Glitch they won’t address
I can’t trade futures with my own money, seeing as half is missing in my USDT futures account, but when I go to overview, it shows the amount that SHOULD be in my account. Lol what a joke. This has happened more than once. If you want your money stolen from you, go ahead and use this exchange.
比較的使いやすい
日本語対応していませんが、比較的使いやすいです。ビットバンクからの送金できました。

Bonne application
Dommage qu’on ne peut pas ajouter de l’argent depuis l’application. On est obligé de passer par le site 😳
My go to exchange
Been a Bitrue user since 2019. Have never had an issue with anything. Great if you’re an XRP holder as there are TONS of trading pairs and the fees are CHEAP! The Perpetual Futures have worked flawlessly also with USDT and USDC. Nice UI and my personal favourite CEX.
Scammers
Scam wicks in futures all the time never use this app
Some nice side Wins getting started (XDB)
Just check it out , for beginning try: QEQEZZE for a small present.
Complaint
Please work on your notification, when someone order is triggered the person doesn’t get a notification and that is bad.this error is on both IOS and Android devices, also let there be internal transfer feature
Needs work on navigation and understanding
A little confusing to run on my phone. The actions I was trying to do had no direct button. And I had no idea what to look for A help command button or tutorial would be great !
Bitrue
Excellent exchange, easy to deposit, trade/buy crypto and easy withdrawal. Highly recommended.
Be carful
Have used this exchange for a long time and did like it. But got scam wicked out of my futures. Also have friends who have had lots of money randomly frozen on them and not been able to get it back.

A different platform
I can’t sell my coins for almost a year now as there is nobody that wants to buy them. Neither this platform can buy it back. Also there own platform coin is worthless. The minimum payout is too much.
Awesome
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Poor customer service
Very slow to respond to requests. I’ve experienced many issues using Bitrue from withdrawal blocks to trading issues. Not at all happy with the services that could be offered but are not with Bitrue.
iPad
Please update your app for a full screen iPad version, ux like KuCoin or Bitget
Uyarmadan ban
Excellent selection of assets
I must first say Bitrue has a phenomenal Team behind it. Incredible people, and really do care about their clients. I left Binance to Trade on Bitrue instead. Great indicators, clean layout and excellent customer service. They are offer a huge array of options, spot & futures, with great offerings of respectable high interest accounts. I’m happy here and recommend to others, and no this is not a bot answer, an actual human being.

Half-assed
The good half is you can place buy and sell orders. The half-assed part is there’s no obvious way to see only your orders in order to cancel them so you’re stuck. Please fire the app designer and get someone who’s not an idiot, thanks.
Best platform by far.
This is a Digital Playground... User interface and security features are awesome... Upgrades on the app always make the experience better. Singapore knows what's up... 😎
Stuck in login loop
I have not been able to log in on myiPod Touch. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I can log in just fine on other devices, but not on my iPod Touch.
Funktionale App für DeFi
Gute Exchange, mobil, save, smart
Keeps logging me out
I wish this app would keep you logged in longer. You’re trying to make transfers so you minimize the app and it keeps logging you out.... and they don’t do fingerprint autho or autosVe your email so you need to type it out a million times.
Excellent CEX for all user experience levels!
This is a must have for any level of experience with cryptocurrency.
Can’t even withdraw
Had to get email code to withdraw and when I click “send code” to get the Email, it never shows up! And their tech team says “it’s a known issue we’re working on it”. What the freak… this is peoples money not theirs.
Bitrue
Good site takes some getting used to.
Good app but lack of some features
I could give 4-5 stars, but sometimes the app is a bit slow and it doesn’t allow yet to select favorite trading pairs. Price alert is missing.
Satisfied with this exchange
Great app! Solid and reliable, I like that I can trade using XRP paired with certain coins. Also that I can buy $CSC, amongst many other coins. Not financial advice just my experience :)
