I put my bank on the app 100 times and it shows in my bank account I connected to it but on paid keeper it says no bank connected. It’s been 3 days

Don’t update
I liked using the app, until you update the app. Then it won’t let you in to use it. I’ve been trying to get on to use the app with the Face ID and it uses it but it keeps going back to the Face ID, and won’t advance to the next “page”. Never had an issue until I updated the app.

I’ve been using this app for half a year and now I’m having issues. I deleted my old debit card and have been trying to add my new debit card and once I manually and it allows me but when they send the verification text to my phone I don’t receive it until 35 mins after and the time expires. I’ve called customer service and they don’t help with squat. Rep said it was next a technical issue .. wait 72 hrs. All now .. nothing

False advertisement
Does not be available same day, not even two days sometimes. No updates available, app not sufficient or easy to navigate with lack of menu options. Worst same day pay app ever!!

So unreliable
This app is so unreliable first it missed a whole weeks worth of pay then the app logged me out and won’t let me back in saying they don’t have my account on file then costumer support said they were looking into it but it could take 72 hrs of course no one got back to me within 72 hrs and when I tried to contact costumer support again they said they were unavailable till Monday well of course it’s Friday and then it logged me out and I can’t even get back in and it’s saying my information must have changed everything is still the same never had a change in info. Just sad and stressed I relied on this daily pay app I was just getting used to the fact that it take 24hrs to get your daily pay to begin with!!!

Wasn't bad at first. Then the app went down and talking to customer service is a JOKE! They said it was on my end so when i talked to my employer it's the app and then the customer service person was rude and snapped at me.

They keep saying office is close it open up at 10est time and it’s 12pm est time and they still close the company sucks and it will keep saying no account has been found they just need to delete the whole app

The app is great unless you need to actually speak to someone. I transferred to a sister facility and have been unsuccessful with getting in touch with anyone from keeper to change the employer. I’ve tried for 3 weeks now leaving messages with no response
