Given up
This is the 2nd time I’ve downloaded this game and progressed as far as I can. Have you guys given up on creating more parts of the villa to do up??. Please continue, and make more puzzles!! This is the only puzzle game that keeps me sane.
How bloody long does it take you guys to develop new levels. This is ridiculous.

I like the game but the quests are not working which means you can’t earn cash to continue in the game unless you pay for cash.

Love this game. I finished the cinema stage ages ago back last year 2024 how much longer till the next stage can’t wait for next episode.

Why the game is freeze after few minutes?
Glitching at the moment
I’ve been playing this game (free version) for a long long time and I love it. I play daily and it really helps with my mental health. This week it has started glitching. The piece moving is slow then it freezes all together and despite closing and reopening it, it still won’t work. It’s driving me mad as I’m missing playing it.
Disappointed with changes
What did you do to this game? Now it stalls or freezes so badly that you have to leave the game and wait for it to reset. And not just once….everyday. Now we have to pay $100 game dollars if we pick a certain prize, and worse, we can’t cycle between the options because as soon as you hit the $100 one, you can’t get off it unless you pay for it. This just stinks! I just closed out again because it wanted me to pay five real dollars to extend a certain game and wouldn’t let me out unless I paid. This was frustrating for the first month, now it’s just stupid. I used to love this game.
Used to love it
Haven’t been able to unlock a new room in months, keeps saying will be available soon. Disappointing as I used to love this game
Ad won’t close after puzzle completion!
Great to play but the ads need to be addressed. After playing a jigsaw, the ad for Match Factory wouldn’t leave the scree. Yes I could download their game but their ad remained, which meant after all my playing, I lost my prizes for that game. I’m not happy about this and won’t bother playing as often since there’s a risk of losing my prizes. Good game but because of this flaw, I wouldn’t recommend to friends.
predatory
advertising a game like this with decorating “choices” but only allowing you one actual free choice is scammy and predatory. i would’ve happily paid to remove ads if this game was playable and honest, but it isn’t. the ads are long and constant, every decorating choice costs you yet another ad or paid ingame currency. disgusting.

Hi can you please fix the event Water Park, it’s not working, didn’t collect the water points, I was able to get only one furniture and it was stop working.
Too many ADS
Great idea and fun to play but Ads every turn just too much! Have deleted this game for this reason.
Getting greedy
Used to love playing this but there is more and more ads that go on longer now, need coins or notes to buy things but have lowered the amount you can get in the quests and now instead of a choice of 3 items to decorate you get 1 for free, use your coins/notes for another (again you now have less!) or watch another ads! Time for a new jigsaw game I think.
iPad is better much than iPhone
That’s recommended with iPad is good view than iPhone. This game is good for relax and stress-free!
Hate the adds
I loved this puzzle game until they decided to add the adverts after every section. Greedy company wanting money, I done these puzzles for years and I have stopped playing because of the adverts. Shame on you.

doesnt save
I was more than halfway on this like 300+ piece puzzle and spent about an hour on it when I clicked off the app to go help around the house for only 5 minutes i came back on to NO PUZZLE and NO PROGRESS. waste of time.

I love this game! And continue to play it but it’s overheating my iPhone.. and also because it gets so hot it freezes and goes laggy so I have to close and re open the app! I hope this can be fixed as the game concept is awesome!

Enjoy the game but it kills my phone battery really quickly and makes my phone really hot.

Love the game, but too much lag… my ipad is up to date. I run bigger application on it and everything works fine. I don’t understand why this game is lagging. Too much app too but I would love to buy it if the game was not lagging. :(

When will new scenes be made available? I have completed Emilio’s house but the next scene is locked with no information as to how to unlock it. I 2am getting withdrawal symptoms so will have to start looking at other options soon.

Sweet game but glitchy
Lovely little game, a good choice of jigsaw puzzles which earn you coins to decorate a ‘villa’ with a story included. About a month ago the game started glitching, especially when making larger puzzles. You can’t move the puzzle pieces and my phone gets really hot. Had a really prompt reply from support, but it was such a long complicated list of suggestions for me to do, including paying to remove ads I gave up and tried a different jigsaw puzzle game instead.
New rooms
I love this game but there is no new rooms to decorate and its been a couple of weeks so i don't find it the same fun just playing as you can’t event earn coins just a couple of notes per puzzle completed.

Love the game but need more levels as it stops at level 17
Love the game but it only goes to level 17 and still waiting for it to go further, I think they should get moving and add more levels.
Too many ads
I enjoy the game, but there are so many ads!!! Forced to watch four ads in order to complete a 140 pc puzzle. And for some reason, they only give you 5 ‘lives’ and a 140 pc puzzle which only takes a short time to do (if you don’t count the time wasted by having to watch four ads…) uses 3 lives and then you have to wait for more lives before you can do another. $10 to remove the ads is expensive.
Like the game, but…
There’s a lot of technical issues with this game, I can play until the first ad comes; after that I can’t seem to finish the puzzle, I have to close the app, clear it off my open apps and start it up again. Other than that it’s a good puzzle game, lots to do and a nice storyline to follow, but when you’re building the rooms, everything is expensive to do. UPDATED - 21/08/23: Thanks for your reply, but it’s got nothing to do with my phone, it’s the ticker tape ads you added when we do the puzzles… when the ad changes it freezes the puzzle. I enjoy this game very much, but it’s getting very frustrating with the crashing and freezing, every time I have to restart… it doesn’t do it any other time other than when playing the puzzles. You need to sort it out otherwise people are just going to delete the game. I will play for a bit longer, but I will be deleting it if it’s not sorted.
Time limited no ads ! Beware !
I was happy to pay £4.99 to remove ads, which the developers advised another reviewer to do when they complained about the cost, it says remove ads forever…. It doesnt, its time limited ! Last about 7 days i think, i dont play daily . To say im furious to be ‘conned’ is the understatement of the year. But you live and learn ! Its is good, i do enjoy it, but i hate ads, so im always happy to pay 1 off fees to be rid of them, plus i appreciate it takes time to ‘make’ these games ….. so i’ll be deleting it unless i can get Apple or developer to give me what i paid for !

Simply too much ads. Could be an interesting game. But $7,99 a week to remove ads, it’s way too expensive. Especially when you can paid this amount in other games to unlock them in full.

Love this game but theres just to many adverts. Advert before you play then when you finish one jigsaw advert straight away.. advert to get extras at the end of the game. Your not given a chance to really get in the game because of the constant adverts.

Love it, but
I love playing this game, the story is adorable, the puzzles are fun and the images are pretty, but once the ads started I thought I’d be fine to sit through them but once I close them the music of the game stops! I tried turning the music and SFX off then on to fix it but it did not help. It’s a little sad because I think the music is very cute but the immediate ad as you start will just stop it. I’d love for this to be fixed, I think I’d play it a lot more that way

Another good game wrecked by far too many ads! Far too annoying to be worth playing. Less is more guys!
Battery drainer
I did love this game, the design element combined with jigsaw puzzles is great. I also liked that you could set the difficulty of the puzzles. However my battery was being drained like crazy just with me doing one puzzle. Also there are just way too many adverts, and I mean excessively so. You could watch 7 adverts doing just one jigsaw (630 piece). The adverts I hate but could live with but I can’t have my battery being drained constantly so have removed the app. (For some reason it won’t let me put stars on this review but I’d give it 3).

This is one of the most boring games ever, I deleted it within 2 minutes . It’s supposed to be a jigsaw not decorating a house.
