Not able to connect my Wave Call 3
Stupid app is not able to connect to my Wave Call 3 app. It identifies the app but it is not able to pair it. I have given it all the permissions still it is stuck in pairing

Completely useless – cannot connect to smartwatch
This app is an absolute nightmare to use. It constantly fails to detect or pair with my boAt smartwatch, even when the watch is sitting right next to the phone with Bluetooth fully enabled. Every sync attempt either endlessly buffers or throws a random connection error. I have tried restarting both devices, reinstalling the app, and resetting network permissions multiple times, but nothing resolves the issue. Without a working connection, the smartwatch is basically just an overpriced digital watch. The developers need to push a fix for these pairing and stability bugs immediately. Avoid until they overhaul the software.

My watch ultima regal doesn’t have a lot of watch faces I don’t know why boat add watch faces and put own walpaper you can chose analog with clock or digital add some nice design I am bored of same design make the Apple Watch design in the ultima regal pls do some updates I will right good review thanks if you change

Connecting to Wave call3
Very bad experience with the boAt Crest app on iPhone. My Wave Call 3 connects easily with Android, but on iPhone the app just keeps showing “Please wait” and never connects properly. I even replaced the watch, but the problem remained. Seems like the issue is with the Crest app on iPhone, not the watch. Really disappointing. Please fix this.

Worst App
Frustrated with the app. I bought Boat Ultima Ember watch in March 2026. Since then I am trying to connect the watch to my iPhone. It’s not allowing. While logging in asks for mobile no. After entering mobile no it goes for OTP. But no OTP to my mobile. Instead unknown email ID is shown and hence I am not getting OTP. It’s not allowing to input correct email. Nor customer support team helped. They simply asked me to claim warranty. Even after sending my watch to Service Centre they simply returned back telling watch is working fine. I am fed up with the app and also boat company. Final option is to go to Consumer Forum.

All though i had trouble signing in but when i eventually did sign it the app was pretty good. It has great connectivity good features and that coin stuff is pretty good as well overall a very well rounded app for your boAt smartwatch
Size of the app and OTP issue
Why the size of the app is 500 MB approx ? It’s a waste as per the device make it diff …a ring won’t need watch features .. and OTP for the ring device is not working ..are you guys testing the app ?

The app regularly loses bluetooth connection with the iPhone and despite several attempts, only gets connected once one deletes the app and downloads again 🥵

It takes a long long time to connect and it always say that the data is syn. It gets really irritating. I have a sigma 3 and it has a new feature but it never works.but the reason might also be that I am not in India and that’s why it may not be working.

Worst firmware update
Update: No update released for language issue in Ultima Aeris even after written multiple emails. *** English language not available after update my Ultima Aeris watch firmware update. Firmware version 0.2.7. Unable to use watch without English language.

App Crash
I recently bought the boat lunar watch. And since then I’m using this boat crest app. It was working fine till a week ago but now when I’m opening this app,the app initiates the syncing with the watch and as soon as syncing finishes the app just shuts down. Every time I’m opening the app same thing happens. I already tried uninstalling and installing again. The app is functioning in same way. Please fix this bug. It’s very irritating.

Auto Restart Problem
I recently changed to new device, my watch is connected and synced but find my phone feature isn’t working like as it used to do. I don’t know if it’s device issue or of the watch. Additionally the watch is repeatedly being auto restart
Sync issues
First time use and it has been so difficult for the Firmware to update for Wave Call 2. Has been syncing for hours and still at step 1 of 2 though the Bluetooth has been on.

Apps not working properly…
The activity data do not synchronise with iphone even I have tried multiple times and when apps on iphone also not working properly and a message as additional configuration needs to be saved on your watch please wait. And nothing happens except blinking blinking and blinking.

Unable to pair with iOS 26.6 . It’s not letting the phone to be paired (ble). Audio will be paired but phone cannot be paired with boat crest app. Please fix the bug immediately. Very pathetic customer service!!

To deal this ,this app doesnt collect any data on my 13 promax phone data .Its only useful for calling phone but takes too time for connecting.my father has a xtend one it is more useful than this ultima connectwatch.if you solve this i can increase the review of mine
