Certaines fois nous pouvons pas dire pourquoi nous payons, et ça peut être des achats professionnels, (exemple twint depuis Zalando, je suis coach d’où mes achats de vêtements de sport, et ça je ne peux pas préciser, dommage) cordialement gisèle

Touch ID geht nicht mehr
Eigentlich funktionierte die App gut, nur jetzt seit paar Tagen, schlägt mir die App nicht sofort durch touchID einzuloggen, obwohl das hover sogar auf touchID eingestellt ist.
Login Probleme
Seit 2-3 Wochen funktioniert die App nicht mehr. Bzw. ich kann mich nicht mehr einloggen, da der Weiter Button nicht aktiviert wird, nach der Eingabe der Telefonnummer. iOS 16.4 ist auf dem Handy. Wurde so gemeldet am Support, doch bis heute keine Reaktion auf mein Problem…
Decent, but…
The app does what it needs to do. However, for some reason starting the payment process stops the music playing in Apple Music. I‘m forced to manually unpause music playback after the payment process is done. This is extremely incovenient.

Huge delays in crediting on the account the money received with twint
I am not really sure what’s going on but I made test by sending money from one twint to the twint of BEKB and apparently twint from BEKB doesn’t make the credit straight away on the account I mean the payment should be instant but no instead it takes hours if not even one day to have the money received on twint to be credited on the bank account wow I am in shock Thank you for your answer dear developers but I am not saying that I am having issues with the app I said and wrote clearly that your twint do not credit the money received on twint to the bank account , normally it should be instantly credited on the account when receiving money by twint but in your case it takes hours and in some cases even a day that is just lame ,?fix whatever you need to fix. Thank you

Probleme
Die App lief bis vor 2 Wochen perfekt, jetzt kann ich keine QR Codes mehr scannen, bekomme immer die Nachricht das Saldo sei zu klein obwohl ich Guthaben auf mein Twint laden möchte, bei der Twint prepaid App funktioniert es, bei der normalen App nicht, meine BEKB Bank kann mir auch nicht erklären warum das so ist. Schade, war eine sehr gute App

IOS VERSION
Setzt nicht immer die IOS Version hoch, es gibt ältere Menschen die sich nicht immer ein neues Natel kaufen und die App dann nicht mehr funktioniert, weil es der Version Anforderung nicht entspricht und man keine Update auf eine höhere Version machen kann. Besten Dank
Login nicht mehr möglich
Zuerst konnte ich nur noch Geld empfangen, aber keines mehr senden. Nach versuchter Neuinstallation der App wird Mobile-Nummer nicht erkannt bzw. zu Schritt 3 bei der geführten Installation kommt man gar nicht mehr…🧐
