When I first checked this out they hadn’t entered the American or United States market glad to hear and see they made the update as soon as I opened the app.
Be careful
I lost a lot of money because my last deposit was never credited. I had been using this exchange for two weeks, making small deposits from another platform. Everything was working fine, so I trusted the exchange and made a large deposit. Unfortunately, my account was never funded. The support team replies quickly — I can praise that — but there is still no solution. It turns out that the coin I deposited was removed from the exchange, and I wasn’t warned. As a result, I sent the money to nowhere.

Dear XT, I recently downloaded your app but it lacked the beloved PnL calendar which I heavily rely on for my trades. The latest update got the most beautiful calendar I could ever ask for!! Thank you!!
Why use this
Absolutely terrible ui, can’t tell what I’m trying to transfer, not even sure how to find the address of where I’ve moved a small bit of funds to, to play with it and try investing in a few alt coins. Can’t figure out which account they want funds in in order to buy can tell what amounts I’m trading in different areas when just trying to do basic conversions. might just take the $20 hit for what I put into it
Interface
Honestly I don’t like XT’s user interface: you can’t see your buy & sell history in the chart if you wanted to and you can’t adjust your TP & SL from the chart or even in the order section. I have to cancel an order and place it again if I want to adjust or change my entry. Theses are too frustrating, I’ve limited my transaction on the app!

Excellent functioning app to trade an excellent selection of assets. All the good stuff early on, great rates.

This app heats up my iphone like crazy, please please fix it. I don’t have the same problem on android.

XT comes to my rescue!
To be honest, XT isn’t my primary wallet. My crypto investment is restricted due to local laws. However, XT saves the day! Using a VPN, I can purchase all the presale tokens I want (& transfer them to my main wallet). Release 4.87.0 on Mar. 10, it crashes on my iPhone 15 whenever I click anything on the screen

📢 Has Anyone Had a Similar Experience with XT Exchange?
Hey everyone, has anyone encountered issues retrieving their assets from XT Exchange? I deposited USDC.e, but it's stuck in the system, and XT support is asking for a 50 USDT fee to release it. Some exchanges offer alternative solutions, like accessing funds via MetaMask, without extra charges. Has anyone successfully recovered their funds from XT without paying a fee? Or found another workaround? I’d really appreciate any insights!

Scam Exchanger
The NFT purchased on the exchange cannot be withdrawn to my own wallet! They use evasive tactics, shift blame, and engage in deception. It's a scam platform. The NFT purchased from them cannot be transferred out, which amounts to outright deception - they essentially confiscate the purchased items. Contacting customer service only results in endless procrastination, excuses, and stonewalling.

W A R N I N G
Avoid this exchange at all costs. Their platform is freezes in the middle of trades and allows unauthorized use of your funds. when you report an issue, the “support team” responds in terrible English translations telling you the system has no errors. If you trade spot maybe it’s fine, the selection of coins is what drew me in. But if you are perps trading, absolutely they will steal from you. I had a position liquidate immediately upon hitting buy. I had an unauthorized copy trade open by a sketchy trader with 100% losses and the position made me lose $212. All in all, this sketchy, glitchy, centralized scam robbed me of about $5k. I don’t like taking the time to leave negative reviews but it feels necessary to caution as many people as possible. Plenty of exchanges out there, don’t get mugged by this one.

App doesnt work anymore

Let’s be honest! App is easy to use, UI is smooth and markets are active and there are a lot of choice to trade, I personally like it.
Scam exchange.
Their reduce margin functionality doesn’t work. Even after I complained and they told me they “fixed” the issue and even after I updated the app, it still doesn’t work, Their withdraw fees is 100x compared to others. (E.g MEXC LTC withdraw fee is 0.001 LTC and xt.com fees is a whopping 0.01 LTC. 1000% higher fee), they have one of the most sluggish and slowest in app I ever seen. And overall just lacks many key functions such as being able to adjust leverage WITHOUT needing to add more liquidity. Their platform is very suspicious considering they let such negligence to continue on despite the fact it’s been brought up to them. Never ever use them if you want to be profitable. They lack many key functions compared to other exchanges.
