Bloom can yall tell me why this app is garbage. The ui on iPad is so wierd and the ui is so old and not modern. That’s the my biggest problem. Parents sign up is NOT FREE and always prompts for a subscription. I only get like a dozen or so lessons and everything after “what is a etf” is PAID. Like paywall everything except those very bad. I will change this to 5 if the app is free in that sense

FIX BANS
The app is good and it does as expected, the problem I have is when I forgot to turn off my auto pay when I took funds out of my account leading to a negative balance and in turn I get banned for what has been a week now. Why not just make the payment bounce or return to the bank instead of banning my account for a stupid reason. I have since fixed the negative balance and still banned on the app, you need to fix this, instead of banning everyone for "insufficient funds" (which is completely idiotic ban reason) just make the payment go back to the bank and the user having to reverify the bank account.

Its pretty good
I like it and its pretty easy to learn for beginners but I think that it is very cheap with only 5 bucks a month but I think you should let everyone use the first and second chapters and then ask for subscriptions. Also the apple store says 12+ but the app allows only 13+ fix it please because when i was 12 i could use it when i wanted to learn and i had to wait until now because i am 13 to use it.

sounds like a good app, was excited to open but i’ve been on the waitlist for 3 weeks! Also i’ve shared up to 3 invite links and my friends have made accounts, but when i go back into the app it says i still have zero app credit! What is the point in having a wait list, your just loosing potential customers n making less money :(
