Good
Good
Forgot Password broken
Forgot password button doesn’t do anything. There is no way to get back into an old account with the same phone number.
Cannot link to meter
Very unreliable connectivity to the meter.
Slow response
Slow response and cannot scan QR code when raining
Parking payment
Great
Not user friendly
Slow response , usually need to wait for rebooting the system
Buggy
It’s slow and sometimes the app refuses to recognize the octopus card (as opposed to my wallet) that I have already on my iPhone.
Excellent Apps
More of such parking meters should be added.
Meter parking
One is the slowest app and no reminder method. In fact many similar apps in the other world will continue to display the remaining time of the meter at the front display of the phone. You may contract me on 9521-9521 for more information.
Doesn’t work
It works immediately after install, but fails for o launch for second time onward with error message “HKeMeter has encountered an error”. Useless app until you this issue is resolved.
QR code
QR code
Hopeless App
The app just crashes all the time. Customer service hotline is never picking up the call (it’s 16:00 when I call, so I assume I’m being reasonable) Terrible experience
Notification is too subtle
It is too easy to miss the notification. And there is no option to auto top up.
HKmeter
Rarely works, but takes your money. Needs major improvements.
QR code cannot scan during rainy days
Stood under the pouring rain for 15 mins trying to scan the QR code. Tried wiping the screen, different angles, different distance, the app doesn’t scan the qr code. Pisses me the hell off
好
Can’t extend if expired
Defeats the point!!
iOS 17.5 not working
Compatibility issue were found
Extra charges
The app is nice but often does not connect to the meter even though the payment is made on the credit card. I was charged multiple times even though I would get an error message that the app could mot connect to the meter.
Pls add other parking locations
As this is a Transport Department app, please also add the locations of other accessible car parks to your maps. Meters are often preferable but having a proper map of ALL parking options will cut down on illegal parking.
