The early advice gets you the guidance and treatment needed to relieve symptoms and get you back to work and family. Bonus: you have access to the care plan chat if your situation worsens. I love Dialogue!

Useless
Complete waste of time with amateur and unaware people.
Poor administration
The app is run by an ai or chat bot. It frequently disconnects or loses conversations. A real person will eventually intervene several hours later. Scheduling is messy. Multiple sessions cancelled and having to rebook for inconvenient times. Sessions are virtual only and restricted to a half hour. I found these restrictions extremely challenging. I would avoid this service if at all possible. It’s more likely to exacerbate users problems than solve them.

Genuinely shocked by how well this works. Also the nurses I’ve dealt with are the best. It’s one of the better apps that need more love for sure
Horrible service
Try to use Dialogue for an appointment for my newborn son. Had an appointment scheduled the same day three hours later they cancelled the appointment couple minutes before and said I need to go see a medical professional in person which is very disappointing because I would’ve went three hours ago instead of waiting around to have my appointment canceled. Horrible horrible service would not recommend anyone use Dialogue and I will not be using it in the future either.

I absolutely love this app!! It has helped me so much with my anxiety and how to live and deal with it. Having quick, professional help is amazing!!
Service is wack
“You don’t have cold or flu symptoms” a nurse practitioner tells me as I literally sit here with cold and flu symptoms. You can tell me what I have to do to confirm this without being so passive aggressive or straight up telling me I don’t have what I have. Terrible nurses and experience. Also don’t waste your time unless you just want a prescription or to be told to go to the walk-in clinic
Very thorough
Dr Catherine Murphy is very thorough. She wants to get to the bottom of my symptoms without causing me to get upset.
Tardiness
I asked for an appointment for a specific issue which was not captured correctly in my file or the notes. In the sessions, I keep hearing we don’t have time to discuss. After two appointments. The physician was 5 min late and then we spend another 6 min fixing a technical issue and we are not addressing the initial problem I would like to discuss.

they just denied me and told me they have nobody available to help me because i have trauma and because i have mental illness. isn’t this supposed to be therapy?!?

No explanation on how to do anything. No way to contact for help. Wants credit card info but not health info. Likely a scam

Only nurses
We used the app few times already, and we never meet a doctor. There is only nurses and they tell you to contact 811. What is the point to have the app then ?
