Banking
I have been using this app since I opened my account. I have contacted the bank about issues with their accounting system IE duplicate entries which I have been told they cannot change. As the account will not accept transactions via Zelle which one of my vendors pays me with it causes a lot of problems. As I’m a small business owner and the other banks charge more for the services I have to stick with this bank until I can find another bank to use. It does offer ITM services at the ATM but I keep seeing that their lobby still requires appointments and supposedly is not available for walk in services.

No longer get texts with balance. Would like to see pending deposits as well.

Worthless
Notifications do not go out that could save you from overdraft fees! Go to another bank!
Recent down grade
With the recent”upgrade “ nothing much works better. First off I was told I didn’t know my password. When in fact it was the recent upgrade that wouldn’t let me use my password. Then this morning I made a mobile check deposit and the back photo I saw was fine but the photo that you show me you received was all wavy and cut up. Also I like the old format a lot better maybe simply because I was used to it and now I have to get used to a new format.

I use the Central app often. I find it so easy to use.
No longer able to use app
What is the point of being able to download an older version of the app if you need to update to the current one to use it to “stay safe and secure” I am no longer able to deposit my checks or use the app at all because my phone physically cannot update to the required IOS, and nothing was changed about the app aside from minor things. The one reason I used the app was for ease of depositing checks- this is a horrible update.
3 decades
My wife and I have done business at some level with Central National in one form or another for 30 years travel the world within that time and they have always done the best care for my security over my accounts. Very highly recommended.
App isn’t working for me today or yesterday.
The Central National Bank app isn’t working for me yesterday or today. So, I deleted it today and reinstalled it. Still isn’t working.
Long History with CNB
My family has been banking with CNB since the early 1950’s. I’m sure both my parents were banking with it them years before. I have always been treated with professionalism and kindness. Growing up I was brought there with my parents to get to know the employees.

My app keeps saying error
Just Adequate
This app falls way short of other banking apps. For starters, it will not save your user ID. Which doesn’t exactly make you feel like a welcome customer! Next, there us no option to show your password. Make a mistake, and you get to guess what it was. Try to schedule a payment, the only apparent option is Today! You have to dig to figure out a future payment date. These are just a few. Central Bank could do much better!

The app has design your own vacations and it’s not timing me on my design property brothers milk not now not ever

Unable to Access Bank Information
I was forced to download the new app and stop using the old one. The old one used to take my account number and password. The new one asks for a username, which I do not have. When I try to create a new one it tells me I already have one. Initially when I tried to recover the account it would not send a code to my phone. Now it is sending the code, but telling me Oops, there an error on our end. Been going on two weeks now. Maybe these things should have been worked out before kicking me out in the first place. Used to love this bank, now I feel like all I ever do is complain about it.
Always there for me
My CNB account was started in 1975 when I moved to Kansas. They have supported me in car loans, real estate loans, and every other banking need for 47 years Would never bank anywhere else.
Currently Junk and can't access.
Can't access my account as pass and username is invalid. Try to enroll and says I already have an account. Try to reset the account and verification codes aren't valid. Serious issues for a new app.

Absolutely awful
Central national bank is a joke and so is this app I cannot login I’ve been trying to update my password but it’s just glitched and doesn’t work I cannot stand this stupid app the old one was trash too. My old bank never charged me for a mobile deposit and it would always go straight into my bank account immediately after I took the photos. CNB takes several days. So annoying. Awful app, I’m going to leave this bank soon.

Update password button isn’t working
I thought I had forgotten my password, but turns out I was right just had incorrectly put it in too many times and it had locked my account. As soon as I reach the update password button it doesn’t do anything. This needs to be fixed ASAP!
