Incomplete traditional Chinese support
Even setting traditional Chinese as default language, place names in trips statistics and map are displayed in simplified Chinese characters. It’s even worse in English which don’t adopt official English place names.
建议香港与中国大陆版本一致
对于使用中国大陆手机号但苹果账号需要使用香港区域的用户来说，香港版本用中国大陆手机号无法登录，简直是灾难。

Couldn’t receive verifications code
I need to change the password because I haven’t login for a long time. And it’s taking forever to receive the verification code. And I just purchased this new car, which I couldn’t get access to most of it’s features. Which made me felt a bit disappointed.

Charging does not update in app
Terrible and cannot update the charging status although the car is plugged in. Unable to stop charging car remotely , please fix

Cannot input any text in-App “Send App Feedback” as the keyboard covers the text field and Submit button !!
Please Update to cope the New Update Feature
I received an update notice on vehicle, but I didn’t receive update on the app and hence the new update cannot be proceeded. I guess it may be this app hasn’t support this update feature. Please consider and make some adjustment to let us experience the new features.
The app in Hong Kong is really handicap
No remote parking option, no software update option available in the app . The 2024 iX1 should already support these features

The application appears to be unstable, unreliable and frequently experiences shutdowns. The communication speed with the vehicle is quite slow. It is essential to have the car key present.

Only allows one user to register the car. Cannot add additional users without going through customer support.
Excellent feature updates
The new my trips feature really rocks. Learn a lot about how to improve the driving economy. Also the multiple stops feature very helpful in planning a complex trips, though not many use cases in HK. Also the poi transfer from Google maps to car works like a charm. Good job bmw!
System error
I want to renew the password, but never get the activation code from SMS with just always showing system busy only. Please fix it.
Remote control and car info
No more remote control?!? And no more car info showing?! Like window closed, oil level, fan turn on control, …
Suggestion
Please release the China Mainland version for the Hong Kong drivers, because Hong Kong people probably buy BMW vehicles in China mainland.
