What people like
- Completely free to use without paying
- Simple, clean, and very easy to use
- Works reliably for workouts and timing
What they complain about
- Sound often stops working in background
- Interface looks ugly and feels clunky
- Beeps get quiet when app is backgrounded
Great Interval Timer
Clean interface and super simple and intuitive to use. Love it!
Bugs
Very buggy app
Simple and great
Great app fortraining💪💪💪
Powerful
Great app for controlling workouts
Editing Saved Timer
Maybe I am a complete dunce when it comes to editing a saved timer but I am constantly prompted that “changes will not be saved” when I exit a timer I just edited. Nowhere on my screen do I see a “Save Changes” icon. What am I missing?
Works
It works for simple circuit workouts and it’s free and no ads so far.
Really good, wish you could use your own sounds
Wish I could import sounds for the intervals
it was annoying being asked to review

Workout worth it
This has been a great tool for scheduling and managing my workout sessions
Geluid
Geluid is weg
Solid choice
Simple, minimal app. Ideal for people who just want the timers with no extra frills. Some parts of the app itself aren’t the most intuitive, but it’s not too convoluted either. All in all, I solid choice.
Bien mais
Bonne application mais il serait bien qu’il existe le décompte du temps sur le rest du cycle 1. (Soit un nombre total pair de cycle)
3 star audio to soft
Only a 3 star because the beep en voice volume is way to low. With music on you can’t hear de beeps. It also would be nice to see the active timer an my Apple Watch if I start it from my phone so I don’t need to run back to the phone. I’m using this during the training lesson I’m giving.
Perfect
Very helpful
The sound loss
From time to time the app looses the sound. So I have to delete it and download again. Could you please fix this? Thanks
Simple and good but..
It’d be nice to be able to set each saved timer in a particular order. And the app is missing a dark mode icon.
Needs a lot of TLC
Horrible interface, clunky design and buggy, lots of settings not doing what they’re supposed to. Better alternatives out there imo.
Great idea, not completely executed
App works well for prepare/ work/ cooldown, but it will not show the timer for rest, which is so important for people with chronic illness.
Ever
Easy to use works great I recommend it
Buggy on iOS
Timer goes silent after a while. Need to look at my phone to track time lapsed
Belle découverte
Fonctionne super bien !
Simply the best
Simple effective works
Not reliable when in background, beeps stopped working
All of a sudden the beeps stopped working, the app started to speak out the activity names, this is terrible. I realize this is probably not a frequent use case, but when I am doing my plan I like to read or watch something on the phone. Sadly this app is often killed/paused in the background and the notification never comes. Also, what's the deal with up and down arrows in the advanced mode? They are not explained anywhere.
Good app
Has better functionality than the other apps I’ve tried but quite basic user experience. Works very well but could do some design improvements.
Très pratique et personnalisable
… mais interface un peu triste
I use it everyday!
Best timer on the planet!
So easy
I am using interval timer for couch to 5k. That programme was available online but I didn’t want someone to talk to me. Just a beep and ‘run now’. There are many options to create your own session including the text to announce the next section. It’s plain and simple, so easy to use.
Limited
Does what it should do but no warm up or cooling down
Best timer
It’s free and it works
Good, but…
… the beeps that indicated the end of an interval will go quiet when the app is operating in the background.
Gets the job done
Been using this little app for years now. Does exactly as advertised, does it job extremely well, with lots of customization options. Simply works.
Brilliant
Great timer
Gives you what you need and doesn’t try to charge you.
The fact these timer apps think they can charge us is ridiculous. It’s a timer?! But this app is free. Is there adds at the bottom? Yes. But who cares. You can use the app. 5 stars.
Fine
Works well just what i needed.
