I really enjoy this app it’s a really fun game and it’s not too much reading like some other ones and you don’t have to buy buy buy and I haven’t gotten any ads 😊

Game Problem it keeps saying error loading book and it won’t let me play the game and I just spent $14.99 on 3000 Diamonds I am upset can you please fix this if not how can I get my money back I have been trying all day to play it still not working is there gonna be an update or something maybe the reason the game isn’t functioning properly

It’s a really good game the only downside is that once it tied to continue season one episode 5 it says it’s an issue loading the episode idk if it’s broken or not I really don’t wanna delete the game and I don’t know what to do after this. Hopefully you guys respond fast enough for me so I don’t have to delete it!

This is a really boring game. All you do is read conversations. Total waste of time. I am guessing all of the positive reviews are either paid for or fake.
Very fun but slightly frustrated
I downloaded the game last night and didn’t really have any issues with it till I tried to play tonight. It won’t allow me to even go into the chapter I’m on. It just keeps saying there was error initializing the chapter. Other than that I have enjoyed it so much.

Thought Game was pretty cool. Soon as I spent $ to make a choice(other than ruin people’s lives) It quit working.. can’t get to chapter 6 of first story. Says Error every time I try .. also have to turn phone off & on to get out of the file part. W/ people, clues, evidence.. no way to get out of that if happen to hit it.. big let down & just wasted $15 I can’t use since game won’t move on. Doubtful, but Is there a refund available?

Great but stopped working!
Great app and has been since I started playing it a few months ago. I have progressed through the cases and am currently awaiting the next case to open, which states is ‘coming soon’. I am fine with this, as am going through and really enjoying some extra cases, but yesterday the app just refuses to work! I have the latest iOS update installed and have tried offloading and re-installing the app, but it is stuck on the first screen when opened. I do not want to loose progress and so do not wish to delete and start all over again. Please fix!
I WAS really enjoying this game.
Once I moved onto a new story, I suddenly got an error message. Now I can’t move forward. Been 3 days now, so the only thing I can do is remove this game. It’s a bummer, because I was enjoying it.

I just messaged about the glitches and they were fixed! Great customer service! Only two complaints: the season pass option. I can’t purchase it! My other complaint is the story lines for Eric were really thought out but there’s nothing for Tony. If I’m going to spend on diamonds to get to that level I would hope for the story to be there! I still really love this game so I’m hoping this gets fixed soon:)

just started playing it seems interesting so i’ll give it an extra star BUT where’s the diversity ? i dont see a single choice for customizing someone to look like me… hint: im not white 😅 but thats the only choice u get, white or u get a slight tan …

Love the game but it’s recently not working
Game doesn't work, at all.
First the choices are way too expensive. It doesn't cost $100s to read a book or watch a TV show so why do games? Second, the game absolutely won't allow me to watch videos to get the free gems ever. Third, I got one chapter in and now the game won't even load to allow me to continue. And I've just put money into this game no less so that makes it 10x more frustrating. I'd like a refund if I can't even load into a game I've paid for.
Good game but laggy and expensive
I love the game because the choices you make actually matter, and the crimes are interesting and dynamic. However, it is the only game I’m having constant network issues with, to the point of having to wait an entire day to even get to play, and now that I can, nothing works. Every other game works. Also, echoing what other reviews said, I understand the mechanic of spending gems to make certain decisions that lead to an extra scene, but it’s frustrating that the amount you can earn isn’t proportional to what you need for anything.

I’m on the 3rd chapter and it won’t let me play at all, keeps saying there is an error and can’t continue the game.

ALMOST the PERFECT game
okay so my only issue is the glitch when it comes to purchasing the season pass. I have no issue spending a few bucks here and there on a game I really enjoy, but I’ve spent more than I should have because the button you’re supposed to click to purchase the season pass is blank and doesn’t do anything when you do try to press it. I keep having to make 2.99 purchases to make the decisions I want to forward my progress, and I’m not gonna spend anymore until the season pass issue is fixed. I played this game almost daily, but I have to cut my session short until I can accept the daily rewards for the next day. Please fix this!!! I’m literally trying to give you more money, but the glitch is stopping me.

