I love the app but logging into 2 different accounts is hassle. I need to redownload the app to reset it and able to login another bank account. Total hassle. Nonetheless, good banking app.

Please update your Purchase convert option on the app and in online website. I have this option in my other bank but unfortunately BDO is giving me a hard time. Kindly assist as I am overseas. Thanks

Why did you remove my credit card account in the online banking?? It is very hard to see how much is remaining and the amount i need to pay. This been happening for months now. What just happened??? My savings account i can see perfectly but please fix this issue. How can i get my credit card information to access online again? Please i need it 🙏🏻
I’ve been using bdo online apps
I’ve been using the BDO Online Banking app, and it’s very convenient for checking my balance, transferring funds, and paying bills anytime. The app is easy to use and saves me time, especially while I’m overseas. I hope BDO continues improving the app by making it faster and more reliable during busy times. Overall, it’s a helpful banking app.

Terrible UI, i cant make a transaction as it always kicks me out saying sessions expired due to inactivity.

Missing BDO Network Bank Management
I really like this new app compared to the old app. Hopefully, we will be able to add BDO Network Bank accounts soon, just like in BDO Pay app.

Sending money to BDO trading bank
It would be really nice if I could send more than 50,000 peso to a company that is building a swimming pool for me. I need to send at least 200,000 That app only lets me send 50,000 at a time. This is strange since it’s to another BDO branch.

Transaction does not commit
This app does not deserve any star. Useless because you cannot make any transaction. Only shows account details. Only online banking works.
Wise on PESONet. System not updated!
Wise is already listed as a PESONet participant (since Aug 2025), but in BDO’s system it’s not yet showing. I am a BDO customer and regularly use PESONet to transfer funds. I recently learned that Wise Pilipinas Inc. has been officially included as a PESONet participating institution since August 2025 (as confirmed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and Wise’s public announcement). However, when I check the list of available PESONet participants in BDO’s online and mobile banking platforms, Wise does not appear as an option.
Absolute Garbage…
[update] I visited my branch this morning and was advised by the teller that the app password is different from the web password. in order to use the new app, you will have to reset the password through the app. note this password is different from your web password. I did this and I can now access my online banking account using the new app. I switched to the new BDO app since the old one no longer works. I've tried logging in few times, won't let me. tried resetting my password, app said my verification didn’t match. However, when I logged in through the web, my account worked perfectly fine. Very unreliable and consider at an absolute garbage!

There are improvements
I can now view my outstanding bank balance, outstanding credit card balance, and home loan balance. I can log-in via face ID seamlessly. Also I can now pay bills just like how it is from the old app BDO Digital Banking.
UNABLE TO RECEIVE OTP
Since the new version came out, I can’t get a OTP for the new online/mobile banking app. I raised this issue for weeks now and still, I can’t open my account! This is very disappointing
BDO app need to upgrade
I am using the new app for almost 2 years then 3 days ago it kept saying I need to change my Password but when I change it . I can’t receive my OTP .I tried many times . Until now I can’t use it and I went to old way go to internet banking and I can open my account.Maybe they need to upgrade their app.We never have that problem in Australia

Now its hard to navigate so many apps for your bank. Have bdo pay and bdo. Still cannot access the soa for cc same with the online site. Hard time Ui.

Extremely hard to contact the Customer Service specially when you are in other country nauubos lang yung load sa sobrang queue. Tapos in the end walang sasagot
Finally a working app after 3 years!
The app is working and the UI clean. The only issue I got is when you’re about to pay your credit card. You click amex then pay and you still need to enter your account numbed? That’s just dumb. When you click the card you want to pay it should also get the account number.
New version can not receive OTP
Since update the new version can’t receive the OTP, can not login.

Sending money to Any BDO bank is not working
When I try to send money to someone’s bdo account, it will not let me. I entered all details etc, then when I press confirm, it is just not responding. Can you fix this please? Thanks
Doesn’t work!!!
The old App worked. I can’t understand why it was replaced by this useless app. It won’t even pull up my accounts; it requires me to re-register my accounts but won’t even allow me to enter one. BDO developer doesn’t collect data on feedback. No wonder its User Experience within the app sucks. Fix this… you’re doing a disservice to your customers.
