Crashes when downloading packs
Crashes when I try to install Halloween pack on my iPad
Not working?!?
Didn’t work on my older iPad. It crashes upon initial download completion.
It’s Great, But…
I really like this. This is an awesome app, and the sounds are great too. But there is only ONE problem. This is usable for GarageBand, right? Well, every time I open this in GarageBand, it doesn’t work. I keep doing it and doing it, but it keeps telling me to either reload or disable. So if you could fix this problem, that would be great. This is still a great app and it has quite the potential. :)
Well thought out
OCTANE represents a cutting-edge option that warrants serious consideration when selecting a multitool application designed to encompass a diverse range of sounds that are constantly evolving.
Don’t purchase
I purchased and only got a smidge of what I purchased. They have an automatic response on email and social media so either don’t care or don’t check emails social media and etc. t They have everything running properly to take your money but not keep server up and running so u can play with what you purchased. At this point I just want money back because if you can’t support your customers that are paying you then I cannot support you. Don’t matter how good your product is , which I don’t know because everything is all janky. Hopefully this will get their attention before I have to start posting everywhere related to music. Come on guys fix the problem. Not cool to just take people’s money and not even have a working server or product
Awesomeness …..BUT
Okay first off I’ll like to say I use the desktop version often I didn’t know it had a iPad version I was looking for a new Auv3 sound module for some new sound for when I’m producing on the iPad And boom this came up I was like wow I use that in logic and I new about the sounds and the layering of sounds in the app to create new sound not to mention the arpeggios and pre made arps .the sound packs are so worth the money and little did I know I didn’t have to buy them again because I had an account already with the desktop version. Okay my one problem is the BUGS it’s a little buggy and if and when the iron out those wrinkles this will hands down the one of the best sound module on iPad . You guys should invest heavily into cleaning out the bugs and make it more efficient..deserve 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ based on potential ….Okay after more than a month with Octane for IPad ..you guys have to make this available without internet service it’s just a space holder in that case to be honest if this not fixed soon I’ll be changing my rating to 2 or stars
Doesn’t work properly
After using the app once or twice on iOS mobile it refuses to load and ask you to contact manufacturer or an update complete waste of my money
crash
the latest update crashes when you download certain packs! It seems most packs were able to be dowloaded as expected but i wasnt able to download the following , “Detroit to the Bay” “Beethovens Keys” “8-bit Pack” “Rave Bae Pack”.. All these ones crash when i try to download, they get to 99.99% then crash
BAY AREA STAND UP!
Really great app! I believe all products so far are beyond reasonable in affordability and deserve way more recognition. The amount of service this app provides for iOS, outside of it’s Standalone applications for computers, is beyond beneficial. This is my only source I use outside of the major 🥭 product from Imageline. Soundware has really been representing the community well! Esp to be putting themselves into a game where there’s already elite status for some others In said lane! I like to consider myself a SOUNDWARE ELITE AFFILIATE / POWER USER.. no marketing or paid promotions here though! Keep delivering y’all! I’ll always be here for it!!! -LuhtaScoob!
Unstable in Logic Pro
Keeps crashing. First inside host application, and now in stand alone mode. Don’t waste your time .
I finally got it working
After getting through the headache of signing in, it works well. A bit glitchy but the sounds and the ease of use is what I like about this app. The sounds seem to be rich sounding and full, really good clear sound quality….The AUv3 works works but also needs a sweep…so whereas I gave 0 stars previously ( I was forced into giving one star) I will definitely give OCTANE its due…4 stars potential for 5 once the glitches are ironed out
Does not work on my m1 iPad Air
Like the title says …..it doesn’t…I log in and it doesn’t pass log in
Nice sounds but some problems
Sounds are awesome. But when you open a project on garage band after having one already open, it makes the program lag so I have to close the GarageBand app and open it back up in order for me to use octane. Also I want to buy more sounds but it doesn’t allow me to. If I click and hold the sound pack I want to buy it shows the price but once I let go it disappears so I can’t click on it to purchase it. Please fix this I really love the app
One of the best AUv3 plugins for iOS
Englische Übersetzung: One of the best AUv3 plugins for iOS. The sound and the synthesizer are absolutely impressive. The sounds are perfect for modern music production. The app could benefit from more stability via Soundwave, but the core idea of this app is unique as it provides the exact sounds producers need for modern music. Performance could definitely be improved. I recommend buying the entire pack as there are updates and some incredibly cool sounds you won’t find as an AUv3 on iOS anywhere else. Keep up the great work and keep expanding the app – it could become the number one.
Crashes on logic bro I pad a lot

Would give a five if it had a zoom & stretch option on the keyboard

Awesome app with awesome support!
I like using different romplers but I just love the amount of different sounds and ways to edit and enhance them through the interface options and effects! But best of all..I noticed the app was having an issue, contacted the support team and they responded and had an update already in line to fix the problem! Great customer service always gets 5 stars from me!
This App must be 1st in the Worst Apps in AppStore
If I’m buying anything from Soundware ever, I’ll definitely be dead by then.
Neutral1
The app seems to open and then close straight away. I gave it 4 stars as it seems like it could be a good app going by the description. iPhone 6s, 128GB, iOS 15.0.2.
Plugin Keeps crashing when loading presets

New update works with DAWs again but can’t DL new sounds even if purchased.

Won’t download
It just tells me my connection is unstable. No matter if I’m on WiFi or high 5G
Hard to beat for the price
Sure it has some issues, but you can’t beat the price. This unlocks an entire VST on my phone, iPad, and my computer for almost nothing. Incredible!
won’t even let you log in
you can’t make an account and if you somehow do it still doesn’t work
Very good app
But the app crashes way too much in GarageBand Please fix this urgently
Scam
Do not download this app. It forced you to sign into an account and when you sugn up it still doesn’t let you sign in. It’s completely unusable. And you will not get a refund.