Now I cannot get into my story, it says it has problem utilizing my story. Sooo..the app was fun up until I could not load anymore stories. In the app I cannot find a way to contact them as well. So, I will try to get a refund from apple.
Error
I enjoy this game. However this stupid error cannot load book is annoying and I really didn’t want to uninstall but there’s no sense having a game I can’t play anymore. Rather disappointing as it’s a good game.
Keeps crashing and no way to contact support
I really enjoyed playing the game until about episode 4. I thought it was enjoyable and an out of the box idea! Easy to get additional gems and move through the storyline. It continues to say there was an error loading the book after several hours and attempts. It would be helpful to report issues, like Satisgame allows or a platform like that. A bit disappointed, because I was quite excited about this game.
Good game but can’t get diamonds
I love the game and the story lines in the cases so far. I’m finding it hard to progress though because I don’t like most of the free options and I can’t get diamonds by ads for some reason. I also can’t sign in using Facebook either. The game is good but I’m definitely having some problems. Getting diamonds would be so easy if I could actually use that feature.

GAME DOESNT WORK
downloaded and it played perfect, closed my game and went to bed last night. Tried to open the game said it couldnt load books, 3rd time this has happened. Im not gonna uninstall and reinstall again just to start over. I then tried to email game support to find out they dont exist, and my email was kicked back. Now fighting with apple to get my money back.

I wanna say that it’s absolutely amazing on how great this game is! It includes romance AND mystery/suspense, it’s also really cool how much time and effort it took to make the game, it doesn’t even have ads not including getting gems! Although this game is amazing I really don’t like that you have to have lots of gems for very important things, I understand that to get gems you either pay money or watch ads which boosts the game but there were some choices I wanted to pick that I couldn’t because I didn’t have enough gems. All in all though I’d say this game is a 9.5/10 and I would definitely recommend playing it.

OVER A YEAR
ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR AND NO NEW STORY / SEASON UPDATE
I’m trying to love this game BUT…
I love the graphics (other than the fact that there are VERY LIMITED choices for POC as far as skin tone and hair). It’s very interesting and easy to get lost in the storyline. HOWEVER, a game that I can only play for minutes at a time before I have to use jewels to continue in the logical flow of the story is asinine. I get that you guys want to make money to see an ROI for the amount of work it took to go into the game, but you already bombard us with ads, so you’re making money on the backend, even more if we download the game being advertised. I wish app developers understood that there are some players who are going to pay to play no matter what, and some who WILL NOT SPEND NO MATTER WHAT. Either offer more ways to EARN coins more frequently or make the choices/decisions cost less jewels. I really like the game and would love to see how the stories pan out but I will probably delete because I only get a brief moment of play before you want me to cough up 170 jewels. Enough is enough.

I love this game, payed to play more of the game but season 3 only has one chapter tho. I would love to keep playing. It’s been like for a long time now and I’m sooo close to deleting the game.
Interested but disappointed
I like the game. I’m disappointed because you have to wait a day to get gems. Then when you do get to collect. The game freezes up. The ad through each scene also won’t play. The safe also doesn’t work all the time. I have updated everything, closed And-opened the app, I have disconnected from my internet and tried others, nothing works. I’m now on my third day of not making any progress. I’m losing interest fast
Keep getting an error
It won’t load on dangerous experiments. Keeps saying an error occurred while initializing the book. I really liked this game so far. Any suggestions? I’ve restarted my phone, cleared the cache on my iphone. Please help.
Stuck at loading screen…
I downloaded the app this morning and when I opened it the app, it was stuck at the loading/“authorization” screen and the loading bar has been stuck about a seventh of the way through. Tried restarting the app, my phone, and even deleting and redownloading, but nothing works.

Great, but …..
I’ve enjoyed the game very much and even decided to buy some gems to get further along. But as soon as I do, the app no longer works and fails to load. This has happened twice so far and I’m tempted to delete it regardless of how much I enjoyed it. Hopefully I can get some help/support with this issue soon.
Money grab and lack of diversity
I understand you need money but some of the choices you have to pay for are ridiculous. Who wouldn’t choose to feed the homeless? Make sure that women victims aren’t exposed? To help out someone who is dying? This game is great but the fact you have to PAY for those kinds of moral outcomes is ridiculous. The facial features of the main character customization are basically the same. The darkest skin tone is a deep tan. No textured style, just curly. The world has changed too much for games to not get this right.
