Perfect for rides in Guyana
It was a smooth communication, extremely safe drivers and payment method, the only thing is that they are so few cars so you need to book with time. But still the best app.
Change of fare is not clear
Once you get the taxi, they modify the cost without giving you any notice. That was just happened yesterday. This is not fair.

Exorbitant Rates🙄
A few months ago I’d rate them as 5 star because of their service and convenience but now, I’m incredibly disappointed with what this company has become. They are so unreliable now because without notice, they increase their fares. They surge their fare everyday during rush hour and they surge it especially during events. Sometimes the fares are surged for weeks at a time. And the increases are hardly reasonable, it’s usually increased by 40% and more. So if you’re used to paying $1000 for a 5 minute trip, you’ll instead pay $1400. If you’re planning to use this service to travel around Georgetown, don’t! It’s better to hire a private driver upon your visit. It’ll work out to be so much cheaper.
