Every time I click on the link to create an account I get redirected to another Wix spaces app to download
No issues except the audio
This app, to my knowledge, does not use audio. I’m not a programmer but to me, that means it shouldn’t mess with ongoing audio on my phone. It’s a small issue but it drives me nuts when I am listening to an audiobook on my phone and it immediately cuts off when I open this app. Most of my other non-audio using apps have no problem with this and I can continue to multi task. The few apps that do mess it up, when I exit the app, the audiobook resumes. This app seems to close it entirely so I have to go back into Libby/audible/etc to press play again. It’s silly, I know, but if it’s an easy fix and no one has brought it up, I figured I would. Otherwise, it would be 5⭐️.

Update App Bug
Opened the new app and it’s requesting i download the latest app. Uninstalled the app and re-installed it. Still showing i need to update the app. Frustrating.
Great app. One suggestion.
Please add a search bar to the group discussions. It would make it so much easier for us to find key words that have already been discussed and answered instead of posting repetitive questions to our groups.
Been having issues
I wish I could give this a five star but I can’t. I’ve had this app for a long time. I work out with Shelley blanks and the video constantly stops been working on it for a long time now and it’s still doing it. Very frustrating.
Praktisch aber sehr fehlerbehaftet
Ich nutze die App etwas über 2 Jahre durch mein Sportstudio . Leider zeigt die App meine erreichten Wochenziele , dauerhaft, falsch an. Von 113 Wochen Training,habe ich aktuell 3Mal mein Wochenziel erreicht. Das passt null und das wo sämtliche Buchungen nur über diese App laufen. Der automatische Abgleich mit dem Buchungsverlauf , würde vllt helfen solche Fehler zu verhindern.
Surprisingly buggy
Altough there has been several updates, there are very obvious bugs that haven‘t been fixed. E.g. the photo picker is completely broken, even if you give the app access to all images. Looks like some dev thought to implement the photo picker themselves instead of using the default one! Now it crashes if you have more then some hundred fotos. Very embarrassing
Good but chat feature is glitchy
I’d say most times the app works well but then out of nowhere the chat feature will disappear, not work, or not allow you to create group chats
The best small town gym
What a fantastic addition to Pine Mountain!! A wonderful variety of exercise classes and a 5 star environment. I have been going ever since they opened and Karen is top notch and so helpful, you will know she is a professional the minute you meet her. All the people are very friendly and it makes for a fun workout together. It is so comporting to know there is a physical Therapist like Jane whenever there is a need. I am very grateful !
Trash, ZERO response from company
Fake reviews, star padding, incompetent. This company has zero clues what they are doing. Can’t even log into the app with my login from Safari. Making it so I have two accounts, meaning I can NOT see any upcoming appointments from the app AND no way of accessing my account from the app. It doesn’t even show in Safari. Seems more like a racket. Must be paid reviews to have a rating that high.

Después de 15 días usando el servicio de reservas cuando mis clientes quieren reservar les aparece un mensaje diciendo que no se puede cargar la pantalla por un problema técnico y así lleva un mes sin funcionar espero puedan solucionarlo gracias!
Functions ok but can’t remove payment method
Why can’t you delete a payment method? When you get a new credit card you can add new card but it continues to default to first card entered and you must choose other one EVERY SINGLE TIME So frustrating
v2.84329.0 not loading
v2.84329.0 does not load booking page for fitness user of gym. There is no easy way to open a support ticket to inform you.

I prefer the old website version where I can choose the filter like “CBD” or “beginner”, much time saving and more convenient
Absolutely Amazing
Zay is THE BEST trainer anyone could ask for. Whether it is late in the day or early in the morning, he comes in with great energy that keeps you pumped through the whole workout. That is what is needed to get through. If you choose him you WILL see results!

Tenemos un estudio de baile y nos ha funcionado muy bien para las reservas de clases. Hay cosas que podrían agregar pero por ahora esta muy muy bien.

Bug régulié
Cher Team Wix, J’utilise vos services depuis bientôt plus de trois ans et je suis très satisfaite de la simplicité du processus de création de site. J’utilise énormément de fonctionnalité et je suis membre premium. Tout est correct mais… Malheureusement j’ai des clients qui ont régulièrement des bugs sur l’appli. La page de l’application charge dans le vide, spécialement pour réserver leur séance (dans le domaine du sport autant vous dire qu’un rien peut vous décourager) ou accéder au groupe. C’est dommage car c’est un super outil qui regroupe un tas de fonctionnalités mais s’il vous plait réglez ce bug 😁 Je suis à disposition si vous aviez besoin de précision. Salutations sportives 💪

Not happy
I’m struggling to get into the fitness part of app. I keep getting to the wix app , not fit by wix. Going round in circles trying to download it!
No reschedule feature
This app would be close to perfect if only it had a simple reschedule feature. My clients can only cancel their classes on this app, which causes them to lose their credit that they paid. In order to keep their credit and reschedule the class, they have to leave the app and log into my website directly. I’ve called them to submit a request for this seemly simple and obvious feature, but they’ve still not made progress on it after several months.

Payment is pain
This app is great and the fact that you can find classes and you can schedule classes for fitness and you can pay for it on here but that’s where it’s annoying if you put in a credit card it doesn’t remember your address so you input that every single time it for some odd reason doesn’t really accept Apple Pay unless you type in hand so there’s no pay and double click on the right like every single other app out there

With the new iPhone update you can not see the blog details. Needs an update.

Ever since the recent update a few weeks ago, I can no longer book a class and add it to my calendar. I have an iPhone and it worked perfectly before the update. It’s still working for Android phones though. App developers, please fix this!

Glitches
My yoga studio uses this app to book classes. The “book now” button has disappeared entirely from the app. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it hoping to fix the error. Still not working. Very frustrating.

Not a reliable source of workouts
I paid 295$ for the 24 months, and who ever is in charge of sending me workout Routines only send me 1 week! Joke! I message him and I get nothing in response! I’m suppose to be on week 3 technically and still noting . I will be doing a charge back to my bank! Don’t waste ur time!! I mean I paid that much they should be on top of sending out weekly emails and updates
