Fraud, app should be removed from the store
The most incompetent bank in Hong Kong called Mox is forcing me to use this app to claim a new account spending reward however this app is preventing me from logging in. Pure FRAUD.

Impossible to pass security check
Bugs on security check page. When demanding reset password, the conversation box may cover the pop-up security check page that makes you impossible to select the correct pictures. Could never sign in again.

Please step up rather than pressure user to renew contract
purchase
Easy to order
Excellent experience
Redemption experience is good
WHAT?
I saw their announcement about the redesign and thought the new app would be more user-friendly. Turns out, they just made the ads bigger and added even more of them, which makes the app load so much slower now. Very disappointing
Better branding needed
You deserve a better branding advertising design to promote your service， right now the 24 hour coampaign is not good and complicated
App freezes upon open
It just freezes every time you open the app
Hidden fees and no customer service
Bought a TV which said free delivery repeatedly. Then when the delivery guy arrived he demanded $250. I asked the Club why this happened and got no response
