Phenomenal
I’ve got nothing bad to say the variety of options it has between colors is more than you could ask for. I’ve had my lights for more than 2 years now and no issues since. Still works like the first day I bought it. However I do wish they added some new features like a slower mode for the rainbow effect and a group option for multiple users. But other than definitely worth it!

pretty good app
4 stars bc when i got them, last time i used them the adhesive completely failed. so a year later i tried again and now the remote doesn’t work so i got the app but the only colors it can be on is blue, teal, and halfway pink.

Bluetooth?
I’ve had my lights for years and I’ve never had an issue, however it randomly stopped connecting to my phone, saying Bluetooth isn’t on? But it is, I’ve been having to use to remote

I lost my remote. So I tried to connect this it work so good!! So fun to play with !! I definitely recommend!!!
Issues
I refreshed the tab once and since then it keeps telling me that Bluetooth isn’t on so i need to turn it on to connect. I kept turning it on and off to connect to my lights but they’re just stuck in one color now because i just can’t connect. Even before that, once you remove the device from the app and you try to add it back by scanning, it doesn’t work. Bruh im begging to pls pls pls fix this issue dawg 😭

So look I got my ambilights and I plugged the cable in to my Xbox and tv but the tv light doesn’t sync

First, it was connected and was working well but after being disconnected I tried to connect it again and it won't work
Wrong colors?
I like my lights, but im trying to get them into a color that isnt yellow, orange or red or green, and it cant do that. I put blue and it just goes to red.

I was messing around with the light until I made a preset that wouldn’t stop flickering on accident so I unplugged the lights and clicked out of the light setting in the app now I can’t connect to my LED lights. Help

Lights work well, bright, can adjust brightness, and can make custom colors for it. Music feature needs adjusted tho.

HELP
The app connected and worked fine at first, but while troubleshooting with my lights, I deleted the device from the app to see if that was why they weren’t working (it wasn’t), and now I can’t reconnect them? Did i permanently delete the device from the app??? Help!
Stopped working
They worked great until one day they wouldn’t connect to my phone. Now I can’t connect or change the colors.
Light mic
When I got this light the light mic option was there but now after sometime it just vanished, can you please help me?
Don’t buy lights if you need this app to use
TV sensing switch doesn’t retain selection. + removes and - adds when adjusting the ranges. Very poor. I’m returning the PWAYTEK smart TV led backlight that requires this app.
Fix the lights
It was great at first but now it won’t let me connect or find the device it tells me my Bluetooth is off on my phone while I have turned it on multiple times an nothing will work so only my sister can control my lights which isn’t much help considering we don’t share a room at all

I think it’s pretty good i can change the colour and turn it on and off. One thing I think they need idk if it’s a thing with the app or just apple but I wish I could put it on a widget on my Lock Screen so it’s easier to turn on and off but other then that it’s good

There’s only 3 options and 1 doesn’t work
So there only scene, color, and timer there’s a sync box with hdmi but it doesn’t sync with the scene it’s not working at all, pretty lights tho

This product was great for the first 2 days i got it. after those 2 days it was no longer working such a waste of money. 🤬👎
Apple music doesn’t even work on the app
It took me forever to connect apple music to the app and when i finally got it to connect the music i wanted to play with the lights connected i found out the songs dont even work on the app

I mean, the lights are really good when I first got them they were perfect. It does not sometimes work but that’s OK. I love the lights and I’m gonna keep buying them for my room every single time I get a new one or I’m gonna put it on my bookshelf on my TV, but thanks for the lights. I love them.😉
Need an update
App worked fine for a couple days after setting up now it doesn’t even connect so it’s stuck on one color….. I don’t even know where the remotes at from moving houses so would be nice to have an update fixing this issues since it seems to be a repeated occurrence for others in the reviews :/

Bluetooth issue
Worked for a long period of time - yet some reason last few months my device has will not show up on the app nor can be found by scanning for devices. So the app has became useless and so has my lights to an extent.

Could you make it compatible to use Spotify for the music for the few of us that don’t have Apple Music!! That would be awesome! Otherwise it works good!
Works great for me
Personally I am baffled why there is a lot of low star ratings. That did concern me when I finally started hanging up my lights after months of not being able to. Once it was up, I used the remote control first, then decided to give the app a try. Works absolute wonders for me, like it couldn’t have made me happier. I am guessing many people expected it to be much more than they think, but as personal honest review, I love it to bits. Hope to keep these lights safe and be used for a long time.
Works at first
App worked fine at first but literally two days in and the lights stop receiving any instructions from the app or the remote.
1 problem
This is a great app but with the music it’s only Apple Music, could it be compatible with Spotify or SoundCloud or YouTube? Great app!
Not as good as hoped
The first day of setting up the leds was amazing everything worked perfectly then after that the leds stopped working and wont work manually either what can i do to fix this or should i just stop trying
