They just paused me from receiving any money I worked for, times are hard as it is and you guys do this smh never again

The app is exceptionally easy to set up, it took me literally two minutes only because I had to find a card to put on the app for money to be transferred either immediately to cash out or a small fee for it instantly otherwise it’s a 2 to 3 business day transaction greatest app ever
No customer service at all
There’s no one to contact if something goes wrong.. The chat takes forever to respond or they won’t respond at all

Yes this app lets u pull out of ur check dos exactly what it says the reason for the one star is I been ignored by customer service and they fact I have to come here just to try to seek help…. Yeah
Account amount
I currently started a new work and was showed this by a coworker. My current issue is it showed me i had $25.55 in my account, i went back the next day cause i had just worked and i like knowing how much i will get and it flat out showed $0.00. I talked to support and they said my work started a new pay period which isn’t true. I get paid biweekly and every Wednesday. And this isnt even the pay week! I dont know where the money went… Support also immediately ended the chat before i could talk anymore, ill i could get out was that the money that was there when i went to bed is gone when i woke up. Honestly if you get this app, i sadly dont have any info on how to fix or prevent this… good luck to you if you get it.

Sending out emails that I “might” have money in my account so I should create a whole account even though I purposely avoided this leech of an app. Anyone that works for this company needs to be put down.

Absolutely broken app!
Legit I can’t even make an account!!! Every time I make a account I get told a account has already been made even tho I never made one the email I use for my work WHICH IS CONNECTED TO YOUR APP won’t let me try to change the password or let me login at all. NOTHING WORKS AT ALL

It’s easy to use,quick to get your money and it works no gimmicks just money as soon as seconds!

what’s the point if you can’t access your earnings a day later… then it doesn’t even give you the full amount do not download this app it’s a waste of time. defeats the purpose of daily pay

It takes entirely too long to access wages and they don’t give it to you all at once. I would rather go back to payactive because this is ridiculous. And it’s pointless talking to support.

Good until it wasn’t
It was great to be able to access my wages when I needed that same day. But all of a sudden without notice I can no longer do it. Plus the fees for expedited service is a joke. Especially when they took it away anyways.
