Fave!!
Love all (well, most) five BN games but this one is truly my favorite - feels like the perfect balance of difficulty, complex maps, and variety. I’d been moving through most of the games pretty quickly and I love having this option so much. Also so nice to see a return to the ability to pick up all items at any point. Keep it up! Appreciate it!
I Have No Grace When it Comes to Double Standards
It’s especially frustrating not to be able to multitask while playing this game because I’ve completed every level on my android phone without my PiP ever being interrupted. Seeing that you’ve received similar feedback in January and not included a fix in any subsequent updates (as recently as 10 hours ago, mind you) has me on the fence about even keeping the android app. I’m absolutely not wasting the space on this one anymore. I will play how *I want to or not at all.

Please remove the spells and the horror and the magic. It’s no fun for many of us.
To Big
I have enjoyed these games but it now no longer loads due to its size and the amount of free space on my Ipod. Time guys to think about how much space you are taking up on peoples devices. Just 2 stars, normally I would give them 4 or 5 stars for their great games but this problem needs to be resolved. Maybe split into 10 games for each version ?

I love this game a lot! I love how it works my brain and the graphics are so beautiful and it’s really fun and most of my family loves and plays it, but out of the 4 of us, I’m sort of the best at it 😅, I’m the only one who’s beaten the current 24 levels, and I’m absolutely excited for the next one, another world! I love how it doesn’t give you ads unless you want coins And I love how you can play the levels again, because they’re just fun to redo! I think maybe I should say something I like about each level so: I love the magical aspects in magic world I love the setting in secluded island I love the dynamics of locked apartment I love the lore in floating islands I love the mysterious ness of amusement park, The music in museum, The creepiness of hospital The scenery of Theater The magic-in-lost-artifacts of antiques district The fast-paced of train The silliness of circus The eerie si-fi adventure of Mars The monsters and magic in Dracula’s castle The cherry Christmas spirit in Santa’s house The old timey theme of Wild West Aero dome is my least favorite but I do like the planes I love all of the pirate themed mini games in abandoned ship! I adore the graphics In Egyptian pyramids and Mayan pyramids I love the ascetics of shopping mall! I absolutely just love the style theme and graphics of tropical rainforest, and I love the 3d plane mini games so much!!!! It’s so fun! I love the stillness eerie atmosphere in drifting tanker The ethereal ness feeling in haunted castle is awesome! I absolutely loved 🥰 magic forest! It felt like a call-back to the first level, a reference almost, or a reflection of what tricky doors once was to what it’s become today, plus I love the magical aspects here too And I also love all of the different settings and all of the different times and small details that aren’t useful in the game but are fun to spot! Magic world: nighttime Secluded island: sunset Locked apartment: night, but also, most likely winter! Floating islands: daytime! I wasn’t expecting that, I thought it was going to be nighttime lol Amusement park: dead of night, midnight Museum: no clear way to tell the time of day, ( but probably nighttime )but all of the exhibits are cool to look at! Hospital: has to be nighttime Theater: I thought it was nighttime at first but then I noticed through the window, it’s definitely daytime, and it seems like it might be raining, I suspect based on some of the conditions of the stage and backstage, that the theater is abandoned even though it doesn’t tell us… Antiques district: daytime, also, the steam mini game is so satisfying and amazing!!! Train: daytime, and crossing a long sunflower field! Circus: it’s not obvious buts it’s nighttime because in the cafe, there are semi covered up windows, you can’t get a good look at them but if you look closely, you notice it’s dark outside! Mars: daytime and nighttime work differently on other planets… 🪐 Vampires castle ( I accidentally called it Dracula’s castle earlier, lol 😂: nighttime Santa’s house: nighttime Wild West: nighttime, and a fascinating dive into historical places Aero dome: dead of night, midnight Ship: day Egyptian pyramids: hard to tell but it’s possible to get a small glimpse and it’s: nighttime Mayan pyramids: daytime Shopping mall: all of the bright lights make me think daytime, but logically, it’s probably actually nighttime Tropical forest: Daytime Drifting tanker: around dusk - late evening it looks like Haunted castle: daytime Magic forest: its actaully really really, ReallY hard for me to tell the time of day because you never get a good look at the sky, their Also might not be a specific time of day at all, because it is a dream world Anyway, absolutely love this game, I highly recommend it and it’s a good mental exercise! Cheating
Level 9 is cheating. The mouse count does not add up to force you into buying tokens. So I ditched the game. Not cool at all.
Pretty decent puzzle/escape game
It’s one of the better puzzle/escape games I’ve played. It’s definitely challenging, and watching ads to pay for hints or clues isn’t unreasonable. Other games trap you into ads for several minutes and make it difficult to figure how to close them once they’re done. The ones I’ve watched for this game are fine to get through for a hint. Having to watch several ads to skip a whole puzzle feels like a fair trade. The amount of time I spent in the diabolical untangling of ropes was not enjoyable for me, and I was happy to pay the price to skip it (I’ll probably revisit that another time just to conquer it). That said, even playing on iPad, I can’t see some of the items very well. Sometimes they’re unreasonably tiny- things I wouldn’t have found without a hint, or by clicking around randomly in a pixel hunt. A zoom feature for those of us with not so perfect near vision would be very much appreciated!

