Mindless time sink
Game breaking update
Was having fun with this single player, no guilds, relaxing shop game. There is wayyyy too much dialogue between characters and the text is full of grammatical errors. Regardless, it was a fun game until yesterday when they released a game breaking Christmas event update (a little late for Christmas in the last week of February). I can no longer drag items onto stands to sell. Also cannot drag stands or decorations into the shop. The placement UI gets frozen in place on screen. Game is now unplayable :(
Great first impression!
I've had a total of less than 36hrs of play time with this game and it's fun so far. UI is readable and easy to navigate and the mechanics of the game seem good so far. I've been testing out various shop simulator games and this one has yet to be deleted from my phone. So far, so good! It's fun.
Good but…
I think one of the major flaws in this game is that it kept automatically selling stuff in crafting… So I’d be crafting a part for something else… leave the game… came back to it already being sold…
Why give me things if I cant use them??
What give me a bunch of crafting slots than remove items when I try to craft them. Im limited to like 4 slots of the 6 or 7 I have because Items keep getting removed? Why license things to buy when they don’t auto stock? Also recipes get tedious after a while when there’s chain crafts to be made before you get to a current one and keeping them off the shelves(those auto stock 🙄) is a right bloody nightmare. It’s a cute game. It’s got story and the graphics are really nice but some of the gameplay is overly tedious vs other games like this. Also again? What’s the point of having more slots to craft with when I can’t even use them?

I need 35 AETHERO INSULATING EMPTY BOTTLES to complete Fungal Troubles-Part 1-Part 5/6. Cannot complete Quest without them, but they are nowhere to be found! This happens often, items being required, but no clue at all where to get them?!?!? I enjoy this game, but if I can’t find or craft needed items, there will be no reason for me to continue playing. BTW I tried looking on Discord but find it to be utterly useless…..Please provide a way to know how to get needed items

I want to love it!
This is a cute game, cute graphics, and you can tell the creators put a lot of heart into it with all the narrative stories and quests. I’ve been playing for a while and unfortunately it starts to lose its charm. Since I’ve licensed so many items, I’m buying a lot of things from the shop to resell while I wait for crafted items to finish. But the purchased items don’t. automatically. place. Ugh! So the game has become all about stocking shelves with 7 swords I just bought, then stocking them again, and again… I have so much gold to spend but I’m not expanding my shop because I don’t want more shelves to stock by hand! I would love for items I buy to resell to auto place like crafted items do, please 😭 Update: I did stop playing the game because of this :/
Kindly fix the bug
I hope that the “bug” that I encounter gets fixed. I noticed that it happens when I play without internet connection then later on, I play with it while I have the internet connection already. My progress isn’t saved and I have to repeat what’s already done. It’s really annoying. It happened many times, not once or twice. I hope it gets fixed.

Cute game, but QoL/UX quibbles
Mostly it’s a cute, fun game. Craft items, sell items, go on quests for items, trade for items; you get the idea. I’ve been playing on and off for years and what tends to happen is I get back into it for a few weeks and then the quality of life/user experience issues, which are minor individually but annoying in sum, make me put it down for months until I’ve forgotten about them and then rinse and repeat. By QoL/UX issues I mean things like: the crafting clock apparently and inexplicably slows down when the app is closed so that if I come back after a day, my items often still aren’t done; some of my items I have marked to automatically put out for sale in fact do not get automatically put out for sale; in trading you can see how many of the item you are receiving you have, but not how many of the item you are sending out; there are recipes that require ingredients that I have never seen, and there is no indication how to get them; indicator badges for some things but not for others, so I may miss that a trade train has come back but the badge on market never goes away because I won’t spend 100 gems or 850,000 gold on a license; when you first load the app you cannot zoom out all the way on your shop, you need to go first to city or world and then come back; etc. That said, this is probably my second favorite shopkeeper game I’ve tried.
Good game, uses ai though.
The game is good, I’ve played it for a while now and I really enjoy it. It’s not just some boring, low effort idle clicker which I despise, it’s genuinely fun and relaxing with lots to do. It’s not plagued with ads, you can choose to watch them if you please for a reward or for time off waiting for your adventurers, it’s decent in every way. BUT, as an artist, the glaring use of ai for the art is hurtful and makes the game god awful as someone who does not want to support that. It’s disappointing. That is the reason for the low rating, because if it was done by an actual artist, it would be 5 stars all round.

