Worst UIUX and rubbish backend
This app is totally unusable, scamming gov fund to create digital rubbish must be fun, congrats to the contractor.
Username or passport retrieval
If you forgot your username or password, you will need half an hour/ 18 steps to retrieve
Stability is not good at all
It freezes while scanning the QR code. I called support and they claimed there was a compatibility issue with iOS 17.5. Pending a fix.

When will payment be able to be made by Applepay? There is a huge number of people who used Apple devices and it is essential to have applepay. Please add applepay as a payment method

Highway Robbery
Charging $175 surcharge for a $30 toll if you are less than a month late should be criminal. And they charge $175 for each individual crossing on the same day. This is the definition of highway robbery.

This is the clunkiest, most unintuitive and buggy app. A good reflection of HK’s roads. Total joke. Constantly freezes when trying to pay, resulting in fines. Useless.
Cannot login
Unable to login with my account is and password as the verification code image fails to render. Tried to use iAM Smart and it would fail with -70001 error.
