Amazing service
App was so easy and helpful to use while I was in Barbados for the day from a cruise. Drivers are also extremely kind and knowledgeable.
Totally pointless!
Installed the app and set it up. Needed to be at the airport at 7:30pm and checked the app every 30 minutes or so all day (to keep an eye on availability). The app stated that there was always one less than five minutes away. So, when the time came, I checked the app, it said there were three close to me. I booked it and straight away, it said nothing was available! Tried three more times and got the same response. Then, I was in a mad panic phoning taxi companies. Got to the airport late. Will never use this app again
Love the app but….
Love the app , comes in handy in a pinch when I need to get a taxi quickly. However recently it get stuck on the launch page and does not open.
Annoying that it makes you rate drivers.
I do not like to give drivers negative feedback (unless they are complete jerks) and often times just won’t leave feedback if they weren’t great. This app will not let you not leave feedback. I tried exiting and reopening and it kept going back asking me to rate. I ended up leaving a 5 star rating for someone I wasn’t impressed with just so I could use it again. Driver wasn’t bad, but was a bit reckless (very common in the Caribbean). I don’t think he necessarily deserved a bad review, but also didn’t feel he earned a 5 star rating. I preferred to not leave a review, but was forced to just to keep using the app.
The app is crashing
Hi. I’m a frequent user of the Pick Up app and depend on it to take me to and from my destinations. The service so far has been great however the 2.1.1 version keeps crashing when sending messages to drivers. Also my card which is linked to the app loses all information of it ever being linked causing me to put it in every time. This current version of the Pick Up need fixing to prevent any issue in the future.

Good experience
Generally a good experience and reliable service. The tracking of a vehicle could be better, as it will show the vehicle as say 5 minutes away, and once selected, this suddenly increases. (I am used to Uber, which does not happen) The quality of vehicles should also be reviewed as some are very questionable.
SCAMMERS!
Make sure you take a screenshot of every trip before you order the trip!! The app glitches a lot and will change your destination and charge you more than it quoted you and charge you more to go to your original destination. They’ll only give you credit to use in the app, to correct the issue smh.
Good
This app was good for getting around and reasonable price wise, I would recommend for anyone trying to get around in Barbados. The only thing to be aware of the app UI lags and may not update the exact location of the driver - try and leverage the chat box in the app to combat this but the issue may extend even there as well.
Easy to use
I have family on the island but needed some last minute rides during my visit. Every driver was friendly and pretty reliable on the south coast. Glad that they are connecting current drivers with customers.

Another scam...
So this is just another data gathering site that searches for a cab after it's promised to book your ride. If they can't find a driver to do it for the price you're stuck and nobody turns up. If you talk to the driver they'll tell you that the prices on the island are fixed but if you book them through this app the site takes a percentage of that so they're working for less that booking direct. So, in short you've paid the same money, the driver gets less, and you've shared your location and personal details.
Hamburger Menu unreachable on iPhone 15 Pro
I’m hoping to use the app tomorrow when our ship arrives in Barbados, but I’m unable to access the hamburger menu on my iPhone 15 Pro. It’s way up in the upper left corner, only partially onscreen and no attempts to tap it have worked. 😕
The drivers never have change!
I’ve used them on my vacation and every single time they had a change problem & I had to leave my change there’s only one person that had changed money to give me back change. Other than that they kool. Drivers are very helpful & respectful.
Rip off
We downloaded this app and then were completely ripped off, we paid 90 bajan dollars going and with the app going back was 134! And it was a lesser journey. Avoid.
The Uber of Barbados
The app is user friendly, I appreciate that on island it can be difficult to conveniently find a taxi so this is a great option. The drivers are typically pleasant. I have found that the app does not accurately show the drivers real time location but messaging on the chat box they are very responsive. The cost is too high which makes me using the app a rare occasion, but I do like that I have the option to pay by card or cash. Overall reliable.
Easy to book a taxi but the price stated means nothing!
It’s quick and easy to book a taxi and it gives you a price range of what you should pay. However, if stuck in traffic that price can be anything! We were charged a lot more than quoted and told it was a distance and meter service, but there are no meters in the taxis! Might as well just flag a taxi down and negotiate.
Kinda works
Not the same as Uber but at least you can pay with card and not get ripped off on a random taxi. Note: the top and bottom bars are broken on iPhone 14, please fix. The top bar can’t be tapped on because it’s under the iOS time and icons bar. To complete my registration with a card I had to use my Mac… also the map doesn’t update the driver position automatically.

