Worked great
Gates in Porto updated way before the airport screens
Completely non-functional
Tried to book fast track. You can’t click on the time you want fast track, the “purchase now” button disappears so it’s not until you somehow accidentally make it appear that you realise where you were going wrong. It then times out as it only gives you 10 minutes before you have to start all Over again. Outrageously bad.
Arrivals tab does not work
Arrivals tab does not work
Fraco
Não deixa ver os voos de chegada
Reservar Estacionamento
Amazing app
Very happy with the improvements
Useless app
Very frustrating experience. I’ve tried several times to book fast track through the app and always end up getting nowhere. I eventually have to switch to the website, which isn’t much better. If you can’t build a functional app, it’s better not to have one at all — this just wastes users’ time and creates unnecessary frustration.
Bom
Fantastic APP!
Simple, easy to use and well designed! One of the the most pleasant apps I've ever used! Great job!
Terrible App
This App is almost unusable. Needs a complete overhaul.
Great app!
Esthetic, usefull and well done. Thanks for making smart app's project !
Arrivais chegadas
How to select ? Non-responsive button. Is this an abandoned app? Não é poso er as chegadas… inútil.
Ausreichend informativ...
Terrible app. Crashes. Awful booking.
So this a terrible app. Just logging in is hard. You can’t auto fill passwords and it jump scrolls to a different position when you try to paste password in. When you eventually get in the orders are all separate pdfs fpr fast track for example ( they used to group them on 1 pdf ) you have to “download” them… then you can’t get back to the order page and get dropped back at the menu. Then had to navigate back though the orders for each person!!! Just put the damn QR CODES ON THE MAIN ORDER PAGE!
Bug
Basically a website.
Not an app. Shouldn’t be on the App Store. It is almost impossible to book a parking space as the app fails over and over again! How about using Apple Pay ? One star because I can’t give it zero. Last update one year ago says it all…

Best
Rubbish
It clearly states you can book Fast Track for Faro Airport through the ANA app, and then guess what, you can’t.......
Maintenance needed
It keeps crashing when a specific flight is selected from the departures list.
How to ruin an app
This used to be a really useful app for booking airport parking. They 'updated' it and now it doesn't work. Hopeless. Let's hope that ANA have more success with the updating of Faro airport. I have my doubts. It's chaos right now in the middle of their biggest tourist boom.
Fraca
Completamente desatualizada, lenta e constantemente a bloquear.
Not very good
Flight tracker doesn't work.. App quits as soon as you try to switch on the tracker
Obrigado
