Change the first day of the week
Can the team change the first day of the calendar to Sunday instead of Monday? Or set the button we we can choose the first day of the week?
Next to useless
Since the latest update the app does not update. Will not differentiate between Local and UTC times. Come on guys ... you have had this app forever.... this app should be second to none and yet you consistently get 2 stars. ???

KEEPS CRASHING
Off late, the App keeps crashing often. Have to keep reopening to view just the flight details. Till couple of months back, this problem never occurred.

Re enter credentials
- After every updates, have to re enter all the airline data, ID and password etc all over again. Unable to stay logged in. - Apps was always refreshed every time used in multi tasking.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object. APP has issues with converting time.
Dear eCrew Developers, We hereby demand that you immediately update this application to accurately reflect our schedules and enable crew members to perform their work duties without impediment. The application persistently displays a false “not connected to the internet” error, accompanied by numerous other defects and malfunctions. As a direct result, I am unable to reload or access my schedule within the app, leaving web browser access as the only workaround. This longstanding no-internet connectivity failure has persisted for years despite repeated reports. You must go the extra mile to fully resolve these critical issues without further delay. There is a clear and documented reason why so many users hold this application in low regard. Take immediate and decisive action to rectify these defects, as they are materially impacting a vast number of crew members and disrupting essential operations. This matter requires your urgent attention and prompt remediation.

What happened to the search function in the flight info tab on latest update?
Love the product, did the iOS app update today and noticed the search function in the “flight info” tab is missing now. Can’t search cities or specific equipment tail numbers anymore for my airline. Please bring it back asap! Thank you !
Is eCrew in the room with me?
I absolutely love this app. It’s great for not being able to check your schedule when you don’t have connectivity, because all of our airlines have WiFi all the time. I especially love the 18 times a day where it just randomly boots you out causing you to waste time logging back in. And boy oh boy, if you like useless buggy AIMS software, have I got great news for you! Their web portal is even worse than this! 5 stars, don’t ever change a thing!

The app was already slow and new update has made the ui worse and even slower touch response.
Could be a lot better
Given that this app’s notifications are critical to most users, the ability to customise notification tones should be built in. That way one may not miss an important notification.
Can’t export duty to calendar
App. can export duty to calendar in iPhone but it can’t in iPad (Pro11 gen2)

The design of the app with the most recent update is terrible, nothing is in like or matches with the UI, all the colours and spacing are wrong, it looks like they’ve taken an app designed for an android and placed it onto iphone, previous one was much better

Recently updated and it is even worse than before. How about a simple app that presents the roster in htm landscape. It used to be so simple - and it worked. This app goes from bad to worse. Every day lately a new version update. Still useless. Suggest you start work on a new app in the background. Destroy this app completely. Start over on a blank page. Simple. Utilitarian. Functional. Fit for purpose. Good design. Check with pilots and cabin crew maybe? And please… no annoying animations left and right, or “awesome”.

La peor aplicacion
La peor aplicacion que han podido crear para ver el itinerario. Extremadamente lenta, y no se puede ver bien el itinerario. Utilizarla me frustra mucho.

eCrew is absolutely dreadful, not even worth one star & no idea why my company uses it. Constantly says I’m offline, even though I’m not, I have to log out & in three or four times for it to actually update my roster. Worst app ever.
Airlines can Track your Location & Time of Accessing it
App is decent, almost like the previous app but only change is we lose our privacy. This needs to be resolved else it may not be a success.
Unable to Log in with last update
Crew unable to log in to apps. Hence the company warns crew to update apps until further notice. For those who has updated have been asked to use alternate method via web base to check their roster. It needs update soon.
