What people like
- Huge selection of manga and manhwa
- Easy to find new favorites daily
- Good layout and quick loading times
What they complain about
- Pages often fail to load properly
- Ads appear even after paying premium
- App crashes or freezes frequently
The best!!
I have been using this app for years and i love it!! The layout, the library and the quick loading times. Would love to be able to create a log in to save my favorites.
Nothing loads
I have to exist out of the app multiple times between each chapter just to get it to load
Great app just needs some tweaks
The app does what it needs to do. The issues are image loading, mix material, too many version of the same material under more than one name. Other than that the app overlay is decent. I think the app icon should be a darker blue or a dark purple. Change the name of the app to mk. Update whatever ui system your using for the base of the app. Make it more fluid. I’m not a tech guy. Just a consumer.
Buys Premium - Still get ads
Still getting ads under the manga’s description even though I’ve purchased premium.
Pages not loading
So I know pages not loading cuz of an update but I’m starting to not enjoy reading on this app
idk
legit the love of my life ughhh if this app ever gets taken down i WILL FOREVER mourn it bc omggg i live for it
Premium doesn’t get rid of ads anymore
wtf did i pay for premium if now i still get ads while looking at the main page for each manga
Started great, but depreciated
At first, I loved the app cause I could read everything I wanted and my fav genres quickly with ease, but now I can barely get 4 pages let alone load the option to read chapters at all without having to clear the cache 20 times. It’s very annoying and turns a quick or invested read into a bother . If it wasn’t so glitchy. If I didn’t have to clear the cache 20 times just to load the option to read and not get the “X” on pages. If it didn’t make favorites disappear from view once existing. The app would be 80 times better than it is. I know this sounds like complaining, but if you want to read quick, easy and enjoy it, this app isn’t it.
Loading Error Again
The app, when it works, works great and I like being able to read so much in one place. But it feels like every 3-4 updates cause a really big issue and usually results in the app being unusable for a while. It is currently only loading about 5% of a chapter, at which point, u have to close the app, clear the cache, and then it loads a couple more pages. Hope it gets fixed soon.
Manga not loading
App was working really well but now my manga won’t load or some of the pages won’t load
Yay the app works
While the app works I will give it a 5. I just wish searching was better, when I want to find something new to read.
Paid for no ads
I paid the premium fee for no ads so why do i see ads popping in my title screen of each manga, this false advertisement
Missing pages?!
When I start reading a manga sometimes there are pages of the story that show up as a x and I can’t read them so I miss what it says but most of the time I can just reload the app and it works but sometimes it doesn’t work and I don’t know what to do I’m I supposed to just go through it and miss some of the story or what. If that didn’t happen I would rate it 5 stars.
Chapters won’t load
The chapters just show X’s for the pages and I have to switch between reading modes over and over to try to refresh and load the pages in slowly.
No pics
The last few days of reading some of the pages are just a x in stead of the page itself plus a lot of the manga have had no pictures of the manga it self name only can the admins fix this , Again .
Good product for Manhwa & Manhua
Overall happy with the product. Fairly comprehensive. Wish there were more tools to segregate favorites into subsets.
Recent Issue
I can see the new chapters being uploaded but nothing loads. In the few moments it does load it’s only a few pages that are viewable. The rest either fail to load or it’s blurry. Please fix this soon
Update manga and webtoom problem
When update app??
Genre
They used to be yuri and yaoi it’s not their no more and even mature it’s all gone ..well the others work fine but I missed the other genre
Missing mangas
It’s an amazing app but I stopped using it for 2-4 months then downloaded it back since then I haven’t been seen a lot of bl manga like popular ones anymore
Comics not loading
I love this app ever since I switched from android I’ve used it. But now it’s not loading correctly
Eh
Used to be my go to reading place but now none of the pages will load & the updating system is all weird. Will no longer be using the app, hopefully they can fix their mistakes.
Amazing manga app
Amazing manga and manhwa selection. This app has a huge selection of reading content. I would’ve given 5 stars if not for the human verification every hour.
