Played for years
The neck feels good on my Enya inspire. The string action and everything was tuned appropriately and it sounds very good. I was sort of reluctant to embrace this technology having to deal with an app. I like the form factor and the playability. I simply cannot understand why you would not include a basic flanger along with the chorus in the Provided app. I mean, you went this far to provide basic effects. Why would you not include a classic MXR type flanger? Please put in a flanger and I’ll add another star please I beg you!!! How am I gonna sound like Eddie Van Halen?
PLEASE FIX THE CHORD TIMING BUG
I love the Cyber-G Pocket, but the chord-following screen has a frustrating timing issue. The first chord box sometimes appears already filled before I even strum, so when I make my first strum, the app registers it as the second box. This makes the chord guide extremely confusing because the visual timing doesn’t seem to match my actual playing. I’ve tried troubleshooting but can’t find a setting to fix it. ENYA, please have your development team look into the chord-screen synchronization/timing! I really want to enjoy this instrument, but this issue makes playing along with songs difficult. Please fix this in a future update. 🙏

Ребят , все хорошо. Но очень часто вылетает на IPad mini 6 , и iPhone 13 mini, особенно когда включаешь драм машину. После обновлений перестало вылетать. Купил вторую гитару, inspire , также приобрел footswitch. Вопрос : почему нет looper ?

No longer works- Network error
It worked once but now Network error. No problems with network on my end. I removed and did reinstall same problem. Tried to create new account and that does not work also. It times out with network error.

Great App & Guitar
I originally got the NEXG 2 and really liked the looper, drum, foot switch, and wireless mic feature. It’s pretty basic for my Sonic Go, but I only need to tweak my presets anyway.
App won’t recognize user
Downloaded the app. Verified through email. Tried to sign in and it states “user does not exist.” Waited half an hour then restarted app, restarted the phone, and still does not recognize. Pretty much useless.
Tolle Effekte
Tolle Effekte und Tools. In-App upgrades, z. B. Distortion wäre geil. Auch wenn es mit AmpKit kompatibel wäre wäre es toll. Egal. Die Enya Nova Go macht Laune und ist ein richtig kleines Klangwunder. Nix Spielzeug. 😉

Save option doesn’t work!?!
Bad bad bad bad bad. No instructions!!! Broken functionality and lack of resources to help. The company is not responsive and won’t help for anything. At this point it’s kind of funny but I guess they got my money so I can’t complain. Big joke
Could use a ‘save’ option
I have an NEXG 2 that I’m loving. The sounds are great, the looping lots of fun. The app does pretty much the same thing as the on board functions and can be additionally be used to modify the individual sounds nicely. However…. There seems to be no way to save the state of the guitar - the bpm, various volumes, modified sounds, etc. so it’s not handy to change the sound quickly between sounds. It certainly seems possible to save the app’s state and pull it back in. That way you could easily swap between songs with a minimum of fuss. Developers, give us a hand here?
Very buggy
Initially the app looked well designed, then I tried to go through some of its features. Drum machine wow I was excited for this; however, it wasn’t what it’s cracked up to be. Downloading new genres of drums was hit or miss. The downloads would freeze randomly. This caused me to restart the app. Then navigating the app brought out other issues. When going into a section to check out, after looking around, I would hit the back arrow (top left) and nothing would happen. No matter what screen I ended up in, if I tried to back out I couldn’t. It seemed the iPhones clock and the back arrow were overlapping over each other, and thus I couldn’t back out. I had to close the app completely to start over. This app looks super promising but at this stage it is hit or miss. I haven’t received the guitar yet. I just hope when it arrives that using this app with the guitar doesn’t hinder my experience.
Needs support for X4 Pro

