خااايس ويعلق كثييييير كلما اسوي تسجيل دخول على اساس يرسلون لي رمز التحقق بالايميل مايوصلني شي متاكده مليون بالميه من الايميل نفس المشكلة صارت مع اشخاص اعرفهم !!

Virtual card
It is disappointing that the app still does not offer a virtual transit card that can be added to Apple Wallet or other digital wallets. This would make it much easier to use a mobile phone for accessing public transportation, as has been available in many countries around the world for years.

جميل اضفتو الدخول السريع لسحب كلمة السر المحفوظه في الايفون ، لكن لسا الوصول السريع للبطاقه لازال مزعج جداً اتمنى تحسين التجربه للوصول ، Applw wallet, او Apple Widget للوصول السريع او على الاقل الشاشه الرئيسيه للتطبيق هي البطاقه ! مو معقوله ادفع تذكرة درجة اولى شهرياً واتعذب بالوصول لها عكس الدرجه السياحيه وصولهم اسهل حتى بدون التطبيق !

You Have to Listen to Your Users
There have already been many negative reviews about this app, and that should be taken seriously. If we want to achieve the Kingdom’s vision of digital transformation, public services need to actually listen to users and continuously improve—not dismiss or justify a poor user experience. The app is not user-friendly and has far too many technical issues for something that represents Riyadh’s public transportation system. Even basic functionality feels outdated. Why, in 2026, can’t the transport card be added to Apple Wallet? Why should users still need to carry a physical card? This is especially important because the app is one of the first points of contact with Riyadh’s public transportation system. Think about the impression it gives to tourists and visitors. You can have excellent transportation infrastructure, but if the main app is frustrating, unreliable, and outdated, that becomes part of the reputation of the entire service. Please stop treating repeated complaints as isolated customer issues. Look at the recurring feedback, listen to your users, fix the technical problems, modernize the app, and make the digital experience match the quality and ambition Riyadh is aiming for.
Very Useful App
I suggest to the developers that kindly include the live tracking of the bus, meaning, I’m travelling in a bus or train, it also should show me that you’ve crossed so and so station. However, the other features are really good, need some improvements on UI. Thank you.

قاعد اسويلي حساب و معيي يدخلني يقولي شف الايميل عشان يتحقق تفعيل الحساب، و ماجاني ولا شيء. تاكدت من الايميل نفسه، تاكدت من الرسائل الايميل هل جاني ولا لا. ولا جاني، ارجو ان يكون في حل بالموضوع
Please support Apple Watch and iPhone Wallet
نرجو إضافة دعم نقل بطاقة درب من التطبيق إلى Apple Wallet لاستخدامها عبر NFC. هذا سيكون أسرع وأسهل بكثير من الاضطرار كل مرة عند دخول المحطة إلى فتح التطبيق والقيام بعملية المسح. الميزة مهمة جدًا وستحسّن تجربة المستخدم بشكل كبير. نأمل إضافتها في أقرب تحديث Please add support for transferring the Darb card from the app to Apple Wallet, so we can use NFC directly. This would be much faster and more convenient than having to open the app and scan every time we enter a station. This feature is very important and would significantly improve the user experience. We hope to see it added in an upcoming update.

يبغالك 10 سنوات ضوئية عشان تطورونه ، لو ماسكه سعوديين كان قد حدثوه وطوروه اكثر ،، متاكد الي ماسكينه اجانب ومستحيل يتطور ،، شكينا بتويتر على مشاكل التطبيق و لا يوجد اي تحديث او تجاوب .

