Liquidation at 22% on max leverage. Was around 50%
KCEX has decided that trading is to easy for you.. so they’ve chosen to cut you liquidation point in half.. because trading was just TOOOO EASY!! (Now I can’t even open a position without getting a LIQUIDATION WARNING!!!!!) even though your down 5k on KCEX we are still going to make it MUCH HARDER..? Why cause screw you that’s why.. this was never about the user being profitable.. this is about KCEX MAKING MONEY. They never gave me that free 200 usd for creating and shouting them out on twitter. Their charts don’t match trading view charts.. DONT TRUST KCEX.. I’ll be finding a new exchange ASAP. Unless KCEX changes the liquidation %. (Which they won’t cause they’re greedy bastard based out of a tropical island) (I’m convinced this app is a SCAM and they took my 5k and wasted a year of my life !!!) Refund me my 5k or I’ll be leaving negative comments EVERYWHERE I CAN

They dangled three separate rewards (100 USDT for registration, additional for KYC completion, and 200 USDT for linking X/Twitter) to extract every piece of my identity—yet every single task was instantly denied with the exact same canned excuse. Here’s what they collected across the tasks: · Government ID / facial scan (KYC) · Phone number + email binding · X (Twitter) account link and follower data And here’s what I got in return for ALL three: "Sorry, you did not pass the system risk control review... specifics are confidential and cannot be disclosed." This isn't a "risk control" issue—it's a pattern. They deliberately reject every user after harvesting PII, locking the task status so you can't retry or delete your data. If their rules were legitimate, they'd disclose them before requiring uploads, not hide behind "confidentiality" the moment you ask why your ID was taken for nothing. To Apple: This app is systematically purchasing sensitive personal data for $0.00. Multiple tasks, identical rejections, zero payouts. Please investigate immediately—this is textbook organized data harvesting. To users: Do not register. This app is great… I don’t know what anyone else is complaining about unless they just don’t know what they’re doing… I’ve been in crypto for 5+ years and have accounts at at least another dozen other exchanges… This is in my top two as far as functions, fees, ease, features…… If you’re going to futures trade, auto margin addition is your best friend… and is the main reason I went with this exchange… Keep you from getting liquidated at three in the morning… Moving money in and out has been absolutely flawless… I’ve had no need for customer service. The app works perfectly… And the fees are next to nothing… and free transfer fees how do you beat that… I highly rate this… If the ranking option had six stars, I’d give it that.

Not bad but major problems
First of all I agree they do take low fees but something I feel like the app toys with is my trades for ex if I am purchasing and making an entry at market I will immediately enter me into the negatives like in multiple scenarios where non volatile slow moving alt coins might be at 1.45 and I enter and immediately it opens at 1.40 and I’m at the loss the moment I enter and when I close it never fails to close where I closed it same scenario I close at 1.50 and it closes at 1.55 when rhe coin never hit that mark and the opposite when I am at profit I close at 1.50 it closes at 1.46 and I lose potential revenue it has done multiple times. One more huge issue is my trigger orders I placed a trigger orders multiple time it would successfully activate but never fill when I am at profit only when it’s at loss the order fills I felt like this might be the company screwing with me to eat at my deposit but I’m hoping it’s a bug and they fix these problems.

Weak customer service
Customer service is very poor and weak in comparison with other competitors. Also chat section is so slow and custerm service chat design is not good at all.

I have been thoroughly enjoyed this app even though bitcoin has been unpredictable and I’ve lost several hundred dollars. It’s only several hundred dollars cause I’m poor. It hurts a little bit. I look on this wallet ever where but I checked my email and it’s there from the recipient, but it’s not on the wallet so yeah, I Wouldn’t recommend this wallet to no one

Никогда не торгуйте на данной бирже, ни при каких обстоятельствах. Я лично пробовал для торговли 25 бирж, и KCEX - одна из самых худших. Если вы заработаете деньги на этой бирже, при попытке вывода вас заблокируют, отнимут прибыли и навсегда заблокируют аккаунт. Так было не только у меня, но и у всех моих знакомых, кто связывался с этой биржей. Это самая неадекватная биржа из 25, в плане блокировок. Вам не дадут заработать здесь, только потерять.

The only issue I have currently is that you guys took away the ability to reverse trades on the mobile app. You still allow reversals on the desktop site but I can’t figure out how to reverse through the app. If we could bring that back again 5 stars!!!
They stole my info!
Easily bated me with 100 USDT rewards being 200. All you do is give them your date of birth, social, & drive license & when they verify you move to verify email & number by verification code. They check off & it tells you in 24 hours you get reward. 24 hours later you’re sudden “violation” after you’ve submitted your personal identification information. Customer service tells you just participate in future rewards & doesn’t acknowledge your concern. It’s clear it’s designed to steal someone info.

They had a promotion to verify your account & link your email each was a promotion of 100USDT. Meaning 200 total. Pictures with my social & ID verified. Check. Complete. I verified my number & my email that both received verification codes. Check. Done. Then it says you’ll receive the rewards in 24 hours. 24 hours later even when the screen verified my social to match my bday & my driver license & verified my codes it tells me violation detected. I chat with support & they tell me to participate in future events & wouldn’t try explaining how I verify my personal information & my number with email that it’s violated. THIS APP IS DESIGNED TO SOELY STEAL YOUR PERSONAL INFO & GET A PIC OF YOUR ID. They don’t credit the rewards & customer service doesn’t even acknowledge your issue instead they talk around it.

This WAS. A great exchange that I swore by. Recently it was updated and any futures trading automatically puts you heavily into a negative PNL almost forcing liquidation immediately regardless if you use leverage or not. Disappointed is an understatement. Do better.
Flagged no reason
My KCEX app flagged risk control no reason . I was verification KYC and security full done . When I withdraws my funds they not through with a vague reason risk control . Have to more verification ID with self file the picture. And waiting 30days . They want to take the money from customer with a vague reason. Please stop using this app if you don’t want lost your money!