Please add Distortion & Overdrive effects back to the app.
I really like this guitar, but was very disappointed to find that the Overdrive and Distortion effects have been removed. Please understand that feedback issues are typical for hollow body guitars. Therefore any user that opts to use these effects will accept this as normal. Taking these away entirely will no doubt disappoint customers who purchase this guitar after watching YouTube reviews, such as I did. Please add these effects back. I will gladly change my rating to 5 stars, because the app works great otherwise, and the guitar is amazing.
Solid 4 stars
First time using this app. I was worried seeing the negative reviews, but I think they may have fixed some of the issues with the latest update. I just have a basic ukulele, so I did not test the Bluetooth feature of the app. Hits: - the tuning part of the app is excellent! Very easy to use. Just make sure you select the correct instrument in the drop down menu (it defaults to guitar). - the chords section of the app is very useful and well thought out. Under basic chords it shows you a standard chord diagram, and also pictures of how your hand/fingers should be placed from THREE different angles. No need to go hunting on YouTube for a demonstration. - the chord section also has a tab with more advanced chords, as well as a search feature that allows you to find chords based on one or two fret positions. I have never seen a feature like this before. Misses: - you have to create an account to use the app - the UX could use a little tweaking. Honestly this is very minor, but when you first open the app it takes you to a screen that prompts you to select your instrument, then it tries to connect to the instrument via Bluetooth. If you don’t have a compatible instrument this is pointless. Unfortunately there are no instructions on this page, so it’s a little confusing at first. All they’d need to do here is include a prompt saying something like “Use the button below to connect your Bluetooth enabled instrument. Otherwise click the Tools button below for more features.”
Keeps crashing, not working.
Once connected to both the guitar and app Bluetooth functions, does not produce drum track sounds.
Ok App but needs a save function for custom sounds
I just bought the the X3 Pro and made a custom sound but I cannot find a save function on the app to save to the bank I’ve modified? Shows the save in a YouTube video but is not in the new version 2.6
Add midi capability
I love it, it work great, but it can be improved adding midi capability to engage and disengage the effects
Nothing of value in Music app No teaching app
Maybe it was valuable in past, but a drum, metronome and chords is not. YouTube says there is a way to mix sounds. That is not there. Also, if you thought you were going to get lessons by verifying your purchase that is not happening. Fill out the form several times and no answer. I honestly Li, e the guitar Nova Sp1 for what it is made for to do. The apps are nothing.
What a disappointment
iPhone app has no adjustment options for the effects or tone.

Everything seems to work fine. Disappointed that overdrive is not available.
Enya X3 Pro Mini
Having no problems with the app. Bluetooth connectivity and playing music, drums, etc.... through guitar works well. Lots of control over individual channels, plus eq, and mixer controls. Contacted Enya about how to play external bluetooth music thru guitar (double tap the effects button, then pair to bluetooth with "Audio" after its name, and it worked well. Enya rep replied within 45 mins of inquiry at 10 pm.

Crashes, no songs
Enya website promises a song library in this app. No songs, and it crashes while trying to use drum feature. Deleting the app from my phone now… don’t want my data tracked.

No Overdrive Effect Nova SP1
I purchased this guitar with hopes of having an all in one guitar for travel/practice. With doing quite a bit off research, a lot of YouTube videos and reading forums, I know there was an overdrive option in the effects menu. It is not available for me, when was this removed?
Can’t signup?
Have tried multiple times to register. No email to confirm my registration, and didn’t go to spam folder either. So I can’t access the app at all

The app crashes every time I try to use the Drum machine. It’s really a cool feature if it worked
Great app for a great instrument
I think they have fixed lots of previous issues, in the beginning I was hesitant to download the app due to the bad reviews and the comments on YouTube and online saying that the Apple asked for personal information and bunch of other issues and glitches, to my surprise I didn’t see any of that as soon as I downloaded the app it was very easy to connect it to my phone with minimal information and it’s got a bunch of cool features like drum loops, tuner and of course you can tweak your guitar tone and save it to use at any time. So far the guitar in the app are solid and I really like them I can take them anywhere I don’t need to plug-in things, carbon fiber is great in all weather conditions!
Reliable
This app does not seem reliable for performance as it kicks you out. 10 times without minute to access the drums. The instructions are not helpful
How about a manual ???!
The Enya Smart Guitar has many things that it appears it can do .. but without instructions .. you are left to flounder around . It appears you have a TRRS connection .. what do you do with it ??There is a live stream connection .. what do you do with that ? On the effects .. there are many dials . But what do you do with them ?? I can't really hear anything changing .. and I can't hear delay .. disappointed !!🙁
App quality = Guitar quality
It should be pretty obvious, but the quality of your experience using the Enya guitar is going to be 100% impacted by the quality of the app. That being said, I wish that the manufacturers would focus more on developing the app since the only way you can control the guitar is with this software. The first thing that I want developers to realize, is that the app is not user-friendly for guitarists, because we cannot adjust the controls and sounds to dial in specific patches, at the same time we are playing guitar. Why is there not a way to be able to modify the sounds and effects, with some type of a cord or tone that doesn’t need to be played at the same time that you’re tweaking things? This seems like a no-brainer. I could go on but I won’t because I’m not even sure anybody will read this review because I’ve already tried to contact customer service multiple times and they never reply to my emails. Great product, crappy software.