It’s ok but no guidance on what you need to do in each scene & the only way to get coins is to either watch videos which awards 2 per video or to by them which is rubbish.
Absolute Delight
Soooo happy I found these games. I dislike games with exhaustive storylines. I would rather read a good book. I have only finished the first room, but had to write a review. Please continue to make games that don’t require reading a novel before you get to the meat and potatoes of the puzzles. Although some of the puzzles were challenging, I persevered and made it through. I loved every minute of it. If you have other games like this, please share. Thanks very much!!
I Don’t Want to Listen to the App
Dear Developers: I am certain that you are proud of your app. I am sure you spend a lot of time on the sound effects. That said, it is impossible to play your game whilst listening to Youtube or podcasts or etc. Put another way, if I tap your app it automatically pauses all other sounds. I did not play your game long enough to decide if it is fun. All I know is that you do not respect the players enough to give them a choice. I, therefore, see no reason to play your game or give you money.

Fun game but
I really like this game. Unfortunately it is almost impossible to solve games due to constant glitches and unreasonable tasks. I believe this is done to get money, which is misleading.
Meh
I couldn’t even get past the first level, once going into a new room or place or a puzzle that you couldn’t do yet, you couldn’t go back to the previous room, there was no way back to finish the level. I liked the game initially but when that started happening i uninstalled

Puzzles don’t work
On level 17- the ship- I can complete everything puzzle until the puzzle on the chest which you need to click the parts in the colour order shown on a separate paper. I am allowed to select the first two colour sections but the moment I try and select the third one in the sequence, the puzzle restarts. I cannot progress past this puzzle, meaning I cannot complete the level and move on to the next one. I have reset the puzzle multiple times, I have restarted the level multiple times and I have even deleted the game and restarted multiple times. Every time the puzzle still does not work. I cannot play this game anymore as I cannot unlock any other levels until I have completed this one. Fix it please.
Double coins
OK so I love this game and it’s awesome but there’s some things that I don’t like about it so most of the time I’ve been getting double ads which is two ads combined together and I feel like if you get a double ad you should get double coins because you have to sit through two ads and one ad is worth two coins but you get a double ad but you only get two coins and it’s to add so you’re watching two ads so you get double the coin is what you would expect if you knew the game already but you were just playing it on your phone and you’ve never played it on your phone so you would think oh two ads so four coins is what I should be getting and then you exit finally get to exit this ads and you only get two coins and you’re like WHAT I was expecting four coins not two
over constrained. frustrating. save yourself time after the first two puzzles.
In real life, you can shake or climb the small apple tree (instead of waiting for the parts and tools to make a bow and arrow to shoot it down), stack books in front of a window to keep it closed (instead of waiting for a handle), make a fire with books (instead of waiting for fire logs), and empty out the aquarium to get the key (instead of waiting for a rope and magnet). The game forces you to wait until you ‘luckily’ find just the right tools for everything instead of adapting with what you have. Some puzzles are meant to be solved by a computer algorithm instead of a human (like the eight queens with two constrained in one place). This whole game doesn’t make much sense, and many objects are hard to make out what they are. The mechanics are inconsistent (when you usually get a set of keys first and then open a lock, but then in the locked room puzzle you have to somehow know to directly select the keys and the cupboard without taking the keys first, and the keys looked like a can opener to me). Overall, frustrating game.
Wish they were more fair with hints
I really love this game, and I’ve played quite a few escape type games. This one is definitely one of the top. However 3 coins for a hint and FIFTEEN for puzzles is outrageous. I love a challenge so I really do try to complete everything myself but some of the puzzles have been a bit tedious and, in the interest of time, I choose to skip some. But to have to watch so many ads (also very long ones, most are 30 seconds) is a bit much. And I get it, buying coins or watching ads is how the money is made, it’s a business after all, but I really feel like there should be a balance here for the “free” hints. Devs, help us out here!

