Please fix the “choose from album” watch face bug
There is a bug with the custom watch face configuration. When you select a photo from your album, it’s capturing both the uploaded photo AND the “cancel” and “done” app UI buttons.. there is no way around this. pretty big issue for those that prefer customization.
Con- won't recharge
I really like the watch it is very durable I have been using mine for about 8 months now . I work in Maintenance and have hit this thing on several pipes with no damage. However it is super finicky and really difficult to charge. I would prefer a plug, but it has magnets that are difficult to line up correctly for a charge, it may never charge for me again.
Does NOT Compare
I use to have an Apple Watch that done everything perfectly. This thing does NOT compare, in the least. Nothing works right except the time. It’s constantly taking over the sound on my phone so I have to keep disconnecting it from Bluetooth and then starting over. I’m on my way to Walmart to dump this problem in their lap and regain my sanity. What a POS!
Sleep tracking is not accurate
When you are awake for 3 hrs…it has no idea

Deleted steps
I bought this watch 3 weeks ago. It worked ok the first week. I forgot to make sure my app was open and synced to count steps the first week. So every night after the first week mistake i make sure i sync the data everyday at the end of the day. Now my steps are being deleted from previous days even after i synced it eveynight! The watch also doesnt register to count your steps if your arm is even a little sweaty or it just stops working on a whim. I turn it on and off to get it to work again and sometimes that doesnt even work. The app and the watch are terrible! Do not buy the watch! Waste of money.

I like the watch. Multiple things about it I do like. What I do not like is, cannot change from a.m. to p.m.. It is in the afternoon and watch will still say it’s a.m. and when it’s in the a.m. watch state it’s in the p.m. Deleted the phone re-added it doesn’t change. Also, the app on my phone will tell me I’m at 24,000+ steps at the end of the day. The watch will read only 10,000+ steps. Less than half of what I’ve actually done. Those need to be remedied as soon as possible.
Not bad
I don’t like how when I try to play music on my phone speakers it plays through the watch and there is no way that I can see to prevent that from happening. Also, weather is never accurate.

needs a bit of an update the watch faces keep changing on me every time I go to turn it on. also not getting notifications anymore like I use to when I am allowing notifications & connected to my phone. other than all that great watch. 🫵😂

Phone keeps rebooting
This is about the 4th time I have had to reset my phone! It is so frustrating! A tool that is supposed to simplify my health journey is now contributing to my stress! It did a reboot where it added some useless features no warning! Now I lost all my progress. Can we have the option of when we want to update and can you please back up our data before you do
Fix the wallpaper
When I try and customize the wallpaper, the continue and done button goes with the wallpaper when you click it so it shows the cancel and done button as the background at the bottom of the photo I picked.
Fix the Customize watch face!
I love the app and the watch, it focuses on everything that needs to be monitored, BUT the watch face customizer with your own image is messed up. After you pick your image the “cancel and done” button are on the bottom of the image on the watch. Can this be fixed? Because I would like to just have that little bit to make it feel like my own. That’s my only complaint.

The custom background needs a fix. The buttons stay in the frame and end up on the background.

My daughter got one of the watches for Christmas. It’s stopped working within a week and it is pointless to try and get a hold of someone to try and get help with it. I have tried and tried . It’s just broken. Now she has a gift she cannot use.
The messenger push inconsistent
It’s a great smart watch, but losing connection to the app and the Watch itself can be cumbersome when message notifications fail often
Steps vs miles
Love the size and fit of the watch, very comfortable and does not give me a rash like other smart watches have. That being said, it registers inches (stride length) as feet, so when I look at how many miles I’ve walked, it says I’m over 800 miles, just a few hours in. Please fix this glitch. Update: been up for an hour and it hasn’t tracked any of my steps today. 🤨🧐. Update 2: The watch started counting steps about an hour later, but I still have no idea what I walked before that. Also, it stated that I was sleeping while sitting at the movie theater. Now it keeps disconnecting and I am not receiving notifications when my phone is within two feet of my watch. Please fix. Update 2: I’ve had the watch for 2 and a half weeks now. Random days I don’t get any of my messages or notifications even with them turned on. Also, I’ve probably walked a mile or so today and it’s only counted 174 steps. I walked down a hallway (appx 100 steps and it only registered 2 steps then stopped counting again.
Can not read display outside in sunlight
I need an outside watch that I can easily see the time while in the Florida sunlight. This one isn’t it! If you want an inside watch that looks great and has many options it works great.

I love this smart watch because when I had my other watch, it didn’t even make calls and it was useless, but I like this watch way more better. I love it way more better
Does not work
Just got this, charged it, and got it connected to my phone. It doesn’t do anything except tell me the time. It won’t tract my steps (in app or on the watch), heart rate, or anything like that. It will play my music though, which is cool. Nothing else seems to work though. Most likely going to return and try a different brand.
Custom Screensaver Glitch
When setting up a custom screensaver from your album, the “cancel” and “done” buttons are included in the final save. A little quirk that should definitely be fixed.
Horrible
I’ve been wearing my watch every single day and checking my steps and all of a sudden, my steps disappeared. My exercise disappeared as if I haven’t been working out or walking the entire day. This is ridiculous. I don’t recommend this watch. It’s horrible and it keeps resetting giving me a different time and a different day. So many different bugs needs to be updated. I can’t stand this watch.
Senior
I don’t believe it gives accurate accounts of my steps. I’m up throughout the night sometimes just going to the restroom getting back in bed going to sleep. So after finally wake up and I checked to see my status, it has zero steps.

