Impossible de faire des renouvellements
Depuis quelques semaines l’application ne cesse de planter avec un message indiquant des problèmes techniques du côté de Jean Coutu. Le même problème persiste du côté du site web alors c’est manifestement un problème d’infrastructure. Plusieurs de mes connaissances rapportent la même situation.
Renewing prescriptions is simple and efficient, but impossible when trying to scan a barcode!

Very good app practical easy ti use and headache free and most of all save you long waiting at the pharmacy. MUST USE
can’t even log in
it’s been months that I’ve been trying to use the app to renew my medication and I can’t even sign in. I either get an error message or it seems like it signs in and then gives an infinite loading wheel.
Great app, some weird UI
I love using the app to refill prescriptions, but logging in to Health Record with Face ID is a little strange. It asks for my password and then when I attempt to type it in, it does Face ID and then logs me in… eventually. Additionally, some English translations are a little bit strange to this anglophone. Si vous aimeriez de l’aide à les améliorer, mes services sont disponibles à petit prix! 😏
Ne fonctionne plus sur mon iPhone. Le propriétaire de ce site (jeancoutu.com) a banni votre adresse

J'ai changé de téléphone et l'application ne cesse de figer sur le nouveau. Android pour les deux téléphones. La version pour mon iPad fonctionne

Il est impossible de renouveler les médicaments. Ça ne répond pas lorsqu’on appuie sur suivant.

I love using the PJC application to get my prescriptions refilled. It easy to do and makes the whole process very practical. I’ve never encountered any problems using the app either. Thanks and keep up the good work.
It NEVER works
This app keeps crashing each time I try to renew a prescription. The point is to avoid having to call them and make our medications order faster, but it’s just the opposite !

No longer able to renew prescriptions since update
Since the last update, I cannot get past step 4 of 5 when trying to renew a prescription. It gets stuck when asking if I want to pay at the counter or by card. Won’t let me do any of the two and proceed to step 5. I liked this app feature previously. Now it seems no longer functional with my phone or OS or in general maybe even for anyone. (Nov 2024) Have a new phone and it still does not work. Please fix this bug for iPhones. Only works on my iPad. (March 2026)

I like the concept, but it has to work first. Haven’t seen an app with this level of bugs ever

Sur les iPhone et iPad il est impossible de faire défiler jusqu’au bout la liste des médicaments dans le dossier. Bug depuis qq mois. C’est gênant quand on a plusieurs médicaments en fin de liste. Merci de corriger.

Présentement il est impossible d’entrer dans l’application. Ça ne fonctionne pas su tout.

Bog dans l’application me
Depuis environ 3 mois, il nous est impossible d’utiliser l’application sur plusieurs iPhone à la maison. Ce, lors de renouvellement de prescription (sans connexion). L’application cesse de répondre, environ, à l’avant dernière étape.
Pire App ever
Rien d’intuitif, on dirait un webview d’un site web avec des scroll down à chaque page. Pourquoi je dois remettre mon numero de téléphone à chaque renouvellement?
