What people like
- Booking courts is quick and easy
- Friendly staff and community members
- Customer support team is very responsive
What they complain about
- Payment screen keeps spinning and fails
- New updates make booking harder to use
- Support is often unhelpful or automated
Game changer
Finally an app that makes booking courts actually simple. Found a club near me in seconds and booked without calling anyone. 10/10
:/
app is buggy and annoying after recent “upgrades”. data frequently stale, visual design has become unintuitive and confusing. old bugs not fixed. forced to use bc clubs offer no alternative.
Problemas con el pago
He tenido problemas con tratar de poner mi tarjeta de crédito
feels like a vibe-coded passion project
i like how it pulls information from courtreserve to start but the logic is very restricting on the app. There is the option to add dependents to an account but we are not able to book more than 1 person into the same program. Updates are not automatic either so even when we create a new customer profile, we cannot see it.
No payment receipts provided
Confirmation emails should include amount(s) charged but do not. Should be easy to fix.
Excelente aplicación
Todo fácil y muy rapido
App más pura mierda
Esa su mamada no sirve para ni roscas, pónganse a chambear
Waitlist Available and Hurry Up and Book
The message should stop coming via email to the person who put his/her name on the Waitlist once the available court has been booked by someone and is no longer available. Often times it keeps coming all day.
We just want to play tennis
So many attempted bells and whistles that add nothing and do nothing. We just want to play tennis. The process of making a reservation—which is all we need—is easy, but still worse than the previous interface where we play because you cannot see the entire grid. Good luck to you if you don’t get your court—or any court, if you play for two hours—on the first try, you won’t know what other courts are available. And no one needs a FB-style “profile” —or even a mobile phone!—to play tennis at a local tennis center. The only reason this software—which has been updated six of seven times just in the six weeks our location has forced us to use it, fixing bugs is great but it has more bugs than an entomology museum—gets two stars instead of one is that their “help” people are very responsive, very nice, and very clear in explaining things, and that matters. We just want to play tennis. No added benefits to what we experienced before we had to use this, a very easy reservation process (that’s a good thing!) that nevertheless is not as good as what our center had, shiny things that must have impressed the people in the offices who have never made (or taken) a reservation at 7am or miss out on courts…nothing but a stressful step backwards. We’re recreational tennis players. We just want to play tennis. Our weekly group is seriously considering going to play somewhere else…because of this software. Bells, whistles, profiles, ratings, requests—no, thank you, meaningless, useless, we just want to play tennis.

Arguably the best app for racquet sports
All the app’s implementations were made while thinking about their clients. The ease of use, the features, the convenience, etc. make this app world class.
Not user friendly
Playbypoint is hard to use and navigate. Also, why do I need to contact the club directly to cancel a reservation? This makes it so hard for users to get a credit or refund, especially when it’s raining and the reservation has to be rescheduled or cancelled. I’d much rather use playtomic or reserve directly with the club.
Calendar
Calendar challenging to read it would be easier if the layout was vertical instead of horizontal
Downgraded UI
What happened? Until v4.0.6 the UI was nice, this latest version feels awful, the tabs have different UI between each other, where the Bookings screen feels like native but others feels like the UI was made for browser.
Not efficient enough
I used to be on the other Padel app, which is faster to upload your scores. On top of that, you can’t not choose a partner when joining a match, it assigns you automatically. The other issue is about payments, if you decided it not to joint the match anyways it charges you without any possibility to claim it.
Simple
Quick / easy / & met friendly members
The new interface is too much visually
The previous one was simple and had easier navigation. The new one is too busy with tiny letters it also keeps crashing on the chat when trying to check messages.
very bad upgrade
I dont like this newest upgrade - where everything is is now confusing, there are missing filters that i can’t use to find the specific sport i want, and even sending a message to get support is greyed out so I can’t even get help. the old version was so much better. they’re trying too hard with this one. debug this and add old features back.
Bad update!!!
Ever since this new update you can’t reschedule a class even if it’s days or weeks away. Please fix this ASAP! Thanks!
Easy to use !!!
Easily the friendliest app on the market. Easy to book, find players and register to events!
Most recent update 4.0 is a mess
Lots of bugs!! Insists on updating your profile when booking a court even with a complete profile. Support is an AI agent which cannot provide specific feedback to assist in fixing a problem. Messaging has a flaw causing a fuzxy stripe in the middle of the screen. No clear way to reach a human for help.
Problemas con la app
No abre y se queda colgada en el logo de inicio, pueden corregirlo por favor
Getting better
New add to calendar feature is nice but it adds the event with the wrong time. 3 hours earlier than actual time.
Amazing App!
Love it! My booking experience is great!
Glitchy af
Isn't the whole point of this app to make it easier for people to book and pay for lessons? So why is it impossible for me to add a card or pay for a damn lesson??? I've tried the website, the app. Nothing works. Spinning wheel of death. Hate this platform. Gotta find a place that doesnt use it
Problem with inserting phone number
I tried downloading the app to be a member but when it says to put in my phone number, malaysia’s number doesnt exist
Overall good - but batch files is a problem.
Too many folks snatch up the prime reservation spots using batch files to automatically log in and reserve. Leaves no chance for others to reserve.
Excellent all around.
Excellent! From the App to the staff and the courts, a great all around experience every summer.
Frustrating
Was working fine until it made me update. Now I can’t log in, doesn’t send me a new link to reset my password, and doesn’t accept my phone # (it’s invalid?) when I try to sign up for a new account.
Generally a Bad App
The app is poorly organized. Even after selecting that I don’t want email notifications for general announcements I still received them, and after being annoyed by this I turned off email notifications all together, however I continued to receive them.
Bad app
This app seems to have very good reviews but if you read the reviews, they’re all very bad. My experience is that the UI is absolutely terrible and this app is barely functional as a result. It’s too bad because it’s a good concept, but it’s just not well made.
New UI is tougher to book court
Loved this app but the UI update they released a month ago makes it much more difficult to book a court, which is the main thing I want to do in the app. They should offer me a CHOICE about which UI to use!
can’t sign up
sign up is broken, says my phone number is invalid even though it’s not. have tried with and without country code
Great idea, needs bug fixes
Love the app but there’s a lot that needs fixed. The profile doesn’t update after entering information and the booking never completes successfully or gives you an error message. Not sure if it how the location set it up or the app itself.
Not sure how this is 4.8
Have had a horrible time adding a card to pay. Keep getting spinning wheel of death. Reached out for help and they were super unhelpful. Would like to play while out of town for work but apparently the only way to play at a certain club is via this app…
Can be confusing.
The software has a clear tennis bias, even though there are many activities a typical club is trying to schedule. The non-tennis things have not been followed through as carefully. For example, if you want to sign up for swimming right next to tennis, there is a heading for “lanes” which seems to go with the tennis category but with no reference to “pool or swimming”. it doesn’t take a PhD to figure out eventually, but it can be a little confusing for an early user, especially if part of the active software is not showing on the screen, you are using. How easy the app is to use as a function of what device you’re using: Smart phone versus tablet versus laptop versus computer. How the information is laid out, varies by platform. Some important information may bleed off the end of the screen or window depending on the device you are using. I’ve been told the mobile app is the easiest software to use.