I like that the app has a lot of customization and overall good features but one thing I don’t like is that you can’t change the audio going from the watch to the phone when I want to play a game it plays the audio from the watch and not the phone
Needs improvement
Some watch faces don’t function correctly in watch. Needs option in watch to increase volume level. Fix these issues and rating goes up.

At first you pick a background like a custom one it says cancel have done and then you clicked done, but the council done stays there cancel and then stays there and also And there’s this text app it says there’s like two text bubbles and I’m assuming that’s supposed to be texting but when I click on it it’s just notifications but otherwise it’s love and it’s a really good app it alerts to me Went to drink water and went to get up and walk around and I love that so yeah

What the Hell?
So I got this watch and set it all up, put it on. Then came the time when I wanted to watch videos on my phone but did Not want sound to go thru watch. Only way to do it was to completely disconnect the phone and forget the device. Again What the Hell? I hate it. Not easy to use. Returning it tomorrow

Watch face (zetta)
You can’t delete (even following FAQs on google) unwanted watch faces, not allowing you to pick only one without it randomly changing while you work or other activities.
Issues to fix
Once you pick the face, it changes on you after you save the one you want Also unable to add favorite contacts it automatically disconnects from my phone. I’ve had to reconnect a couple also it’ll play videos and things off of Instagram when I only want to hear my phone or at least have the option to play it through my watch

Where did watch faces go?
I love this watch it’s amazing and I know it says it’s not waterproof, but I’ve taken it in the ocean. I take showers with it every day. I’ve never had a problem with this watch. My only problem I’m having, is the watch face menu has disappeared and I’m stuck with like 4 or 5 watch faces that are original to the watch. I can’t download faces anymore. It seems to no longer be on the app. What happened to that? Edit* I had to delete the app, download again, re-pair watch and then the watch face edit menu returned to the app. Wish I tried that months ago. Watch is awesome. Edit* App constantly crashes while looking at watch faces to download. From 5 to 4.
It’s got a lot of quirks
The app is functional, mostly. The watch is another story. I’ve bought watches like these for under 50 bucks and they always have these random quirks you just have to accept. The most common one is the pedometer. It counts while you’re driving or (rarely) even sitting so that’s annoying. This model seems to randomly have the watch face constantly swap between the 4 faces and it gets annoying. I don’t use this watch for calls, texts, or anything like that. If you do,however, be warned that it routes all your audio through Bluetooth to the speakers and you have to manually change it. Heart rate monitor isn’t consistent and won’t stay on for some reason. If you can accept all that (and it’s possible your watch may not even have these problems) it’s just ok for a fitness watch. If you’re reading this, I recommend spending the money on something high end and is guaranteed to work. These things are gambles ultimately and depend solely on your tolerance for quirks
Steps inaccurate
The steps are way less than reality. The profile settings has my stride in feet instead of inches so it’s showing that a walked 600 miles in less than a week. The software needs to add the option for inches instead of ft
Great smartwatch app
I just recently got introduced to my smart watch my hubby got me (I love it’s adorable). But such a great organization and way of keeping on task and schedule it’s the greatest I’ve saw have experienced with yet to come.
Almost 5 stars
Okay first I’ll start by saying the watch OS beautifully built the quality is definitely there. All the functions work exactly as they should and the only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of the camera function. You can take pictures with the watch on your phone but you can’t start and stop video. If this feature was added I would definitely give it a 5 star review.
Charging issues
Anyone else having issues getting the watch to connect to the charger so I can have a fully charged watch to use. I’ve had nothing but issues with this watch and I got it to help monitor my heart
New watch for runs
I’ve had this watch for a month now. All I can say is that it’s easy to use and set. There was a learning curve to navigate through the app, I’ve notice that on my heart rate average. One side says avg. rate and the other side max reta. It’s obviously misspelled. Small things need to get tweaked and upgraded like the maps and weather info. In all it’s a great watch to “start off with”.

Love this watch, it’s the best watch I’ve had, it keeps accurate time and it is easy to read. So far since I’ve charged it, the battery lasts for a long time, haven’t had to recharge the watch yet since the initial charge. Also it keeps more accurate steps than other watches. It’s almost been a week since i got the watch and started wearing it.
Great but…
It doesn’t account for night owls. I work at night and sleep during the day and it doesn’t track or allow you to track your sleep during the day.
Connection, notifications
Got the watch from Walmart and at first it was a good watch was working great and the. All of a sudden I’m not receiving notifications I’ve tried resetting the watch and my phone and re connecting it and still not receiving nothing and then every so often it said to connect it when it’s already connected so I have to turn my Bluetooth off and forget the device and reconnect it all over again but still no notifications but over all it’s not a bad watch everything reads like a phone and easy to navigate.
Audio
Please provide a way to not have audio on the watch. I have all notifications turned off in the app, yet any typing i do in the phone is sounded in the watch. I do gig work and all audio is in the watch (and too low to hear instructions). I just want the watch for time, steps, and health features.
