儲分方法很垃圾
用過幾個地產集團的商場儲積分計劃，這個最差！去太古城當天見到有Kodak展覽，需要Live+積分才可以享用現場拍攝活動，已經即日消費滿需要指定積分，但現場任何客戶服務櫃位都不能幫人客儲積分，一定要人客自己把單據拍照上傳到app，但客戶服務員也不能確定到底何時才會批核積分，結果當天完全不能用以消費的積分（現在已過了3天，積分還未批核），最後當然也不能參與有關活動。非常失望。 之前在新鴻基的商場要儲積分，有很多選擇，可以自己拍照上傳，可以去顧客服務部代為儲分，現在基本上新鴻基商場的店舖已經配備儲分機器，讓顧客購物時可以即時儲分，太古城這個app根本是古代的設計，發展團隊請好好檢討一下。

Uploaded receipt and it didn’t even apply to Parking. App developers should be fired for such bad Ux.

Useless for parking
The receipt upload function-- which should be the app's most useful function -- is consistently useless. No improvement, or even acknowledgment of the issue, after raising the issue with swire via email. A real embarrassment to swire properties and a far cry from their high standard in real estate projects. Swire should take a hard look at this app, it doesnt bode well for a company with such a good reputation in everything else

Terrible efficiency
The function of uploading receipts is terribly designed. It often takes up to weeks to approve the spending (while the apps offer instant approval). The approval is ridiculously rigid, rejecting many receipts due to all sorts of “reasons”. The human reception is useless in resolving the app problems. The newly added function of parking validation is even worse. Not even once that it worked, because the receipts are not instantly approved, making parking validation on app impossible!!

Pathetic and slow response for parking redeem
Uploaded everything required but the app still show no receipt uploaded. Ridiculous system. Had to revert to face to face redeem at the site

Rubbish app
Never works when try to redeem free parking after submitting receipt always said “processing” then how can drivers redeem?!

Didn’t process my spending
I did upload couple spending receipt from Apita, value approx $1,000. I had follow the instruction, upload both receipt and electronic payment evident. After uploaded, it keep on processing status for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks later, my transaction got disappeared. It is annoying, coz I have no idea why it not being process and have no idea how to fix it. At the end the mall didn’t give me the spending credit I deserved. This is a very bad sales practice. Will never go to City Plaza anymore

Didn't know we can also earn cityplaza mall points with restaurants receipt in Taikoo place. Quite good can earn earn for rewards outside the mall.
