While putting pickup location And delivery location the error comes “enter correct location” what is that supposed to mean? Hire a UX writer!

Delayed deliveries due to multiple orders
Even if you select immediate delivery, they take multiple orders at once your order gets delayed. And they dont even let you cancel FOC.
Never delivering it on promised time.
I have two multiple times, keep on checking with my Borzo driver. They take multiple orders at the same time. They will pick up multiple products and deliver it at different places. That is why your one product which is even closer to the address that you are sending from will still take hours and hours to get delivered. I stay in Mumbai and i understand the traffic, but it never takes three hours to send a courier from Churchgate to Bandra. Or even four hours for the matter of fact. Your riders keep lying about them being on time, but they change the status saying that they have picked up the product or there at the location, but no, they are not even close to your location at that time for pick up. Important task cannot be performed involving this app. Cannot rely.

Harga murah, kurir lumayan banyak sehingga waktu tunggu tidak lama seperti dulu But , pleaseeeee Itu Map kenapa selisihnya jauh banget ? Pesan di daerah Umbulmartani Sleman kok titiknya di sekitar UGM ? Lebih dr 5 km melesetnya. Kan kurir jadi nyalahin konsumen Padahal titiknya sesuai dari google map
Not a reliable service for one hour deliveries
I have booked the service for tiffin delivery to my husband's office and medicine delivery for myself twice this year. What happens these days is: 1- you do not find a delivery partner for long 2- when assigned the app says arriving in 2 or 5 mins and the partner is still in the way after 20 mins. Now the partner has not moved from the first seen location and still the app says 2 mins. 3- the partner suppose picks up the parcel (if we have not cancelled) then the delivery time such as lunch time is missed. This has happened once twice this year and i had to cancel the assignment the 2nd time as the person was still not moving after 20 mins of (5 min) pick up time mentioned. Experience 2: I had to take medicines after dinner i.e by 8 pm and the partner reached by 11:30 or 40 pm. Not reliable!

Why was I forced to pay 40 for cancellation when it was courier who refused to come here ?? Why always charge cancellation fee if courier is canceling but making us cancel from our side to rebook another courier ????

Terrible customer experience
This is frankly the worst quick delivery app I have used. Tried it once, won’t ever use it again. There is no customer support after 9:00 pm even though you can supposedly place an order 24x7, which means no one can help you if anything goes wrong with your delivery, like in my case. Delivery partners apparently club multiple deliveries so good luck getting anything delivered timely. You can only pray it does. This business has one purpose to deliver things timely, if you can’t do that, wind this up and get out of the market

Late, Rude, etc
Riders are rude. If you opt to use delivery apps with kind riders, use other apps. This app isnt for you. They'll put cash transaction yet riders will tell you to use gcash just because they don’t have a change for your paper bills. Even if it's a mere 50php that is already a basic change for every transaction.

Very inefficient/unreliable/very very disappointing
I’m a member since July 2020 (kahit nung Mr. Speedy pa ito) Ang pangit na ng app. Patient akong tao pero kasi di ko na matiis. Ilang beses nang pangit yung service nila. Lagi na lang ako nagugutom sa sobrang tagal mag accept ng riders. Hindi mapick up yung binili kong food. Nagtop up ako sa wallet tapos wala naman ako mabook. May isang beses, nag book ako para ipapick up gamot ko sa Mercury. Si rider dumiretso sa bahay. Sabi ko nasaan na po yung gamot? 😂😂😂 sabi niya “anong gamot?” Di ko alam irereact ko. Tapos nung after ko iexplain na sa Mercury dapat siya pupunta umalis na siya. Pagkatapos, nakita ko sa map, na hindi na umaandar si rider. Tagal ko nag hintay. Chinat ko (politely) kung kunin pa ba niya gamot ko, sabi niya, pasensya na…may emergency lang daw. Tapos nauwi na lang din sa pagcancel ng booking. Buti di ako nag mamadali non. Meron pa isang beses umorder ako ng ulam. si rider nung dumating bote ng ICED TEA bininigay sakin. Kinonfirm ko kung siya ba yung rider na nabook ko. Turns out na may isa pa pala siyang booking tapos namali siya ng delivery. Tagal ko pa naman naghintay. So no choice, naghintay ulit ako hanggang sa mapick up niya yung ulam ko at bumalik ulit sa’min. Note: malayo yung pick up area Ikatlo, galing akong trabaho. Nagugutom na ako so nagpapick up ulit ako food. Hindi ko alam kung bakit yung rider na nagpick up ng food ko eh umabot ng 2 hours bago nakarating sa’kin. Pagod na pagod pa naman ako tapos ganon yung mangyayari. Di lang ilang beses nangyari to. Madalas talaga ako naghihintay ng ilang minutes/hours. Nakapag top up na kasi ako kaya ang hirap na i-cancel. Will switch to another app because of this. Nakakadisappoint talaga.
24 Hour before considered lost?
Cheap shipping fee but the drawback is the riders tend to triple book. Therefore if you are sending something na time sensitive like food, then this is not good. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT. When borzo was mr speedy, it was easy to talk to online agent, NOT anymore. They send you around in circles. AND the worst is you can only file late or lost if it has been 24 HOURS. Huh? LBC KA BA? LALAMOVE has very responsive customer service.

Stlh kecewa berkali kali sama l***m***e akhirnya nyoba borzo dan ga pernah kecew so far. Motorbox selalu ready, kurir sopan dan gak menyepelekan pengiriman. Sayangnya nggak ada fitur di aplikasi untuk chat live dengan kurir. Cuma bisa nelfon aja. Dan gak ada bukti pengiriman barang selesai berupa foto. Jadi biasanya minta kurir wa lagi ke nomor saya utk kirimin foto penerimaan barang. Mantep bgt kalau nnti ada fitur ini di app
Multiple Bookings
This used to be the fastest courier to deliver parcels. But now, the riders are doing multiple bookings and they don’t care about the quality of service anymore. Estimated time of deliveries are not followed anymore. Instead of going straight to my house I see them in the tracker moving around cities. Sometimes they even turn their data off so they cannot be tracked.

Maganda naman sana but the problem is laging may bug sa map. Like for example you’ll input an address and check it in the map if the pin is correct, ang lalabas sa map is yung previous address kahit tama naman ang nakalagay sa pin.