A hidden gem of a wonderful game
It’s a little buggy, it’s a little wonky, it’s a delight. Some legitimately funny writing (plenty of lame writing too) and cute character interactions. I wish the crafting menu had some quality of life improvements like being able to tap an item in the menu to pull up its own crafting tab, but there’s just little tweaks I’d ask for. I love this game so much.
Amazing app but no gem confirmation
I love this game, but I’ve been trying to grind gems to save up for the rarer blueprints. The reasoning for my one star review, despite the addicting and awesome game play is that there is no extra confirmation for spending gems. Therefore they want you to spend as much as possible so they can try and persuade you into spending real money for gems. Gems are a PREMIUM currency and you can only earn 1-5 per mission. While the blueprints are easily 150+. I was doing my best to try and save up for one when the game lagged and I accidentally hit the speed up version, easily wasting over 2 hours worth of grinding. Granted the game has no in game adds, which is a must for me, but the fact that there is no confirmation for speed ups makes me incredibly frustrated as my 2 hours where wasted in a blink of an eye. I hope they add this to prevent future players, with or with out reliable internet to waste their gems on. Honestly I rated this 5 stars before because of how perfect it was, but this caveat makes me incredibly frustrated and I hope they add an additional confirmation screen. I’d actually spend money on this game like I have for previous apps, but the fact that they don’t care if their customers waste their money, makes me absolutely not want to spent money on this game knowing that within a blink of an eye my gems could be gone.
More Events!
I absolutely love this game, however I wish there were more events other than the Sun Festival, Flooded Expedition, Christmas Event, etc. I was hoping there would be at least one event specifically for each month. For example, in January, there’d be a new year’s event, in February, there’d be a valentine’s event, and so on and so forth. Other than that, I feel satisfied with the game.

Favorite Game
One of the best casual mobile games. I’ve had it for over a year& continue to keep playing. Great graphics, fun to craft, sell & build out your shop. Great events. No forced ads, but optional ways to watch ads & advance as well as numerous ways to support the creators.
Why?
The annoying intro character does not go away, just keeps popping up, taking up the whole screen saying tap this tap that.

It’s a lot slow and the ads have bugs especially for that crapppy zombie game state of survival. Not a lot of resources unless you buy them. Gems to fertilize flowers isn’t fun either. Plays well story line is ok but I just started today. Shop titans it’s not, but it’s better then shop hereo’s.

It’s good but—
The overall game is great, great graphics and premise. The only downside that I’m quite disappointed with is that I cannot get past the first mission past the tutorial even after I’ve fulfilled what needed to be done. Please fix this bug! I really would love to continue the game.
Fun and always something to do
So far I've been enjoying the game and it seems there's always something to do. That might change at higher levels, but so far the pace is nice. You can play whenever and focus on any areas you want. Beautiful graphics and sound and regular updates. Definitely one of the better games in the App Store. (Many months later it's still one of my favorite games.)

Cute game but
The art and goals are super cute, and the dialogue and characters are starting to evolve. But this should be a game you outright pay for. The time gating is out of control, and the tiny UI plus the thickly outlined art are hard to tolerate together. Hope the devs keep working on it though. I’ll adjust my rating if it improves.

Loading Bug
Could be a 5 star game but it’s unplayable since I can never get past the loading screen, only loads up to 66% before loading forever.
One of the selling display table doesn’t work
Overall great game! However did run into an issue. I tried to sell all different kinds of items with specialization on this one particular stand, but items that go on that display won’t sell at all, I watched people just walked over and glanced at it but never been purchased.

Cute little mobile copy of Winkeltje. Not as thirsty for real money as most mobile games seem to be these days. The English-language subtitles have a lot of grammar errors but nothing an English-speaking proofreader won’t be able to fix. As long as it doesn’t get too money-grabbing, a few updates should make this into a great game.
