Passwords
The app never stores passwords and the reset is a pain and sometimes doesn’t work. Developer needs to remember this is a holiday app! You don’t want constant hassle before the holiday even starts

Not very functional
This app is pretty much a waste of time. We’re staying here currently and the app’s functionality is pretty much non-existent. The menus are not up-to-date, so you arrive at the restaurant and find that the thing you wanted isn’t on there. Plus, instead of building in e-concierge and ordering for example room service and poolside snacks to this app, you have to scan a separate QR code in your room for room service and order with a waiter at the pool (and wait an INORDINATE amount of time for your drinks). They could have done so much more with this app by building in that functionality but they just haven’t bothered and instead it’s basically just an ad for the various hotels’ features.
Clunky but useful
The app is useful for basic info but the UI needs major improvement. it’s not intuitive and basic info should be easier to dine. Most importantly, PLEASE REMOVE THE PAGE TURN SOUND EFFECT WHEN VIEWING THE MENUS. IT IS INCREDIBLY ANNOYING AND IF YOURE LISTENING TO MUSIC IT INTERRUPTS THE MUSIC.
Reset Password Glitch
App looks great and really useful. Unfortunately, I can’t use it properly as I need to rest my password. I’ve received the automated email but there isn’t a link to reset my password. No idea how to reset password to gain full access to the app. Can anyone help?
Fantastic team
We have just finished our week holiday at Ikos Dassia and wanted to say how amazing all the staff have been - their attention to detail and friendly demeanour has made our trip one that we will remember. We will be back!
Useless App
The app is useless, I am unable to login to make reservations. Given this is supposed to be a premium hotel and experience, and the importance of booking reservations in advance the app is disappointing. Won’t book Ikos again as a result.
Log-in problems
I have the IKOS App for 2 years now and until now did not have any problems with log-in and the information about our holiday. We are booked for IKOS ARIA this year but IKOS APP shows „no bookings“ Furthermore, I am always logged out when having looked around within the app. Maybe you might have a look at actual functionality of your app.
Spoiling
Friendly staff, always smiling, beautiful hotel facilities in fantastic surrounding, great nature, lovely bays and clean pools. Foot in great variety. Perfect holiday!
No Reservations since new update
Since the new update there is no access to future hotel reservations / dinner reservations /Tesla reservations. Please sort this as going soon and want to access my reservations
Will be back!
Really lovely 2 weeks - Roc at Central Pool really looked after us and was great. Loved the Flamenco lesson and also dance with David. Aqua sessions every day was a great cool off time whilst doing some sort of exercise! Shame no watersports as this is still advised in the app / but none are available. Can struggle a little to get a seat in Main Bar after dinner in the evening. Liked the evening shows. Coming back again very soon!
Doesn’t work
Awful App. It doesn’t work. I’ve logged in but can’t see my restaurant reservations or bookings. Wasted 30 mins fiddling around with this before giving up. Useless. Come on Ikos for such a great resort you need to put a bit more effort into the app!
Hotel stay
I have been three years running and every time has been wonderful even without going deluxe. The food is amazing, most restaurants could probably be Michelin star. Vibe is amazing everywhere. My perfect day would be buffet for breakfast fresco or sea grill for lunch and AZUL for dinner. Menus are better than last years.

Recommend Ikos to all
This is our second stay with Ikos, we previously stayed in Corfu. Crete has been wonderful, the staff are excellent and the restaurants are even better than Corfu. The only change Crete needs to make is allowing guests to reserve restaurants prior to their arrival. It’s been a great holiday and we will be booking with Ikos again.
Update is worse
Just updated and now our restaurant reservations for our stay have disappeared. Under ‘My stay’ there’s now just a broken logo for legal notices and no other links

Terribly frustrating
It takes soooooo many clicks to do anything. The restaurant booking system is awful and normally results in no availability. Please do better, use some of the 15k I gave you for 10 days holiday x
Just wonderful
We have stayed for 10 nights deluxe (room 6214)in June this year and enjoyed the most wonderful time. Our last stay at Aria was in 2023 and the standards have remained as high as our first visit. The suite was spacious, well appointed with a beautiful garden terrace with partial sea view. It was at the very edge of the resort so there was some walking to the deluxe pool area but this was not a problem for us. The staff around the deluxe pool work incredibly hard and provide the highest standard of service. Great drinks delivered with warmth and generosity. Drinks and food throughout our stay have been consistently excellent with the highlight being the Provence restaurant. I would also praise the staff in the Seasons bar. Extremely friendly without losing the professional edge. We have loved it. Just booked Kissomos for next year to give that a try next.
What a terrible app!
Given how easy it is to create apps these days, and how premium the hotel is - I am so confused why they haven’t invested more in this. They’d save so much concierge and receptionists time if you could do it on the app! Some points: the map is TERRIBLE and so unhelpful. Booking fitness classes is so annoying - why when I click “book” does it take me to a list of all activities including paid ones, and I have to scroll down each time. Many gym classes not even on there. Cancellations not properly shown. All in all I was excited to be able to manage the week through the app, nd we are in a mixed family party and it’s made it a lot harder and more stressful as the app info is never right.
First stay - 5 star service
We have had a wonderful stay, had a couple issues with some ants (not the hotels fault!) and we were moved rooms And given some champagne and spa voucher for the inconvenience. Food and drinks have been really good. The service is 5 star. Been utterly treated by all of the staff, who cannot do enough for you. Plenty of beds, plenty of options and the decor is stunning. Very quiet resort. Will definitely visit again