Frustrating UI
Second stage, secluded island the rope knot chest puzzle. It’s been numerous times now I go to move a knot to the bottom right corner and the “leave” icon sits right over top of the spot for the knot it exits the and RESETS THE PUZZLE. The last time I was 90% done with the puzzle. Incredibly frustrating.
Love this game but buggy
Can you please let me know how to contact you as I’m stuck on level 14, it’s bugged/glitched for me. I’ve completed one of the games and it doesn’t register I’ve completed it. It doesn’t even know I’m in the game as I still have access to my items whilst in the game so I can’t see some of the game. What can I do about this, do you have a customer service so I can send pictures? As I can’t progress anymore until it knows I’ve finished this game

One of the worst
All these 5 star reviews have got to be fake. Seriously not even a mediocre version of this sort of game. The amusement park game was the final straw. I don’t know if the game has glitches, but the terrible English makes it even harder to understand. I don’t want it to be obvious but it should work. Line up the arrows on the radio? I used a hint twice and it did the same thing and there was no progression in the game. Terrible. Don’t waste any money on it.
Need more levels
I like this game and would love more levels. The reason I took away a star is because some puzzles require you to have such unrealistic precision when lining certain things up. I almost deleted the game with the Egyptian circle puzzle because I had it all lined up correctly but it was about a millimeter off and wouldn’t go through. I even checked the solution online so I knew it was lined up correctly.

The game is interesting. However, there needs to be some explanation as far as how the games are played!

Always looking forward to updates
I discovered Five-Bn games a couple years ago, and have been hooked since. I’ve played similar types of games by other developers, but haven’t found anything that compares. I’ve played every game they’ve released, and the one downside is that for most of their games, they end! That’s why I love tricky doors and other ongoing games like artifact seekers that allow you to keep playing with each new update. Five-bn, thank you for your hard work and for creating the games I love so much!!
stole my money!
Recently I purchased some tokens along with the keys and then after I paid for it it never let me claim it. I did not give me any coins or keys. I pad 20 dollars for nothing! Just after I paid I still got nothing and it said purchase successfully made but I did not get anything. Please fix this I’m not happy at all about that happening. Because of that I give it one star...

Good game
Good game up to the antique store. Tried to do the painting at the end & could not get it. Looked at some walkthroughs & followed exactly what was shown but couldn’t get one colour to work. Tried for close to 2 weeks to get this painting done but deemed it impossible. I have deleted the game. I expect this type of game to be difficult but not this difficult. It’s a shame you made it this hard as it took the enjoyment out of it, hence the deletion.

I can’t get any further than the game in the box with the reindeers, I can do the game but it won’t progress as it is not showing as a game ie there isn’t any reset or question mark..

This is a great series of games. It makes you use several different simple skill sets to solve. Not too difficult. Great job to the creators.

I’ve played your games for years. When I get stuck I watch ads. This game doesn’t seem to have any. I am stuck. I can’t get hints.

Love the game, but think you should reward the completed chapter with coins to use for hints. Don’t mind watching available ads, but seriously can’t believe you offer nothing but a congratulations banner. Obviously you want us to spend money, but it’s not always an option.

Glitch on level 14 chest puzzle
As mentioned previously, after solving the puzzle in the chest nothing happens. Inventory is still accessible but there is no way to move forward. Apart from this awesome game. Please send a fix. I need to complete!

This was 5* until latest greed infused update
How sad to see greed take over a previously decent company. My grandson and I have enjoyed this game for years and spent a fair amount on coins for hints. We looked forward to every update. Now this - new areas to explore, but requiring prohibitive amounts of keys. We have played all the mini games and unlocked all the areas we can, but to have to pay over £20 for keys is outrageous and mean-spirited.

Great game but glitch on last level
Enjoyed playing throughout but last level ‘Santa's house’ I could not progress. I uncovered all items to a certain stage and solved puzzles but unable to do the puzzle in the chest up the ladder in the reindeers barn. It kept my itinerary menu up which covered the bottom part of puzzle and no option to use 15 coins to solve puzzle (just the 3 coin option for a hint which always took me to this puzzle). I checked ‘you tube’ walkthroughs and also restarted the level and same issue. Such a shame and frustrating as loved playing the game and really wanted to solve Santa’s house…
