What they complain about

- No English language option available
- Login issues and bad user interface
Awesome Innovative reward system
The best contactless parking experience in HK period. The point is also worth earning and burning !
自動Logout
No App Langusge Setting
So inconvenient that it can't change the app language setting by itself as it only defaults to phone's oversll language. When will app developers learn what the consumers' needs are?
Can't see the information
Can't see the information of the promotion after updated
Instant Earn

Can’t upload receipts
Can’t upload receipts on apps, pls fix
Point dollar

Add back “Scan Receipts” function
Staff always forget to scan the code or are reluctant to scan it. Smart aleck adjustment!

好用
no English option
App says English but is in Chinese with no English option. Does not look anything like the screenshots in the AppStore - not even remotely like it! Just a list of brand icons with Chinese characters. Thats it, no profile section, no points tally, etc. Can’t see any useful functionality or instructions.

Bugs after recent update
Re the app developer: I can delete the messages, what I mean is the red little number badge on app icon won’t disappear even I have deleted all messages inside the app. The number badge on app icon won’t go away even all messages in app are read/deleted. Also, the app logs itself out automatically every day or two. Very annoying.

easy to use useful
None of their sh t works
Save your time and don’t fall trap to any of their so-called promotions. They’ll strangle you with so much fine print and restrictions you’d rather die through any other means. Do yourself a favor and don’t spend another penny at malls owned by this joke of a company.
