinely up in the top 200 if not top 100, and have plenty of room to grow. I love this game, sincerely, and am so happy it’s still going strong to this day. ❤️
