updating should be optional
Absolutely must have app
Initially thought it’s just another news app, until I found much more. Now, I don’t need to change between multiple apps anymore and I get my notifications all in one app. Absolutely love this.
Good News App
I like it. Keep it up.
App crash with latest update
With latest update, cannot open the app. Click the app icon but it close down while try to load. Uninstall n installed but still face the same issue. Used iOS 12.5.7

good
no biased news
One stop centre
Takde la kena scroll balik kalau lupa keyword
good apps
very good
Drain battery fast on ios 18.1
A good app news for Malaysians, but when i open this app, battery starts to warm up. I cant really enjoy to read the news much, this app drains iPhone battery fast ☹️
Super clean app
Crazy to think this is a local Malaysian company
Good summary of world headlines
Good
Great app
Must have news app
One usability issue
Edit: Still an issue after latest update. 1. Receive iOS article notification 2. Tap on notification 3. Lumi loads, shows Lumi logo splash screen 4. Goes to main page instead of the article One issue that keeps me from frequently using this news app is, tapping the notification does not lead to the article page, which can be very annoying. What I mean is, every time a notification of a news shows up on my iPhone, if I find it interesting I’d tap the notification and expect it to bring me to the article for me to read. But nope, I’d say 8-9 of out 10 times it just brings me to the news feeds and the article is nowhere to be seen. There are other areas that can use some improvement but knowing this is a rather new news app I’d give it time to bring new improvements. Hope the notification issue can be looked into.
Love the UI
Love the easy interface.
Good & can be improved
I really hope that Lumi will make useful Widgets for quick glance news 😉

Problem opening the app
The app is up to date and strangely couldn’t be opened. It’s just blue color without content. Same result after I restart my phone.
