Crashing
The app was crashing and very unstable as of late I hope this latest update has resolved it though it seems that it took quite sometime that an update was released.
Forgot my password not working
Absolutely loved it, was using it for a week except when my watch was off for the weekend because the battery died and when I charged it and turn it on, I had to log into the ApexWear app. I’ve been trying to change passwords as I forgot my password but there’s no code sent to my email address I provided. Can the developer help me with this? I really would like to see my progress results in the app. I hope you see this!
Logout
Constantly logs me out and makes me lose data.

En la edición de esfera sólo puedes poner la hora en digital o analógico estaría bien poder añadir pasos,baterías,calorías etc… esperemos en la próxima actualización
Solid
Better than expected. I’ve had a Fitbit which I liked a lot, but i broke it after 4 years. Saw this on special and got it. Honestly, it’s pretty decent. It’s not perfect but it’s still a solid watch that gives you good data. For the price, it’s more than worth it. Also has a nice look to it. I got the apex fit plus.
Love the watch but the app stinks!
If for whatever reason, the app chooses to unsync your watch, good luck getting back in! The company needs to hire some better communicator in all languages and better programmers for the app!

Purchased just before Christmas worked fine until a week ago when it stopped merging information with the app. Not impressed

Different phone login
I have had to make multiple accounts because it says that my account has been logged in on another phone.
Step count
I am some what happy with the watch but the step count is way off. The watch says that I have done 7,000 but my phone says that I have done 12,000. So there is 5,000 steps uncounted so it is not very reliable. I would have assumed that it would be the same.
Log out too often
The watch keep login out and won’t long back in. Please update the app. Wonder if it iPhone problem. My daughter have a Samsun and never expérience this issue.
Would not suggest
I bought this watch. It worked the first month then the power button stopped working. Then it would say “please enter a valid email adress” after it had signed me out.
Pulsations aléatoires
Simple a mettre en fonction avec notifications pour peu de frais. Sauf que les lectures de pulsations sont aléatoires. Ne pas se fier aux lectures cardiaques, elles ne représente aucunement la réalité.
Can’t sign into the app
I have a iPhone SE2 and while I can fill in my name and email as soon as I go to submit the info that button is overlaid by the terms and conditions link making impossible to register my watch and actually use the app except as a “guest “

Keep stopping reception of notification For no reason I keep restarting all over again at least once a week
Works pretty good, but needs some additional features
Overall, app works good. Have not had any issues with connectivity and links well with Strava. What would make this app 4 or 5/5 is if it had the additional features: 1. Ability to delete one of your existing recorded activities. From what I can tell, you can't delete in app or on the watch (apex fit GPS watch) 2. Ability to export or save the Gps log of your activity. Either .GPX or .kml would-be great. Thanks Update: just recently the app stopped working, when I try to login it says I'm logged on another device. Same issue as others...
Horrible App
Steps are wrong, sleep doesn’t work, actually nothing works on app. Cant customize face, can’t read time using your picture. Good job I only paid $22 for watch
Logged out
This app worked ok for a few months but then logged me out and won’t let me log back in; says my account is logged on on another device but I don’t have the app on any other device. I sent an email weeks ago to get help but no one has responded. I’m ready to give up on this app and the watch
Has some inconvenient bugs
The watch was perfect the first weeks, but then it stopped getting weather forecasts and said “failed to get weather report please try again” no matter how many times I tried it didn’t sync and the watch face is only customizable with the picture and digital or analog you can’t pick if you want to see your heart rate or calories or steps it’s inconvenient, but other than that, I get notifications and everything works fine. Also, note to the developer, if you could please like add a simple game like I don’t know tic tac toe or 2048 please? I would highly appreciate it :P

Disappointing
Every week or so the app won’t let me sign in so I have to delete it and then download it again in order to use it. Also, the app does not sync accurately with my Apple phone for steps
Why can’t I reset my password
I can’t reset my password when I send the code to my iCloud email it doesn’t send the email? Why is this Apex
App keeps logging me out
I keep getting logged out of the app and get the message that my account is logged in on another device even though it is not. The only fix is to reset my password every time or reinstall the app

Logged me out— reoccurring issue?
It was good and all, loved the customizations and stuff but suddenly it logged me out and won’t let me log back in. Says that my account is logged into another mobile which it isn’t. Going thru the reviews though it seems this started recently with other users too. Please fix t!
Error on login
Works first few times logging in but eventually get errors that my account is already logged in. Have to keep deleting the app and reinstalling it to be able to log in again.
App stop working
Can’t pair the watch with the app cause “my account has been logged into another device”, there’s no customer service at all, avoid buying APEX products
Can't export sleep data
I like that I can see sleep data BUT there is no way to export to Apple Health, even though it says it can. Steps, etc export okay, but no option to export sleep. Also ... can't export sleep data even to a csv or other file. Please help.
Logging me out
Every week or so, it keeps saying that I’m logged in on another phone. Which isn’t true since I don’t have another phone.
Pairing not working
I am trying to pair my watch to my phone but every time I try to pair my pairing kept saying the same error message but I did resetting my watch Bluetooth and it didn't work so PLZ FIX IT 😡😡😡😡😡
