DOESN’T WORK!!!!
It doesn’t work because I used Face ID and it works fine everywhere except this app. I had 2 restart it and it was still not working that much. Maybe because my watch is charging. I dunno. I don’t like the app but the watch is AWSEOME! But this is a rating for the app, not the watch. So, I rate the app 1 star. Horrible start. Horrible. I could finally login, but I can’t login on my iPad. Boooooo!👎👎👎

Following these instructions very frustrating-did not work as advised. Took 3 hours to get done, by googling every single instruction.

Awful!
Don’t bother with this stupid app or these watches. Tried with two different watches on 3 different phones and it won’t connect. I’ve officially given up. Save your money.

This watch app is so bad it doesn’t tell you how to set the watch up I read a few reviews and it still doesn’t set up any tips?
Faces
So I just got this watch yesterday and I hate the poor selection of digital faces please add more faces maybe ones the change colours or move but it was easy to hook up for me and I am 12 years old and it has helped me a lot

It connected to my watch right away! It was super easy all you have to do is turn on Bluetooth on your iPhone and get this app, then on the watch hit find my iPhone/android whatever you have! And boom your all set to go

No Verification Code
How are you suppose to set the watch up if it won’t send the verification code to your email to setup an account this is ridiculous. There is also no one to speak with to troubleshoot or help you set this thing up can someone reach out to me

The time is off if my phone is not connected I wish it had settings to set time without connected and even when it’s connected the weather is always off my location is constantly available but the weather is dramatically wrong otherwise It’s ok

So my personal experience was it told me my device wasn’t working correctly. So I didn’t know what to do I looked in every manual and read every review I even googled it and nothing. So I UNKNOWINGLY unbound the device THINKING that I could REBIND it. Little did I know you can’t and NOBODY told me anything else so here I am making a new account.
The app is perfect
It’s easy and worked perfectly for my justice watch if you try it with any other device not made for it that’s not the apps fault but yours they are three apps and this ones for iPad so maybe try the two different apps they provide
Won’t connect
Device says it’s connected by Bluetooth and will play music from my phone, but the app will not work and says device unconnected
It’s Awesome but why does it do this?
This watch is like the best purchase ever in my opinion the only complain I have is that it is slow and confusing some times but I can live with it! Hope this helps!