Fix ur app
Majority of all mangas do not load keep getting X on all pages man cmon
Recently Not Loading
Love the app but unfortunately recently the new chapters on anything aren’t quite loading properly without a couple restarts
I love this app
I love being able to save and find new things to read everyday I love that I can stay updated on all of my favorites I’ve just been having a small problem recently where most the comics I read have an X on the loading of the chapter and I have to refresh the page or switch to my data and back to WiFi to get it to load but if there is a will there is a way
majority of the pages won’t load
i have to keep changing the way to read for the page to finally load please fix this issue is getting irritating to keep doing it every frkn time
Ur the last hope
Bro never go down… 😞 batoto is down forever and ur the last hope even though you have DIABOLICALLY BAD ADS
Stopped working
Stoped working and now just does a loading symbol, when it does show manga more than half of it still dont load and just shows an X for each panel
Overall nice but have some issues with using it
I would like to start off by saying overall I really like the app. It has a lot of variety and is easily navigable and gives options to read in a bunch of different format. There is only one issue I’ve been having and it is that I will read chapters and some pages won’t load and there isn’t a way for me to try and reload them without completely backing out and losing the page I’m on and it still sometimes won’t load. So all I can do is repeatedly go in and out of a chapter and find where I was and see if the pages loaded and if not back out refresh and go back to where I was. It is very annoying since I can’t imagine it being a poor connection issue since I can stream videos to my phone at full quality just fine and this is the only manga reading app I have that has this issue.
Chapter Errors
Love this app, truly. But for some reason the chapters keep failing to load and showing an X when I open them and I have to close and reload the app for it to work over an over for one chapter. Love this app but can this bug please be fixed!!!
Please fix
Every time I try to read a manga the images won’t load it was working great before this
Manga app
Im so done with this app, I love it and it posts great manga but it keeps breaking, and now it won’t load the home screen and the manga, can you please fix it because I love this app but if I keeps not working Im just gonna find a new app or website so please fix this UPDATE Yes they have fixed the loading issue thanks but the manga still won’t show its parts there are no episodes for the manga I follow and when I search the manga Im readying it won’t load so the only thing they have fixed is the Home Screen, also when you go into genre that also won’t load, so it looks all fixed but it’s NOT!!!!! UPDATE 2 It won’t even let me search the manga everytime I do it kicks me out. Developer fix this app because it’s just not working UPDATE 3 App is working but some of my favourite Mangas won’t load which is sad. But at least it’s working a bit now so I can read some of my favourite manga, thank you developers
No pics
I’ve also been experiencing only the X on the page when trying to open a chapter
Low on books
When I had this a while a go there was more books and genres but then suddenly there was fewer books and less genres
Content won’t load
I have been trying to load content for days and it doesn’t load it just kicks me off when I try to
A lots of missing pages
It has so many missing pages, I find no value in using this anymore. Sad! Edit: I thought it was missing pages but it turned to be failing to load some pages constantly. Please just add a simple retry logic.
Fixed at long last
Chapters now load and favourites function as intended. There is still some stuttering when using vertical reading mode and scrolling through the pages.
problem with searches
Some titles manhua don’t show up when searching for
chapter story release is so long
Waiting for the chapter story to be release especially the old story supposed to be completed. Every story that supposed to be complete I read is always not complete. Too much ads going on!
Love it!
Worth the price to remove ads. Great app
It doesn’t work anymore
Over the past 2 weeks it’s gotten worse and worse till it’s COMPLETELY unusable only some stuff will load and even if it does open it’ll only work for a couple slides then it’ll just show a black screen with an x until I go out and back in but even then it only loads a couple more slides and I have to restart the app and redo the same cycle it’s become unusable and it’s pissing me off because I paid for premium. I already deleted and reinstalled it didn’t fix it FIX IT DAMMIT It still doesn’t work and it even worse now it won’t even load stuff it would load 2days ago
Nothing opens anymore
I used to read all the time with this but all of a sudden I can’t open anything anymore?? Someone fix this bug
Broken
All chapters across the board have disappeared, usually a good app, just crashes too often.
Uhhh
It still has a loading problem for the updated version on iPhone by the way one of the newest ones and I just got this up and it’s not loading correctly already. Can you please fix cause I’m sure this would be a good app
Works
Need my mature category 🙂
Cropped pages
Every other page is cropped so only a sliver is visible. Fixed the blurry pages only for this to happen
Great 99% of the time
It was great up until it bugged and now I can’t read the favourited ones as it doesn’t show chapters at all and if I try to read something new it just loads forever and doesn’t load this is a first and I’ve been using it for a while however this bug is going on for quite a bit. I figured if I waited it would get fixed but it seemed it didn’t but I’ll change the review once it gets fixed
why
its still not working, I open something but it’s blank and there are no chapters
Has been fixed but….
Everything has been fixed but all the genre I read aren’t their anymore such as the romance