اكثر من مرة اطلب سيارة تحت الطلب وادفع ويعلق ويسحب الفلوس بدون مايرجعها ولوحة السيارة ماتطلع وكلشي يختفي وبرضو البزنس شريت مرة تكت وعيا يطلع وبعدين جربت ٣ مرات وشراها لي ٣ مرات وطلع لي وحدة والباقي سحب فلوسهم غير كذا المترو ممتاز والخدمات وكلشي لكن التطبيق يبيله اعادة شغل من الصفر

التطبيق ممكن تستفيدون منه باضافة خاصية اضافة بطاقة درب اللي شريتها من الأجهزة عند المحطة على حسابي الشخصي واقدر اعبيها اي وقت بدون ما احتاج اروح للأجهزة كل مرة. لان حالياً ماله فايدة استخدم التطبيق وهو يفتقر لكثير ميزات ممكن اضافة تحسين وضع مواقف السيارات واضافه اسعار مجانية او اسعار وجود السيارة اكثر من ليلة ويكون اقل من ايقافها بالمطار كما هو في تطبيق مطارات الرياض + نتمنى اضافة جسور مشاه لبعض محطات القطار لتسهيل وصول الناس للمحطات القريبة من سكنهم لكن يفصلهم طريق رئيسي

The app is ok, but lots of room for improvement. It’s not easy to access your ticket (and sometimes says you don’t have one), so you should be able to add it to your wallet. Also, when I switch to it, most of the time it says “login failed” for no reason. Finally, using Apple Pay does not work. I tried repeatedly, but just ended up entering my credit card details manually. It’s a good start though, and the metro is fantastic.

Needs to unify bus & metro journeys
The app is great for looking and planning your routes using either the bus OR the metro. However, for some reason it does not allow you to plan a journey using both. The app needs to recognize that as the RPT said “the buses connect you to the metro, and the metro gets you around Riyadh.” Why is it saying I have to walk 20mins to the station instead of using the very bus route made for this exact scenario?

Too many bugs
It took me about two weeks to figure out how to use the an app to book a ride. User interface on app is slick and looks good, but it does not function properly and has A LOT of bugs. I finally figured out how to book a ride, and I booked a ride to come and pick me up at a scheduled time. It said I could activate the ticket and have three hours to use it once activated. Once the time approached, I activated the ticket and it expired within 20 minutes. And my bus on demand ride never showed up at the scheduled time. So I tried to rebook but it said none available. Meanwhile I see the bus on demand busses parked literally by my flat, with the drivers resting inside. I have booked it a few other times and it has worked. They arrived on time and everything went well. A couple of other problems: 1. If you want to bring your family with you, it is quite the process (if even possible). You have to set up separate accounts and passwords for each one of them. Even if you have a baby you have to set up an account for that baby and they have to have a phone number and email etc. then you have to log into their account to set and purchase the ticket. 2. Another pretty bad bug: you cannot cancel a scheduled trip with bus on demand. I have never seen that before….

Useful but Needs Major Improvements
The Darb app for Riyadh Metro and Bus has some good features, but it could be a lot more user-friendly. Finding locations on the app is harder than it needs to be, and the search function could definitely use some improvement. Integrating it with Google Maps would make navigation so much easier and more accurate. Another big issue is that the app automatically sets your screen brightness to maximum, which is super annoying, especially at night. It really needs an option to turn that off. Overall, the app does the job, but fixing these issues and adding Google Maps integration would make it much better for everyday use.
Easy and comfortable commute
The App is amazing. I just moved from Dubai to Riyadh. For new comers in city, it is the best choice to opt for travel. Can you please add auto-detection of nearest bus stop in the search of route and selection of the destination.
Worst Transportation App in the World
How is it possible that this is the city’s main metro app, yet it has been broken or glitchy since day one? An absolute joke.
First Class
You buy a first-class weekly ticket for 100 riyals, but when you board the metro, you don't find a single seat to sit on, in addition to its crowdedness and the lack of supervision to ensure that everyone holds a ticket of the same class.

Whomever they contracted with to make this app isn’t doing a good job. Can’t buy tickets for the last month due to “technical error, please try again later”
Bus timing
If 951 bus operator at every 15 min. We can use this service daily. Now after 7.30am then 8am. Every 2 minutes metro operates. After metro we need to catch taxi. It’s to expensive. Please kindly notice or request
App needs to be more optimised and work
The Map seems to be difficult to understand for a new comer for the first time. If possible try to add search option and give results on how to reach one’s destination.
