Ho un food trailer e l’applicazione di TWINT funziona benissimo. I miei clienti sono molto soddisfatti e l’utilizzo del QR code è sicuramente un “extra” che facilita la vita.

Neues Update wieder aufwändiger
Die App war wirklich eine sehr grosse Hilfe in der Buchhaltung. Mit der aktuellen Version sind wir aber leider einen Schritt zurück. Ich habe es jeweils sehr geschätzt, dass ich in der gleichen Ansicht Einnahmen plus Auszahlungen gesehen habe. Jetzt sind die Auszahlungen separat und ich muss immer zuerst das pdf öffnen um zu sehen für welchen Betrieb (wir haben mehrere Twint Konti) ausgezahlt wurde. Leider unübersichtlich und wieder zeitintensiver. Updates sind nicht immer Verbesserungen.
Change of name
I tried to change the name on my account because I wrote it wrong but it it’s impossible. I followed the instructions that someone of your company gave me and it didn’t work. So I have my name wrong and. I can’t get new stickers which is also impossible to do in this app
Décompte
Il faudrait pouvoir voir instantanément le décompte sur une période avec le montant encaissé et les frais. Ceci simplifierait beaucoup la comptabilité. Merci

Unbrauchbar…Passwortabfrage kommt mehrmals am Tag!
Man muss sich jeden Tag mehrmals mit dem Passwort anmelden obwohl biometrische wurde.So leider extrem mühsam im Vereinsbetrieb

Sollte doch wie bei privatem Twint möglich sein, dass das Geld sofort verfügbar ist…

Der Benachrichtigungston beim Eingang einer Zahlung ist viel zu leise und lässt sich nich anpassen.

Viel zu kompliziert. Man muss sich hundert mal anmelden. Wieso kann die App nicht so guet wie normale Twintapp sein?

Twint Link
Für Kleine Geschäfte ohne Store ist der Twint Link zwar sehr gut gedacht aber nicht so! Zum Eine Mal neue Kunden öffnen nicht gerne einen Link.Und den Parameter jedesmal vorab zu Codieren und für den Kunden dieFelder ausfüllen lassen ist sehr Kompliziert.Da bräuchte man eine viel einfachere Lösung für Leute die Keinen Shop haben und trozdem auch eine einfache und schnelle Zahlung haben möchten z.b Auf die email Twinten lassen oder GeschäftsNamen wie bei Paypal

Wiso kann mann Nicht den Kunden einfach die Geschäftsnummer oder Email angeben wo er drauf Twinten kann wie bei Revolut...Anstatt eine Halbe wissenschaft mit einem Twint parameter um sich schlagen??!!!! Der Zahlungslink ist extrem Kompliziert.

Enfin une application qui permet de voir rapidement les transactions. Cela dit, je ne réjouis des nouveaux ajouts permettant d’optimiser et de choisir ce que l’on veut voir.

Aucun moyen de filtrer, cette app ne sert pas à grand chose. J’espère qu’ils vont l’améliorer bientôt
Unmöglich mühsames login
Benutzername, Passwort und dann noch mühsam sms code eintippen! Kompliziert umständlich app bringt keine Vorteile!
Na ja…
Soll das ein Witz sein, Face ID und dann braucht es trotzdem auch noch einen SMS Code? Ist es zu viel verlangt, dass pro Tag ein Total der Transaktionen ausgewiesen wird?
