I’ve honestly seldom ever used travel apps but using AllRidi was definitely great experience. From the ease of use of the app to the overall friendliness of the driver; topping it off with the ride being actually cheaper than what I thought it would’ve, I’m definitely using this app again🤳🏾

No drivers in the area (San Fernando)
There is always no drivers in the area. I’ve been trying for the past three hours and I don’t get a taxi.
Sign in issue
Downloaded the app to use after having it removed for a long while. It prompts me to enter my information and tells me that my email is already in use, but doesn’t offer a “sign in” option. My only option to use the app would be to make a new email. Idk if I’m doing anything wrong, but as soon as I open the app it wants me to make an account, there is no sign in option.

First time
This was the first time I’ve used and travel using this app. I must say I was impressed by the response and the drive itself. The driver was on-time and very pleasant. I was offered bottled water and I reached my destination safely. Oh the price was good too. Will definitely use them again.

This review has been edited to reflect my later experience. After a buggy startup the app was deleted and reinstalled. Seemingly a glitch appeared for some reason. The app is working perfectly and was able to take my first ride.

Highly Unreliable most of the times. When you actually NEED a driver, there few to none available, and the ones available “Busy” or just refuse to take the work 🤷🏽♂️.

I’ve been very skeptical of ride shares in Trinidad but this one works flawlessly! There’s a lot of drivers so it’s very convenient to book to ride and the drivers do their best to make sure you’re comfortable too. The app works great, there’s lots of info and immediate feedback notifications. You feel safe because the company is always on the ball. I highly recommend it!!
USELESS APP!
I've been trying for months to verify my account, uploaded all my documents a couple times and it still hasn't been verified, therefore I can't order a ride. Completely useless! I wish Uber could return because Trinidad isn't ready to create these kinds of experiences.

Terrible Experience With Drivers
His attitude was terrible. If you don’t want to do the job don’t do it. The ride was uncomfortable and unbearable. He ended the ride early which made the payment double. I had to pay twice and more than I would’ve had it been just one ride alone. Very disappointing experience. I was very uncomfortable and upset about how much I had to spend on a mistake on his part. Also the number plate of the vehicle was not the number plate that was registered on AllRiDi. This is very concerning and bad because of the state this country is in especially for women. Y’all need to do better with your drivers. If I could’ve rated 0 stars I would’ve.

I can always rely on AllRiDi to provide safe and affordable transport, despite the time of day. The drivers are always timely and quite pleasant, and the service is quick and efficient!

This has been the second time I’ve prebooked a ride with allridi to which they has always been cancelled for “unforeseen circumstances” which is understandable but for it to continuously happen is a bit unreliable and they always inform you when it’s closer to the time in which you have to go out. I’ve since deleted the app.

Not a real ride-share app
Piss poor app. I have been relying heavily on allRiDi throughout the pandemic as a single person who does not drive because it feels safer and more sanitary. That being said - the service I’ve been getting since around November 2021 has been trash and continues to be on the decline. Drivers rarely accept rides now in areas that are typically high traffic (like the west). Tech support keeps advising to manually request rides in advance and even that isn’t guaranteed that you’ll get transportation on time (I’ve had drivers misread the location, forget about the ride.) Why should customers constantly have to manually request rides when a rideshare app is intended to be something that is real-time/instant? There’s also a pattern of drivers accepting rides then cancelling minutes after when you’re already waiting. Get allyuh drivers together.
Life saver!
I didn’t have my car for an afternoon, and I was able to get an AllRiDi car quickly! The driver was super reliable and flexible, did all my errands around POS without having to worry about finding a park! Not to mention it was super affordable!