Not a good app
Unlike most taxi apps, you are not shown the price of the fare before booking. So you have to confirm the ride, not knowing the price. Dumb
Convenient with minor issue
Found it very easy to use and rides always come on time. Issues come about after it auto pays when using my credit card. A menu pops up that keeps asking me to pay although it’s automatically charged already. So in order to get out I have to close the app completely. Other than that the app saves me a lot of trouble trying to find a taxi when I need one. Most regular drivers become unreliable. This way I am at least sure I can get a ride.
ORDER WAYYY BEFORE YOU NEED TO BE THERE
The drivers in Barbados take……………..f…….for……………..FOREVER! If the app predicts they will be there in 4 minutes it’s 20. I promise you. It’s not like Uber where people know what they’re doing and want to be efficient. Efficiency doesn’t exist here… so plan ahead.

The buttons are a little too close to the corner on iPhone 12. Can you fix??

We’re heading to Barbados in a few days and I downloaded your app with the hopes of using it for convenience of hailing taxis for transportation around the island. I had read in one of the reviews that accessing the hamburger to input wallet information was not possible and in your reply you said that was fixed. I have and iPhone 15 Max Pro and it is an issue still. How quickly can that be fixed? Your app is unusable if it’s not. I’ll upgrade my rating if it can be fixed. Thanks!
Easy to follow

Works great… When it wants to.
Used the app with decent success throughout the week, but the last Friday I was here the app couldn’t find locations. Or it couldn’t find pathing to those locations. It was not a “off the beaten path” issue. I am trying to go 10-20 miles down the road. Incredibly frustrating.
Reliable way to get a ride and pay by card
We used the all extensively on our trip to Barbados. It was a reliable and quick way to hail a taxi. They always came within 5 minutes, if not sooner. The biggest benefit is that you can pay by card. Nearly all other taxis only take cash.

Good application.
Everything is good, but please, adopt it to iPhones screen (12,13,14) and it will be perfect! Can’t push any buttons at the top of screen. ‘Back’ button also. :(
Can’t use on iPhone 14
The hamburger icon on top left is partially off screen and unreachable. No way to enter payment details so app is essentially useless.
Great for visitors!
As a brief tourist this was awesome. Drivers seemed genuinely pleased to squeeze in a random ride when we paired. And love not dealing with cash. Delighted to have found this app before landing in beautiful Barbados!
Will not text registration code
I install the app. It then asks for your phone number to text you a code to use, but it never sends it. I have my correct county before the phone number as well. It has been like this 24 hours now. No other way to sign up and use the app.
Fee Discrepancy
Every time I used the app, at the end of the ride, my fee was always lower than the driver’s fee. It led to many disagreements. Once that is sorted out, it should be fine.
Love this!
What a great step forward in the Barbados experience. We’re here or 3 weeks and decided to forego a rental car for this visit, relying instead on buses and taxis. This ride hailing app has been excellent for times when the bus wasn’t appropriate. Worked perfectly! Drivers showed up within a few minutes of our request! Way easier than asking the hotel or restaurant to call you a cab. We’ll continue to use it a lot.
Over priced
I found it extremely overpriced for the trip from my hotel to the airport.
Ok App but needs work
The app seems to be ok but with my iPhone 12 I can’t access the main menu button so it kind of a waist. The prices on the app from one destination to another send to be attractive but if I can’t navigate through the app smooth I won’t use it sorry to say but as the first review said “great idea but need work”.
