A great hotel with brilliant staff who would get many more stars if I was rating them! But I’m rating this app experience and not the hotel; app experience is truly awful and I’ll explain why. In the past you would have a list of services, numbers to call, etc on paper in the room. Now it’s on an app. So far so good. The app also connects with the teams in the hotel; chat with reception, order room service, request maintenance, etc. Problem is that there doesn’t seem to be a connection between the app and the teams delivering the services. Only when you call after a wait do app requests get actioned. Don’t bother using the app for anything other than information. Savoy Signature, room for significant improvement here but keep up all the other great things.
No landscape mode
The app on ipad can’t be set on landscape mode😩

Savoy Saccharum hotel
Had a wonderful stay over the weekend loved the hotel facilities and staff were wonderful especially Walter at reception Cris at Trapiche resturant and Juan and roberto at Calhau beach club. The infinity pool is amazing and I enjoyed the indoor pool to.
Very poor check in
Arrive from great flight and great taxi ride but when checked in we struggled to get our luggage up in the lift, across the bridge, down in the lift, across the corridor etc. Not an easy trip with no Porter helping with luggage. Very poor start to a holiday especially as you can chat online with reception but noone answers so yiu have to ring or go and see them…. Poor poor poor hotel
A very useful application
It’s our first time to traveling with Savory signature hotel, specially for discovery the new place, this app helped us a lot to find the nice places for visiting. As well as the services from the hotel. We’re very glad to have it. Very useful indeed.
Rude manager and rubbish service
Misadvertised information on the app about premium package then lie about it and refuse to honour commitments Rude manager who has no time to talk to customers
Short break
Such a beautiful hotel . Staff always very welcoming and helpful. Great food and cocktails and also loved the entertainment. Will certainly come back here again 😊

Fabulous new development overlooking the sea at the edge of this wonderful island. Everything down to the last detail has been thought about and delivered..can I give it 7 stars??
Don’t bother! Misselling and don’t work!
Stayed with them few times they insisted to install this app, we booked all our nights dinners but prices and menus are all different from they website and this app missselling and the lovely barman said the menu was updated on 09th September 5 months back lol Manager was eating and no one available to have a few back! Lovey savoy palace!
Not user friendly
Not user friendly at all. Why it doesn’t show my reservations? The whole app is just vague.
