Disaster experience
Have booked for deep cleaning . They have assigned 3 people without any cleaning machines . Even though they are charging for deep cleaning but they are just providing maid service with dusting and mopping They dont even use scrubber or vaccumm cleaner just for name sake they are writing that they assign professionals In simple word they are bunch of cheaters

I’ve used their cleaning services for 5 weeks. Unfortunately they were consistently late. I paid for 3 people, 2 hrs and materials. One week only 2 people came and today there is no vacuum cleaner. I found their cleaning to be below standard. I will not be using them again

Cleaner broke my computer screen
A cleaning lady broke my computer screen. All I got back from support was that the cleaner in question said the screen was already broken. Although she couldn't tell whether the screen she moved was broken or not, since it had to be turned on. A dishonest company to be avoided.

Even sure to screenshot this and whatsapp it to them because, my Lord, the absolute WORST business to deal with. In the latest episode of their nonsense, they show massages available from 6.30, a time a book for, only to find out they book me in for 10.30 am and as per, my messages to them get ignored. As well as cleaners blocking my toilet and not being held to account and the 4/5 hours between Whatsapp messages (the only means to reach their ‘customer support), just an all-round joke of a company. The only reason I put them on 2 stars and not one IS for the reason that they provide actual HIGHLY-skilled therapists, who are so lovely. Other than that, ABYSMAL! Also, be aware that if you rate a service with low stars, Jameel will automatically adjust it to 4.5/5 stars. MARCH 2026 UPDATE: My experience with Jameel has been nothing short of exhausting and unacceptable. I paid for a one-month cleaning subscription, only for them to fail to send a cleaner on two separate occasions. This is not a one-off mistake - it is a pattern of unreliability. What makes matters worse is their complete lack of accountability. Instead of proactively checking with their own cleaners, they repeatedly message me asking whether the cleaner has arrived - even when I’ve made it clear that I am at work and unable to verify this myself. The responsibility should lie with them, not the paying customer. To add insult to injury, I was previously offered a measly 50 AED compensation voucher, which I was given just seven days to use - an almost laughable attempt at resolution considering the ongoing issues I’ve faced (and can easily evidence across more than 10 separate incidents). The most recent failure was particularly unacceptable. I was told on the day that the assigned cleaner had “taken off for Eid” and that Jameel had not been informed. That alone highlights a complete breakdown in their internal communication and planning. As a customer, why am I the one discovering this after the fact? Even more frustrating was the tone and handling from customer support. I was told to “calm down” while dealing with repeated service failures - completely inappropriate and dismissive. When I challenged their lack of ownership, I was met with scripted, defensive responses such as “issues occur” and that they are “not perfect”. That may be true - but consistent failure without meaningful resolution is not acceptable. Eventually, I requested cancellation and a refund for the remaining services, which they processed - but only after significant back-and-forth and frustration. From missed appointments, poor communication, and dismissive customer service, to a system that clearly does not prioritise the customer experience - this has been a diabolical service from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

If you’re looking for a maid service that delivers confusion, frustration, and a powerful desire to clean everything yourself afterward, this is the one. Otherwise, I recommend literally any other option. If I could give zero stars, I’d give negative ones!

Do not fall into the trap of this service. They failed to keep the initially appointed time, then gave another time after one hour and did not honor that either. After the first contact, they stopped answering phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
Great cleaning
The team was on time, very respectful of my space, and left every corner spotless. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, everything was gleaming. Happy with the service and price was fair too. Will use them again for sure.
Horrible service
I booked a plumber, he came 2.5 h late, didn't do the work, charged as if he did do the work, and the app customer service doesn't reply, money not returned! Never using this app again!

Terrible DO NOT USE
I paid for 4 hours of of cleaning, they left after 3 and without cleaning more than 1 small portion of the house. The phone number to contact them is disabled. They do not return WhatsApp’s.

App is good but service is not up to the mark
I booked a cleaning service with material and after cleaning was completed and the person left I realized she used by kitchen wipe and threw it in the dustbin later. She also finished my floor cleaner bottle which was new and was not used once. The mirror was all blurry after she wiped it and the toilets weren’t cleaned at all. I was busy doing other things and did not notice at that time. Once she left I checked and raised an issue about the material but no action was taken. This is not a professional agency. Please don’t use, you’ll regret.
