Complaint about Poor Experience Due to Staff Behavior and App Miscommunication
I had a very disappointing experience because of a lack of communication and unprofessional staff behavior. I arrived at the hospital at 6:50 AM and was waiting for my turn since early in the morning. However, no one informed us that we needed to use an app to register or take a number. When my turn finally came, the employee told me that someone else had taken my spot through the app — even though I had been waiting for a long time. I felt that the staff member ignored my right to my place in line and was unfair in handling the situation. If the hospital requires registration through an app, it is their responsibility to clearly inform patients in advance. This lack of communication and the staff member’s attitude caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I hope this issue will be addressed so that it does not happen to others in the future.

Don’t force people to use your app
They don’t allow you to take a turn at the JU hospital unless you download their app. The lady there took my phone from my hand and went on to download this app and book me an appointment. Useless and unnecessary when there is a machine right there to print out turns. They don’t even allow you to make an appointment in advance. The lady there would ask for proof of payment and the proceed to steal your phone. When I asked to just use the machine that was right there she wouldn’t allow it. A company that forces their app on you. Great.

The dumbest idea of an app
This app is impractical. Queueing machines are way faster and easier to use. Why do I need to register to get a number for a queue? Additionally, it is that user unfriendly to employe people to guide you through it. If you think that you will be served from the first ticket, you are wrong. It took me 3 tickets to get served. This app is poorly integrated with the service centers they use it and if the 40 second service time is passed, you are highly likely to book another ticket because you won’t be served with the original one.

I just went to Bank of Jordan- city mall, and a professional lady called Ezees, helped to take turn in the bank, and I’ve finished she introduced to me that amazing and useful app, Thank you Baladoor Thank you Izees
Why ?
Absolutely useless! Made the crowds X10 bigger and caused more chaos than organizing. It a bigger “Dor” rather than making it balador

ذهبت الى فرع الضمان الاجتماعي فرع طبربور البنات اللي على البوابه طلبوا يخذوا تلفوني عشان ينزلوا التطبيق و يحجزوا لي دور و الى الان الامور تمام بعد ما حجزت لي دور رجعت نفس البنت و طلبت تلفوني مره ثانيه "قال بدها تقييم خدماتها هيه و تقيم كيف عرفت انا على البرنامج" و طبعا هذا شي غير احترافي يعني العميل هون نفسه يقيم البرنامج مو صاحب البرنامج
