Your app won’t let me pay off my bill. It doesn’t use the decimal point so i cant pay the cent
Basic services
Overall decent bank but lacking some features that most big banks have. No option for Zelle and cost is high for checks. Utilizing heloc funds is limited to use of checks.

Since the update the app doesn’t fully launch. I get a two tone screen. It’s totally useless. It was fine before.
Really needs to go back to connecting to Quicken

The website stopped working and kept telling me that my account didn’t exist so then my daughter said try the app I was skeptical. on putting another app on my phone. I put the app and then when I started using it I find the way I go to look at my transactions like what went in has changed before. if I press rewards checking, it would give me a list of everything that came in and out in a row, which made it easier for me to read . now When I look at it, it’s these new boxes and I have to look at each box maybe for me it’s a little harder because I am low vision, impaired and have a disability so all these separate boxes now are confusing for me. Thx

Hard to make a deposit
I am having issue to make a deposit by app. Somehow always giving me a note can’t read account number which makes me to taking 10 times photo to make a deposit.
Very intuitive, which means no stress. Love it.
So smooth. This is the easiest ever. Everyone should be using the remote deposit. Love it!!

Wonderful staff, timely service, competitive rates, also surprisingly, a very good app for a small credit institution. Interface is straight and to the point, everything works, never had an issue. I’d support is needed chatting with a real person through the support chat is fast and easy - 10/10!
They have changed /I feel betrayed their loyal customers
After having an account for many years then they sent me a note in the nondescript usps envelope explaining that they would be charging me in 2weeks for holding my money in my account, unless I maintained more than $20,000 in my account or made some changes. So since I have recently only had approximately $10,000-15,000 then I had to make changes quickly to avoid their unexpected fees. How should I feel about this? Unhappy/sad 😞😞😞

I love the app, but the bank is forgetting one valuable thing Zelle easy send money anywhere. Zelle needs to be implemented in the app. Every other bank has it.
Easy to use
The app is very easy to use. It’s nice to have all of my accounts easily viewable in the dashboard. The ability to transfer between accounts,make deposits, and send money to other people is great.
Worst bank award
These people are the slimiest of thieves when it comes to banking
No Zelle
I prefer to use a credit union but it is hard that I can’t accept payments using Zelle since many of my clients prefer it.

I appreciate the updates. I’m sorry that my iPhone can’t keep up with them. Buy a new iPhone isn’t always practical.
Not a good bank
Try not to bank here. They are open 8 to 5pm and so is their customer service 1800 number. So, if you work an 8 to 5 you will never have the time to reach them. They are also closed on the weekends. If something happens to your card or if your card gets lost or blocked. You are basically screwed until Monday. I was in LA for a weekend and my card was blocked. I had all my money there. Had to use all my credit cards on this LA trip. I once blocked my card through the mobile app & I couldn’t unblock it lol You can’t use Zelle with them. They charge you a 5.00 just to transfer money from your savings to your checking. Just because THEY Approved your card. I messaged them many times to cancel that feature but they continue to do it. Finally, moved to Bank of America where I can get cash back for many of my purchases.

Response to messages
I am disappointed in the response time when leaving a message. Today, after spending 50 mins on-hold, I wrote a message & requested a return call. None have come. Customer service is closed for the day.

This site by far has been the worse, not useful friendly, to get anything done takes a long time and can’t even accomplish without having to call.
Mobile App
On this new design you can’t set up multiple payments, you have to pay one bill at a time. The next thing, you can’t view a payment calendar like in the old design (Unless, I just don’t know what I am doing).
Livermore Branch!
The employees at Livermore Branch are very friendly and helpful to me when I need questions answered!
Do not open an account
They ask questions about things you didn’t give them no automatic cal number to obtain your balance not a bank of growth
User-friendly
Don’t use on line banking that much, when I do use it very E-Z to navigate.
No access to account statements
I don’t have access to my savings or credit account statement through this app which renders it almost useless
