Ripoff Artist watch your Bank MT Out
Signed up for 1 week but ended up in the hospital for most of the week so never used it. But I was to cancel but had great deal for a month so I got it. I got my caregiver to get my med’s and not enough money so I checked and they took money out 5 times and the original Two Times 54.00, 17.85, 17.50 13.50, 9.50 So the only way to get my Pills was Dr had to put me in the hospital for two weeks it upset me badly I had to stay till my Dr felt my BP and chest pains were a bit better. I’m an older man in my Sixties and in bad health on a small pension I don’t have enough money to eat every day so I eat once every other day or twice and skip a day. Now Two Days ago a Credit Card Company leaves few messages now starting last week they keep trying to take more money 4 times for 71.85 now what I can’t even deposit my cheque because it will be gone. Bank warned me that I can’t have a my things charged to my car when no money available bank has rejected my card but they keep trying and now my other bank says they are trying there as well 3 times. I contacted them and all the women said was that they wouldn’t do that. I need to call again but if I have trouble I’m afraid if I get upset I could be come quite ill. I paid for 5 weeks worth of service and would like to try it out and get the rest of my money back for Meds and food. I never even used there service once yet What can I do my meds are due to fill in 2days. I need help asap and I can’t deal with a rude customer service person because of my health condition. All I wanted was to check up on my heart rate not buy a heart attack hopefully I can update this review with a good review if I get the chance and if app Works well

Measuring Blood Pressure
The advertisement shows that you can read your blood pressure by placing the camera on your bottom of your wrist . This is misleading, as when you download the app, it only lets you keep track of your blood pressure by putting in the data , after using a separate blood pressure monitor. When I say this in the comments, I get no response!! Another scam ?? The adds are all so very misleading, as it does show putting the phone on the bottom of the wrist, and the blood pressure is being read !! That is false advertising and misleading advertising!!

When cancelling subscription
Don’t just request a cancellation but jump through all hoops required to ensure it is done. Subscription is not refundable. Seems you make to read cancellation requirements before trying . Kinda takes the excitement out of a new experience. App became frustrating when you realize you still need to use cuff to get BP and enter manually, not just place on wrist as shown on ad. Camera lense method is finicky. Just got frustrated and requested to cancel.

Got this because of family history of heart disease, allays any fears I may have since I can check my heart daily! The only thing it seems to alert me with too many times during the day. 3 times is enough! Morning, mid-afternoon and bed time. It’s a little annoying! I reiterate that the alerts are too much! 3 times a day is enough!

Il y a encore de gros progrès à faire… Pour l’instant, cela reste un gadget peu fiable et beaucoup trop coûteux… d’où le prix annoncé par semaine pour laisser croire à un prix bas, pour le coup en annonçant un prix jour cela semblera encore meilleur marché. Beaucoup d’espoir dans ce type de prestation mais nous n’y sommes vraiment pas, ça va venir.

If it was a reasonable price I would give it three stars. It’s a convenient way to get your heart rate measure but that’s about it. It’s a weekly subscription that costs more in one month than a heart rate and O2 saturation monitor does at the pharmacy. The cost of the subscription is exploitive.

Not accurate enough
I like the idea of the app but find the numbers not accurate enough. As a nurse this could lead someone to not seek treatment. For instance, the BP shows me at 120/80, I have been having trouble with mine and it fluctuates a lot, same as oxygen. Heart rate is close but I mostly run bradycardic. So gives a false heart age for me. I like the info on the app, but will not continue with app

I would rate it higher if the blood pressure part worked. But never got to see the rate for that. I must add I’m 61 3heart stints and wanted to see how my heart was doing it says I have a heart rate of 18 years old.

After a free trial I wanted to subscribe this app but too many advertisements didn’t even allow me to do anything. Advertisements were popping up one after another continuously and taking me to different links. It can be a very good app if this issue gets fixed.
